Best service in the country! These guys need a raise, they went above and beyond anyone could ever do out of the kindness of their hearts. We broke down, they changed out the old hose and gave us full service. Very professional and outstanding crew!

They were quick and efficient the first time. An issue popped up, they addressed it and had me back on the road with no problems or additional charges. REAL customer care!

My wife took her 2020 VW Passat R line here in April or may (2021) and the brushes stopped during the car wash. It scratched a panel on the vehicle. She has been talking to managers who said they will get in touch with a body shop to be taken care of. Still no response. She has got this runaround several times from them (from the same incident).

My husband went to get an oil change for our Jeep and asked for the basic oil change. Guess what? We get charged over $100 for an oil change. We have never paid over $100 for an oil change. And this girl says we always get that oil change. One first time seeing her two, no, we don't. We asked her to make a note in the computer that we dont want synthetic, and she said we can't do that. I call bull on that. If we supposedly get synthetic all the time, they have a record of that so they can note we dont want it. She ignored what we requested and did what she wanted. This is the second time we have been screwed over and had an oil change we did not ask for. This is the last time we will not be back. And I will suggest to anyone that asks to go elsewhere for an oil change.

I m glad these guys were open Sundays! Went in on Sunday 8/20/23 morning time, they were ready to work on my truck without wasting anytime they got me back on the road! Full service went above and beyond my requirements! I ll definitely recommend toot n totum service for your next car needs! Thank you guys for showing me that they re great shops out there without over charging for fantastic service!

All the workers here are hard working people and in my opinion deserves a raise.For the multiple times I ve been here to get my car cleaned I ve gotten to know a few workers who go above and beyond.My personal favorite are Brady and Trey! Once I got to know them they would help out with a discount but I really never asked!Props to this car wash, one of the best and they treat you like family!

About to get monthly membership it's that good. Never had any issues in 2+ yrs so far. Only negative I can mention is if you have custom(shiny) wheels, get the more basic wash, or you'll be spending a lot of time buffing the tire stuff they use off to get the shine back. Everything else is a rare 5 stars. Especially in Amarillo!

I visited the car care center to get my annual vehicle inspection. Luckily, there was only one other person there. The inspection was completed and I was back home in less than 30 minutes. The technicians were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return next year.

The best service I've had in a long time. The team here went above and beyond for my friend and I when we were in a real pickle on our road trip. This is a crew of good people, and we are so thankful.

Can't or won't give you a price on a oil change. Call, yes hello, how much is your standard oil change package? Response well it depends. Caller, what depends? Standard oil change or high milage or synthetic. On any of them? Employee Well it depends on what we do...... , I'm just change the oil, an oil change is all. Didn't get anywhere in that conversation.

After using this car wash for years I will not return. I do not appreciate the attitude from the rude man taking my money.I asked him not to fold in my mirrors because the wash yanks them back out every time. He proceeded to tell me how I didn't have a choice because his company would make him pay for the damage. Low and behold the wash yanked my mirrors backwards.The young man that was supposed to be wiping the cars down was to busy playing with his friends so I had to unsafe exit the car wash to fold my mirrors back into position.

I went to have an oil change and to my surprise it was very expensive and Define week I had to go to the dealership for another problem and learned that I did not need my brake line blown out which cost me extra money. The associates are friendly The Bays are organized the wait is not long but, I'm not so sure about the prices. If you're single female be careful I'll sell you the moon if they can.

Very quick, professional, and helpful. They aren't pushy about services you don't want, which is extremely helpful when you are in a rush on your lunch break. If there is something that they find wrong that they can fix easily, they came in quickly, explained the problem and the resolution, and gave a price before rushing out the door and fixing the problem as quick as they found it. Been going here for years now and never had a bad visit.

Quick place for an annual vehicle inspection and oil change. Received a free car wash, too. This business is run honestly and they don't try to sell services or parts you don't need.

I've taken a few of my vehicles in for oil changes and inspections there..very fast and convient...better service than the car dealership. You don't have to leave your car all day like a dealership or waite hours

Sat in line since 6:30 PM, when it was my turn next (6:56) they told me they were closed now and I had to back up and leave. I asked the guy what time they closed and he said 7.... okay so it wasn't 7 yet, I arrived 30 minutes before 7 and I couldn't even be pushed through the line. I'm more than sure that I could have gone through the wash and got my car cleaned by 7:00. That's just me. But he told me no, he had cleaning duties and couldn't be bothered with cleaning another car.I'll just go somewhere else where they actually want my buisness.

The Service is great and would have gotten 5 stars except for the fact that the waiting room has the most uncomfortable seating of any place I have ever been. They should consider investing in new seating.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Nice place to get wash recommend it for the fact they still will scrub you car especially if you have bugs just ask them to do it.

State Inspection- I promise every state inspection will need wiper blades and they don't come cheap. Change your wiper blades before you bring vehicle for inspection. Techs are paid commission and it's easy money. I call it BS. #neveragain

Manager here was not nice after I told him my car wasn't cleaned and would not allow me to go through again. Complained to his manager and never got my voucher for one car wash. Never thought they do this to paying customers and they won't get my 8 dollars again. I will go somewhere else. Horrible service here. They just want the money, it seems customers don't matter.

Service not friendly! Told me if I wanted cheap to go to Wal-Mart. But warned me that Wal-Mart doesn't change caskets blah blah. I had a coupon so I stayed. But they were not nice at all. Wouldn't recommend them.

Go in for a oil change and they will say you need 3 or 4 other things done. Tell you one price and then you get your bill and it's way more. I'll never go back!

After a bad experience in the store getting gas, I went to get my car washed; the young men working at the car wash were totally amazing!!! They did a GREAT JOB!!!!!
