Awesome guys got my truck in same day was able to get the problem diagnosed even went through 1 million point inspection on my truck lol which showed me a bunch of stuff that I didn t know. Great customer service one of the guys even gave me a ride back to my house which is awesome! Hands down if you need some work done on a vehicle call these guys up they got great prices and I ll treat you right

Where do I start....first and foremost Jake is were it starts!! His customer service was on point; he was very nice, patient, and kept me updated about the pieces that were being shipped to their shop for my car. The WHOLE crew in the back got my baby up and running...like she is ready for the action lol. My dodge Challenger needed the Camshaft replaces. Top Gun was trying to charge me almost $4,000 and Yellow City got me right for $2,300 and some change! We waited for the piece to arrive and the same day it came was the same day they called me and told me to come and pick my baby up. She has her speed and her power back!!! Thank you so much Im truly grateful. Me and my baby is on the road again lol!!

Great service and work from Yellow City Car Care! Unexpected car trouble at 5 o clock , called Yellow Car Auto and they were friendly and helpful even though it was near the end of their day. Made arrangements to have our car towed there and within two days we had a new radiator and were up and running again. Great communications and professionalism. We have found our new go to car repair shop!!! Thanks so much Jake!

Helped me very much when my motor got flooded and they ended up totaling it. He searched high and low to find me a replacement motor that was compatible to mine but it ended up being more expensive to buy it, ship and install it than my car is worth. I had extremely low mileage. He worked with my insurance agent closely and I didn t have to do much. Jake was great. Will definitely use them again.Service: Transmission

If you want you to be charged 300% markup on parts, rude receptionist, and problem not fixed...this is the shop for you!Called to get an appointment to get my Jeep looked at. Jake pretty much told me all next week was clear so I could get my Jeep looked at any day. We chose Tuesday. He also said they had a shuttle that could take me back home if needed (later asked about a shuttle and he denied saying they ever had one). Dropped my vehicle off with a list of 3 things that I needed looked at. To make a long story short (I can always edit and give exact details) Jake told me my ac problem would cost $1700 to fix (emailed me quotes after I picked up vehicle and it showed $1100). Then told me my exhaust manifold leak would be $400-600. I told him I wanted that fixed for now. Then he called back a few hours later and said he was wrong on price and it was going to be $1400 to fix exhaust manifold bolts/gasket. I went ahead and told him ok. Then I went to pick it up and that's when it all went to hell. Noticed several large scratches where they took the fasteners off my fender well liner. Then I started my Jeep and the noise I took it in for from the beginning was still there. He said they could keep it overnight and check it in the morning. That night I was looking at my receipt and it had part #'s for the manifold bolts/gasket. An easy AutoZone search showed the parts cost them $111. I was charged $332 for the parts. That's a 300% markup! I wasn't going to say anything because Jake was was already frustrated. Then he called and told me the ticking sound was normal. He said he had 3 mechanics look at it and it's normal. So I told him I was going to just go pick it up, and asked about the 300% markup on parts. That's when his panties got in a wad. He proceeded to raise his voice at me on the phone and said, "I've got to keep these doors open, that's why we charge so much". So I hung up the phone, went up there, and decided not to bother them about the scratches. After seeing what I saw they probably wouldn't take responsibility anyways. Then Jake and the "technician" played the "I can't find your keys" game for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes they happened to be on the desk he was looking at over and over. They were messing with me and that's no doubt. So I left, drove straight to Texas Dodge, dropped my Jeep off, got it diagnosed (exhaust manifold gasket wasn't properly installed), and got it fixed. So I paid $1500 for it not to be fixed correctly, charged 300% on parts (not even oem), and had to deal with Jake. Then I noticed every time I was up there, there were never any customers and the same cars in the bays. So I bet they don't have much business (wonder why), and they're overcharging customers to stay afloat. PS, after talking with Jake and his crew I have no doubt his passive aggressiveness will come out in the response to this review. He'll probably make it look like it's "my fault" or "they didn't do anything" or "something I could've done different". So if this is the shop you want to do business with, good luck!Service: Auto exhaust system repair

Even though having your car out of commission is never fun, these guys take care of you. I've received amazing service and kindness through my experience. 100/10 would recommend.

