What a blessing, I thought my car was a goner. It was having severe engine issues and I didn't think it would run again. Blaque and his team did an amazing job, today I have my car back and it is running smoothly. So happy to have it back and so grateful to Remedy. They are professional, work hard to get the job done.

Blaque and his team are awesome. Remedy is my new go to auto place here in town. You'll always be treated respectfully and he'll let you know exactly what's going on with your vehicle and won't nickle and dime you. Incredible customer service and honesty. Prices are fair and some of the best in town for the work that they put in. I've had bad experiences with shops in the past but Remedy has proven to be all about quality, value, and integrity. We had our evaporator replaced here, which is a major job, the whole dash has to be taken out. Blaque is awesome, he was super kind and honest with us. It didn't take too long at all, and the pricing seemed quite fair, imo. When we got it back, the heater wasn't working. We called and got it fixed instantly, at no charge. One thing was overlooked by another employee (we're all human), he explained what had happened and was super apologetic, no biggie. My only complaint is our key fob was severely damaged, it seems like it was crushed. Certainly seems like an obvious thing to notice, but I felt bad complaining about it because he was so nice. We thought we could just glue the two pieces together, but after a few days it stopped working all together. We felt that too much time passed and didn't want to make anyone feel as if they were being taken advantage of, no proof, as we didn't mention it then and there. I really, really wish we would have just called and brought it up to them to fix day of, "a closed mouth doesn't get fed". Months later we are going to have to drop over $500 for a new one (expensive) lesson learned.At the end of the day, our a/c&heater both work great, if you have any issues, be straight up, he's a really nice guy, if he can't help you, he'll point you in the right direction! Let me tell Y'all, Blaque is amazing! We were on vacation from Oklahoma when our AC went hot on the hottest day ever. Stopped in and he got us cold as ice and on the road withing 30 mins at a great price! Can not recommend Remedy Auto enough! Thanks soooo much!

We took a car and the people we took it to afterwards said they did leave part in bolted and I was the one that picked car up from remedy!It was not the ECM. You misdiagnose this one!
