They are always so good to me. They always give me a suggestion on upcoming things that need replacing soon and let me make the decision on what I need to do next and what's best for me. I appreciate them so much. Especially when I show up without an appointment and have a flat tire. They got me in and out as soon as they could.

I have been out of town and my service alert came on for my 2023 Tacoma. I needed to get my 10,000 mile service. I called Street Toyota and made an appointment. They were great and took care of me like I was one of there regular local customers. Thank You Stret Toyota in amarillo Texas!!!!

We were traveling and had to order a part. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. Our part came in as promised. Picking it up was a breeze. They have an amazing selection of souvenirs, which we bought as well. All of the employees from the lot to parts were extremely friendly and kind. Shout out to Ed, thank you.

We wanted to share our fabulous recent experience we had with Adrian Rodriguez, thank you for your honesty, dedication and for going above and beyond while selling me my car last week. Thank you so much for answering all of my questions honestly, you made it not as painful as it otherwise could have been. I'm happy with the car I purchased, and the purchase price was so very reasonable. That's a pretty ideal situation when it comes to buying a used vehicle, and it's all thanks to you. I live in Clovis, NM and scheduled an oil change plus a battery check. After waiting nearly an hr I get back to a car with no oil change because I was told I didn t need it even though my miles were due for an oil change and the screen on my car is showing MAINTENANCE REQUIRED and again, that is what I had scheduled. I m just annoyed because I m working right now and this was the only opportunity to come get it done. Knowing I drove 2hrs there, waited one hr for only a battery check and 2hrs back for absolutely nothing is ridiculous. Plus I was told my battery was good but it clearly reads less than 12v. I ve always preferred driving to Amarillo because the service has always been much better there but today was not a good experience.Service: Oil change

Best place ever to buy a new or used vehicle! Everyone there is knowledgeable and friendly! They will help you every way they can to get you into what you want. Can't say enough good things right now. I am over the moon happy with them!

I cannot say enough good things about my service adviser, Arthur Hernandez, at Street Toyota. I have always had great service here, but the last 3 times I have had my car serviced, Arthur has been my service adviser. He has had my car serviced, told me what to watch for and expectations at my car s mileage. He has never tried to upsell me on any amenities I have already purchased. This has not been the case at other dealerships. I drive about 5000 miles per month so this service is a matter of safety for me. Thank you Arthur for making me feel safe on the road! Thank you for taking care of my car! Thank you Street Toyota and Edward, Service Manager, for training your crew to know what s important to your customers and keeping us safe.

I will never use another service center. Street toyota is so forthcoming with actual prices and don't force random things on you. The service techs are polite and they genuinely take great care of your vehicle. I travel from Borger just for their service.

Friendly, genuine customer service is increasingly rare. Alex Montes, the assistant service manager, was the representative who helped me whenever I brought my truck in for an alignment. He let me know that I actually needed a different service; although, the wheel alignment would still be beneficial. I was worried about the price, but Alex was able to make the services more affordable. He even offered me a complimentary oil change! I will continue to patronize Street Toyota because of Alex, and I will make it a point to always ask for him as our rep. Because of his willingness to help me out, my vehicle is now more safe for my family.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Oil change

(Edited: When Edward found out how unhappy I was, he immediately got someone to work on it right then and there I left happy and satisfied. )I made an appointment a week in advance for my 10k regular maintenance. I noted that I was getting an app error when I made the appointment. I called the morning of my appointment to make sure they could clear the software error as well change the oil I was told no problem we will get a technician to look at that. Once at the dealership, they told me I ll have to schedule a separate appointment to remove the error code. No apology whatsoever. I do not have time to return just to remove a software code. I am so disappointed this is not the same quality of Street service that it used to be.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They have been very helpful with our car buying experience. Anthony is a great salesman and was never pushy. He listened to what we wanted and really helped find the perfect vehicle. The service department is very helpful and willing to make sure everything is perfect on your vehicle. I would recommend that anyone who is shopping for a new or used vehicle to go to Street Toyota and talk to Anthony

I was only there for their service center. They upsell for sure on services you will need eventually but not at that moment. I just got a diagnoses and they were wrong. They thought it was something that it is not. I needed my hydraulic brake booster tested and they told me I had to replace my battery terminals before they could do any further diagnoses and wanted to charge over $200 for it. Just my experience.

The only service I had done was an inspection for a vehicle I was looking at purchasing. However, I had a great experience and the service I received was outstanding. I asked a lot of questions and asked extra of the service staff as I wanted to ensure I was not buying a lemon. Storm did a great job helping me out and went above what was necessary to answer all my questions and provide any info I asked for. The vehicle was also ready before the quoted time. Thanks Storm!

Excellent facility to service your Toyota vehicle. I have been several times over the past six years getting my four vehicles serviced there. Very upfront with the estimates and sometimes even come in below what we thought it would be. In my most recent experience they fixed a problem that had been going on for years in my oldest vehicle. I had taken it to other shops years ago and they fixed it marginally but Street Toyota made me smile when I drove out of the parking lot. A few of the exceptional services they offer are free shuttles to and from the service center. They have a comfortable waiting area with fre9 refreshments and snacks. Will return the next time one of my cars need servicing.

Corey Wagoner killed it this morning! The customer service rep said bring it in without an appointment on that oil change. Did so and boom out in 45 min. Coffee was served by a kind lady and done before I knew it. Thanks guys!!

I have never been a fan of dealerships. But the team here is amazing. From the parts dept, to Corey in service & the shuttle driver. Highly recommend

First service on our 2019 Camry went quick and painlessly. Friendly staff and a nice, well set up waiting area free coffee, drinks, and snacks. Nice!
