I was in Angleton, TX doing deliveries for my job. The engine in the company truck that I drive was heating up. So I stopped by O'Reilly to buy some antifreeze. Since I'm in a company truck, I wasn't quite sure about which type of antifreeze to use and/or how much to use. Dustin, who works at the O'Reilly location that I was at in Angleton was so helpful. He new exactly what I needed, and also gave me some important tips to know for future reference. Very nice guy and very much appreciated.

Went in to get paint for a Golfcart project . Sonja and Dustin offered a high level of service unlike the Freeport and Lake Jackson store this is why I make the drive to Angleton. Sonja has extensive knowledge of paint and the process . The Angleton store is the place to go

Assistant manager Heather is extremely incompetent in being an employee at auto parts store little long an assistant manager. I took a battery in that was an O'Reilly battery she hooked the tester up on the opposite terminals but eventually she hooked it up correctly and the battery tested bad she could not find the battery on any of the numbers I provided she told me that they could not search by name which was a lie. I spent over an hour trying to find the battery on a different numbers that I had I then took the battery to Lake Jackson O'Reilly and within 10 minutes I was in and out of the store because that employee was competent enough and was able to find the battery on one of the phone numbers I provided previously to Heather I called Heather back and told her the situation and she said I didn't tell you our system wouldn't allow me to not search by name which she did so basically she lied to me twice I do not know how she become assistant manager she needs to be demoted

Manager Rick S. Was very rude over the phone. Answered with an attitude, and hung up on me didn t even say thank you. I asked if my parts had came in and he seemed to be bothered by my request. And to top it off was trying to sell me something I didn t need. Very disappointed.

The employees ALWAYS go above & beyond to assist you any way they are able! They greet you with authentic smiles, voices, a willingness to truly listen and problem solve! I've always enjoyed my full experience @ this O'Reilly store!! :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! :)

Where else are you going to go when you need a 17mm 6-point socket in either 3/8" or 1/2" drive? Why bother going anywhere else? O'Reilly Auto Parts is your best choice of getting it and getting back to work.

I bought a can of refrigerant for the car and used their charger. �The refrigerant was not making it to the van even though everything was set correctly. �Once remove I lost almost all of the product. I used my charger and was able to get what little was left in without problem. �When I told them what happened they refused to even exchange the can. Apparently their customers are not worth anything.

This O Reilly s is always my go to because the staff is always really helpful and knowledgeable. Steven helped us today and provided excellent customer service, I will continue recommending this O Reilly s and hope that my man Steven get s recognition for good work!

According to manager on duty the store manager makes his own hours and comes and goes as he pleases. Asked about returning a part that was just purchased and his replay was he can't make the decision the store manager has too. Mind you the part has a lifetime warranty and is covered no matter the issue. When asked if he could contact the store manager to resolve the issue he told me no that would be the same as calling someone in off duty. So I contacted a sister location 20 miles away they said no problem and apologized for the other locations ignorance of policy replaced the part and still gave me warranty for the new part and gave me my core charge back. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

They sell parts and they work if they don't have it immediately you can just go next door and try your luck, I'm sure I'm not alone here. Their prices are competitively placed so regardless of where you go you're good.

Save yourself alot of time and go to O'Reilly first. The staff seem to know what they are talking about and the Angleton location typically has what I am looking for in stock. Good Job!

My go to store for anything car or truck. The counter associates are quick, courteous and typically knowledgeable. If they dont have an item in stock they will usually have it the next day by noon.

Very good customer service, came in to find a hard to find part that 2 other part stores could not find nor help locate similar replacement.The worker not only took the time to try and find the part but made sure replacement was as similar to mine as physically possible.

Don't know what issue was today from the manager to salesperson rude. Acted like how dare you come into store. Then tried to sell me wrong parts. Heavy sigh on every question like how dare you ask me something.. Sad very sad..

this location is horrible not only for the lack of personnel, but their customer service is bad they have no experience and they are rude. when you call for a price quote they make you hold for over 10 min and i know for sure they were not busy since i was outside the store but i had my daughter with me and wasnt able to go inside the store. also ive seen their employees half drunk or high its a shame

Very friendly staff, opened promt at 7:30 , the lady apologized for her computer being slow but was able locate what I needed very quick.well done ma'am.

It's ok... day I went was shortly after big freeze/ ice storm of the century. Staff seemed overwhelmed and rushing to answer phones. Wasn't able to get much help.

It would be better to just get the parts off the internet yourself then even try to explain what you need. If your doing something custom or out of the norm, they have the parts but not the people to sell it. Very sad that on Sunday and in a bind you have to use them otherwise go to Napa. Way more knowledgeable folks.

Depends on the customer service person, most are knowledgable some are new or young kids. One kid does have a mullet. Otherwise 5 stars

New wipers was a breeze...of course having a personal live-in mechanic helped.Lovely young man rung up purchase... hope he completes his college education!!
