just had 3 windshields replaced on different vehicles (it was time) each one was done exactly when Jim said it would be. Perfect jobs and easily the best price in town (Don't even check I did it for you) Clean perfect work on time and exactly the price quoted. you cannot get better than that.

While on a cross country winter trip our wind shield was grazed by a large rock. Fearing winters cold temps and the knick expanding, we called Windshield Unlimited and pulled in. Within 20minutes they had the fresh star hit and a smaller knick fixed and on our way. I highly recommend their fast service especially if your not local and looking to get a quick windshield fix.

I went in to get my window fixed and came out with chipped tint and a cigarette burn on my back seat. They did fix the chipped tint after having to leave my car there a second day, but they denied causing the cigarette burn.Now I just bought this car 1 month ago, I do not smoke, and no one has ever sat in my back seat so I know my seat got burnt while being fixed here.I spoke to the owner and he claimed that his workers don t smoke, but I noticed numerous cigarette butts right around the area I picked my car up from (ironic)No one should have to worry about burns inside their car when taking it to fix the window.Buyer beware!Service: Auto power window repair

My co worker Melissa had her Honda pilots windshield replaced there and David and the rest of the team were great to her. They got her windshield replaced asap! I would recomend them to anyone that needs a windshield replaced based on what I saw.

Not only were they the best price for our windshield, but from the first phone conversation to picking up our vehicle we received great service. The staff had great attitudes and were very knowledgeable. We ll be back!

I would highly recommend this company! Even though I can't comprehend how to justify the cost of replacing a piece of glass, especially a new windshield in these new vehicles, what use to cost around $75 now cost close to $700!!! All this new technology, lane assis, auto breaking, even automatic driving is all good but a little hard to swallow when it comes to replacing it. That being said, they did an excellent job, even got me out faster and cost less than originally proposed. Still cost me the same because of my high insurance deductible but they saved the insurance company money! .

Highly recommend Amarillo Windshields Unlimited. Very friendly, professional service, and they 100% stand behind their work and materials. I had a windshield replaced by them last year and when a problem came up recently with a critical sensor housing that came pre-installed on the glass they put in I called David to see how I should get it fixed. I was pleasantly surprised when he told me to come back to the shop and they would install a whole new windshield and recalibrate the sensors for me without charge. Even though their first install job last year was perfect and my problem was solely an issue with the glass manufacturer, David and the team took care of me and set my mind at ease. These guys are the real deal - they truly care about getting the job done right and taking good care of their customers. Highly recommended!!!

I Called first things this morning and the technician told me my total(very affordable)and told me they would have it done the same day! My guy was not lying!! Had my suv done in about 3 to 4 hours and back on the road!! Will be returning and sending family and friends!! Nice shop, office and waiting area. Extremely fast and professional service. They fixed my rock chip for $50. Satellite wanted $119 to fix it and went on to tell me they give the insurance company a discount. There is no such thing as a soft claim. Kinda like there is no soft punch in the face. I pay cash and got quality work for a fair price. Thank you. I highly recommend Windshields Unlimited Inc.

They fixed a rock chip in my windshield. This is a great locally owned business. Expert attention to detail, great customer service, very accommodating of my time, and the price was very reasonable. Went in just before they closed, and they booked me an appointment for the next day. (Desk) manager was very nice and open to questions. The work itself was done way quicker than anticipated: I had a new windshield in under two hours. Price was good too, $50 under the quote from a nearby chain. I'd definitely go here again.

Submitted an online request for a quote on a windshield and within minutes my phone was ringing. I spoke with James about truck model specs and he got me a price quote. The price was fantastic so I scheduled an appointment. On the day of the appointment they were extremely busy. I was a little concerned I would have along wait. I waited in the lobby and it was no time before they took my truck back. They had my windshield out and replaced in about an hour and half. David waited on me at the counter and he was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend this company!! Had a rock chip on my windshield. Looked them up, from reviews and gave them a try! So glad I did!! They were so friendly, very knowledgeable, explained everything before doing anything to my windshield, and charged reasonable price! On top of a little wait time! Can t beat that! Already told my family and friends about them and will keep going back!

Had what I felt was an emergency, I needed a fresh rock chip repaied before I headed back north into cold weather for work. Minutes until they closed I pulled up and they were able to get me in immediately and fix my issue. Such an amazingly friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs windshield repairs or replacement. The best part was how inexpensive they are, great value for such excellent service.

As always, I am satisfied with Windshields Unlimited!! I have always made appointments for windshield replacements, and I walk across the street to browse or reply to an email or text and they are finished before I am. Great customer service, price, and service time! I had put off get some rock chips repaired and eventually my windshield was done for. The staff was well versed in explaining my options when it came to repairing my cracked windshield. Amarillo Windshields Unlimited far exceeded my expectations. I will certainly be back for future rock chip repairs or any car glass repair for that matter. Excellent job!

I needed a quick windshield repair late in the afternoon after traveling on the road for hours and was not expecting anyone to be able to help. I was very anxious and had no idea how to go about getting what I needed done. When I arrived at Windshields Unlimited, David greeted me and eased a ton of my anxiety after giving me several options to fix my windshield. Before I knew it, everything was taken care of at a super reasonable cost! Thank you David for listening to my concerns and providing excellent customer service!

I highly recommend Amarillo Windshields Unlimited to anyone in need of glass repair or a state inspection.I recently dropped off my work truck here to have the back glass replaced. The manager at the front desk was knowledgeable and friendly. Not only was the work completed in an expert manner, it was done quickly! I left it there because I assumed it would take a few hours, but received a call after about 45 minutes to an hour saying it was ready. Even further, I was unable to pick it up for a few days because of my schedule. They parked my truck inside their shop until I was able to come get it.The cherry on top that really made my visit stand out? The camper on the back of my truck had been rattling and no longer locked anymore just from wear and tear.. And the lock on the back door had become loose. These guys tightened up the pieces on it and fixed it for me. They didn't tell me this, I just noticed it had been done and I couldn't believe it. The courtesy extended by these guys here is outstanding.You better believe I will be back here any time I need service done on my vehicles. 5 stars!
