I broke down omw to Andrews. This place got me in & back on the road pretty quick! I'm so thankful that they were able to do that! It's pretty stressful traveling to a new town with kids let alone breaking down.Thanks to Steve & his staff!

They are rude the little bit of work I took my vehicle to get done took forever. They are over priced. They tell you wrong things are wrong with your vehicle just to get paid more money. So I took my vehicle in to get ac serviced it was cooling but seemed low on free on and get a tune up and some door panels fixed. Well they said ac was low on free on, fixed the door panels for $700 each then told me I needed a new alternator. So my husband said yes fix. Picked up only to find out now the back ac was blowing hot air only. Took it back in got charged for more parts to fix and then had to get a new battery. The owner argued with me saying I took it it the shop with the AC not working. Paid out over 4,000 and everything is still not fixed. There was only one office assistant that wasn't rude. I will never do business with them again.

I can not thank this shop enough, my wife broke down 2 1/2 hours from home and when every other shop said they are to busy to even look to see if it was something simple they got it right in, found a turbo boost line had come off and got her fixed up in record time and at a fair price. THANK YOU STEVE AND THE TEAM!!!!!

Fixed my truck a couple years back, amazing service and was prompt and honest with prices. Need a shop like this in WA and i'll take all my trucks there. Steve was amazing and took me in on short notice and had my truck done in 3 days when i was in town to get it repaired.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Absolutely amazing service. I showed up unannounced and needed to get my truck on the road asap, these guys did it all to have me moving again. Price was extremely fair and the customer service was spectacular. They kept me updated throughout the process and overall the customer service here was great!

They were pretty quick but they have a little bit of a wait for tire changes but they are quick and easy but not very cheap

Four stars for there service. They stay busy so getting a response back when I have questions was s process. Overall I m happy with my service.

Great place, they know what they are doing. Ive had many places work on my trucks through out the years. Haven t had to return outside of normal services!

Steve and the guys did a great job getting my truck in quickly brakes repaired and back on the road. Nice to know there is a garage here that I can trust.

Had my F-350 worked on and picked it up after work and a/c was blowing out of heater vents and went inside to at y the guy said he told Herkter and he did nothing about it and told him to park it out front so I can pick it up.
