I don t recommend at all!! First they said a 2 hour wait . So I left my car they then called 4 times! Not knowing how to turn the car on. And again not being able to get the key out it s common sense! Then again saying they didn t know how to open the oil cap. they don t know what they are doing!! I went ahead and picked my car up.smh

horrible. i was there for a simple oil change. waited about an hour, so i went up to ask what was taking so long. turns out they had the wrong vehicle the whole time. they did nothing to apologize or make it up to me. a simple im sorry goes a long way FYI. I couldn t even get that out of them dimwits. don t expect good service from this walmart, as you will be disappointed. i left without the oil change. I was too angry/annoyed to be waiting any longer.

We are currently on a road trip and desperately needed two tires replaced. We luckily made it the hour and a half drive to Amarillo where they said the tires we needed were in stock.First off, they tried to give our car back to someone else, then as we were backing out, one of the workers noticed they hadn t put one of our custom tire caps on and then realized the actual tire cap wasn t on one of the wheels. He put it on, and said we were good to go.We got on the road and 15 mins later the low pressure alert light went on. It was then we noticed we were losing a pound of pressure every 5 mins. We aired it up as soon as we could and the tire was at 17 pounds. I called, and they offered no apology or solution and said they weren t able to mail the custom tire cap they failed to put back on that tire.Now we have to stop every hour and a half to put air in the tire. This place is a total clown show and someone should speak to whoever replaced the tires and re-train them.Service Order: 73583Don t go here for tires if you want them to last and definitely purchase the Road Hazard Warranty if you absolutely need to go here, so you can get your tires replaced or fixed at another Walmart Auto Center that knows what they re doing.

So I ordered a set of tires from Walmart online and that process was smooth. Good tires, great price. When my tires came in though it was a mess. It took 2 days to actually find my tires in the store and then when they were found it took over 6 hours to put them on. The people who helped me and did the work were very helpful and nice but when I went to leave the store, my rear passenger side tire was not actually attached to my car. 3 lug nuts were not even screwed on! Plus they told me that 2 studs were stripped and needed replaced. Luckily I noticed the tire not being on before I left the actual parking lot so they brought a jack to my car and tightened the tire and sent me on my way. I went straight home and parked the car. First thing next morning I took it back to the tire center to make sure it was on right and I was informed that it was still loose. So they took it off and put it back on. I went to an actual tire shop to see about getting the studs fixed so they checked all of my studs and said that they were all good and that there were no studs needing replaced. So even though the people were really nice who worked on my car, I had a pretty bad experience overall.

Waited for 45 minutes to get a tire patched. Pulled in a shop full of cars in that got there after I got there. When I asked why they told me I would have to wait even longer. Showed absolutely no care in the world that I was waiting that long.

I came to get my tires rotated and balanced. Received a text saying my vehicle was complete. I cashed out and went to my truck. I instantly noticed the tires were not rotated. Went inside and I was reimbursed promptly. The service writers were great and extremely polite. When asked why the service wasn t completed, I was advised that the tire tech said my tread was too low in the back, and front tires were cupping. Pictures below to show these claims are false. The rear tires are 4/32 and front are about 7/32. And there is no cupping. Do the tires need to be replaced soon? Sure. But they can be rotated one more time. If they didn t want to complete the service that s all they had to say. Don t lie. 3 stars because the service writers were honestly some of the most polite employees I ve met in a long time.Service: Tires

The Cashier was so nice, kind and helpful even at 7:00am. The Mechanics were friendly any very fast.I bought a battery and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. GREAT experience when I was all upset because my car wouldn't crank.

The absolute worst service I have ever received. Dropped my car off around 11am for an oil change and tire rotation. There was only ONE other car there at the time. I was told I would get a phone call when it was ready and NEVER received anything. I called at 3pm and sat on hold for 35 mins waiting for the Auto dept. to answer. Finally the store manager got on the line and told me my car was finished but couldn't tell me when they finished it. I show up to pay and my car had been done since 12:30. People are rude and have very little knowledge of how to work on vehicles here. They were also cussing out loud around customers about how they aren't afraid and how they just wanted to know if it was them or not??? Terrible place and I will never return! And they can have all the free advertising from me that they want.

Same review as another customer. 4 workers and I am the only person here. A basic oil change is still in progress and we are approaching 40min. The guys are just standing around talking and laughing. For sure going to have to have this work re-done. Sadly this is the only place open on Sunday. Walmart would never have been my first choice, and this experience reminds me why.

Good for a place to drop off your used engine oil. Other than that, rude people working, lack of knowledge, these are not people that would go ahead and look up what your car needs if they are unfamiliar. They are going to treat your car like a generic car unless you tell them otherwise. So if your car needs a certain tire rotation patern according to the manual, you best let them know. Though I cant through my experience say they might be able to follow that since they still got it wrong anyways.

The service on the phone they need to give a person in there that knows how to deal with customers especially me the lady was very rude on the phone I do not know who she is but she could not get along with people she needs to be fired because I expect people to be very respectful the customer service needs to improve as well especially on the phone I'm not going to waste my time and going over there one day disrespect me on the phone and that leads me to go someplace else that's quite

The workers were extremely helpful and courteous! I didn't have any problems with the services I received there. I highly recommend this Walmart automotive and they're the only ones I trust! :-)

I only get tires rotated and buy misc stuff (i.e. washer fluid,rags,car cleaning stuff) but never had a bad experience just a wait time.

Brought in a defective tire on our minivan which also had roadside warranty, refused to do anything about it only offered buying new tires at full price.

Was really long and a back way rather than a straight drive. Way directed was less traffic and but a little longer and more stops.