We would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Honestly...it was the best experience with a car shop we have ever had. The shop was very nice and clean. Very easy to find. Jake was very informative and explained everything to me. They communicated with us the whole time they had our car. We knew exactly what was going on each step of the way. They are super friendly! We felt like we were dealing with friends...not strangers. They were professional and they really did try to accommodate us by being as thorough as possible and still get our car back to us as quick as they could. We were visiting from out of town and noticed a problem with our car that I wanted to get checked out before we got back on the road. They will forever be my go to mechanic shop. There always nice and are very understanding. The price is always fair and they will walk you through it if needed. They work well with insurance companies as well.

These guys are amazing. They're very thorough and make sure they get the job done correctly. They're the only place I'll take my vintage car. Every time, whether a big repair or small maintenance, they take such wonderful care of us. I've always done business with them. They are amazing. They care about their customers. They update you, they actually talk to you (they're very good with communication. For the prices they have to fix your car and all that is pretty reasonable and good. If there was something wrong with my car- I automatically (no pun intended lol) take my car to them and get a diagnosis. They do a great job. Highly recommend them. Absolutely Recommend !!!!! They are fast, fair and their communication skills are awesome. They gave us a very fair quote and updated us when the parts arrived and when the technician completed the job. They also gave us a complete inspection of items that might cause issues in the future. They are not pushy and never tried to up sale services. I would not be afraid to send my daughter alone if her car needed repairs.Service: Oil change

Met with Chris some time ago to learn about his business. Was really impressed with his approach to helping out people in need of mechanic work. At that point I made the decision to trust him in fixing my truck. He was honest and upfront from the start, there was a slight delay but he was quick to address it and let me know when I could expect to have my truck back. All in all great experience. Hoping I don t have to see him soon but wouldn t think twice about dropping my vehicle off with him and his team. Last point, he didn t try to upsell me and also inspected the truck outside of the issue I originally brought it in for.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Unfortunately, I took my truck here to find out what was wrong with it because it was making a noise- they told me that I needed a whole new motor and quoted me $10,000. I knew instantly this was absurd and I did not need a new motor. I picked it up, took it home, watched a few YouTube videos and diagnosed the problem myself as an exhaust leak. I ordered a new $20 gasket off Amazon, watched another YouTube video on how to replace it, and fixed it myself. Problem solved!So they either 100% were trying to take advantage of me as a female, did not want to work on it and gave me an insane price so they know I would say no, or are NOT QUALIFIED ENOUGH to even diagnose a simple exhaust leak.Do with that information as you will.

This is seriously the best shop in town! Took in our car after getting a quote from the dealership. YCCC told us the truth and fixed our car properly. The issue was minor related to what the dealership wanted to get away with. You are always going to get a straight, honest answer from these guys and they do a fantastic job! Go here first.

I took in my Tahoe to get the ac compressor looked at because the ac tensioner was rattling at around 1500 rpm. The guy in the front counter gave me a clipboard to fill out and he walked outside to look at another car and never came back for me to give him an explanation. I wrote down what was wrong with my car on the clipboard. 4 days later I get a call to let me know they could no replicate the sound I was hearing. I went to pick up my car on the 4th day and I turned on my car and I replicated the sound. They saw what the problem was and they just apologized to me. I took in my car to Meineke Car Care and told the front counter the symptoms. 4 hours later, my car was ready.Service: Air conditioning

Chris and David were outstanding. They quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me recommendations without any pressure. They did a great job explaining every issue in a way I could understand. Considering the work needed, the price was reasonable. Great experience with these guys. Been here twice and both times have been awesome. Good honest professional business in my opinion. Had my truck here for some repairs, best thing about it was the pickup and delivery. They were in constant contact, about when it was being worked on, what they were fixing , what i didn't need. These dudes have some great customer service.

Awesome place! Integerity, Great Customer Service. Full diagnostic, we were give pictures of everything that need to be taken care of and replaced Before they did the work! They kept in contact with us through the whole process. Your vehicle is in good hands here.*Update*Well had good thoughts about this place till I was let down a few weeks ago so I removed a few stars . Now I have my doubts I was told things would be made right so I lost 300$ on nothing that was solved. I'll leave it just at that ..

I was driving across country and had overheating problems with my car. I ended up here, and these guys took great care of me, and did quality repairs on my car. They seem to really share my worries about getting home. What a great experience!
