Derek did a great job helping me with hard to find parts for my 1985 Ford. He came out, measured then looked it up. Parts will be in two days from now! Love to get stuff there!

Went looking for "gift" items listed in a NAPA mailing I received. Couldn't locate any items I was interested in, but they said they would order if I liked. One item was available, just not on display . Looking at other Craftsman tool sets, only one price was marked (it was wrong) so I had to keep asking "how much"? . Plenty of workers around, very few customers, one would think pricing tags could be placed. Suggestion, put someone in charge of walking the floor and tagging prices on shelves; think of it as customer service .

Local employees that recognize me when I stop by. They miss me when I fix the issue with particular farm equipment, but I try to stop by for all my needs and a quick visit!

This is definitely my candy shop. If I could financially recover from a spree of..-Napa Overlord: "Can I help you with anything?"-Rancho-notso-grande ranchhand: "Ah, yes. I'll take one of each."I have no real use of a 24" channel lock, but I'll be dadgumed if I didn't buy it because it 'looked cool'Moral of the ramble, they have all the goodies regardless if on current shopping list.

Great place to go to get parts, especially fasteners. Every time I go there to get fasteners I receive nothing but the best customer service. The employees here all act like they are owners of the buisness.It is a pleasure to do business at this location. You will not meet someone who works there that is not completely knowledgeable about the majority of their products and willing to help you through whatever your issue is.

Had issues with my 1940 Chevy they let me work in the parking lot for 5 hours help me out anyway they could and then after they closed when I still couldn't figure it out the owner brought her brother over to figure it out for me for free I recommend them to anybody.!!!!!!

Great customer service! Store don t open until 7:30 AM. I was greeted by Billy at 7:12 in the parking lot. Told me to come in. Waited on me and I was on my way at 7:25! Great job Billy!

I had a great experience at NAPA in Angleton. Had my battery checked and the test said I needed a new one. Conrad went the extra mile by asking Jake to replace my old battery with new one. It was much appreciated!!

Y'all saved the day! We had a dead starter on 288 at the Shell Oasis on our way to matagorda beach. They sent a driver to pick me up....and bring me back to my vehicle. Had the ol girl back up and purring in no time. Our trip was great.....thank yall!

Do not go here worst customer service ever and all the employees are drunks so don't expect to have anything done correctly specifically the guy named Louie is the Drunk and is extremely disrespectful I would never take my car here for anything if my life depended on it. They do not warranty their work either.
