They went above and beyond for me in every aspect. Buying a car has never been a good experience for me, until now. The ladies in the sales department are amazing. Every Car they sell come with a warranty . One that is actually useful. I've had AC issue . They had to replace just about everything to get it working properly. The guys and gal in there service department wouldn't stop till they figured out what was wrong. They even tinted my windows . And everything was at no cost to me. They made sure I was able to get to work while they fixed my car. I'm a single mom and life is a struggle, having a safe reliable vehicle is top of the list . The team at Titan understand that and they have taken that worry off my list.

Where do I begin. This team has been simply amazing to me. I ve had several issues with my vehicle and they have not failed me. Gabrielle is very nice and good at her job. V as well. I let them know what my issues were they immediately went into action and got me taken care of. They offer Uber or whatever you may need to keep you mobile during repair as well. Everyone at Titan motors car lot and Auto repair shop have been very patient and kind. Since buying my car May 13 2022 they have made sure all of the small issues have been fixed at no cost to me. Everyone has been so nice and understanding and have made me feel like I was important. I appreciate businesses that take the time to make sure their customers are satisfied with integrity and respect! I very much appreciate all of the hard work Titan motors has put into making my experience great! I would recommend Titan motors to anyone looking to buy a used car. Couldn t be more grateful for this shop!! I called them and explained the problem I was having, they had my car towed to their shop not even 2 hours later and got me a ride home from work!! Then to have it completely fixed in less than 24 hours is so appreciated! I highly recommend! They go above and beyond for their customers!

Again, I've never been more satisfied with a car lot services, and Titan Motors is definitely on TOP for me, if you have a car through them they will fix anything and everything for in such a timely manner! The people are absolutely amazing and have a genuine passion to help those who need it! Check engine light came on a day after I bought the car. They got my car right in. Fixed the problem and brought it to me at work! Colt stayed in contact letting me know what the progress was! This place is amazing the people are so nice and understanding they keep u updated on all the thing s the do to your vehicle I had the opportunity of them to fix not only my ac vent but my headlights on my car as well and they did an amazing job on both my ac blows so much better now and now I can drive safe at night and they make sure they get your car in and out as soon as they can so you won t be out of a car for so long I know for a fact if anything Needs to be fix on any of my cars I will be going to them because the environment the employees everything about them are so great and I want to thank them again for helping me out with everything on my car . Just amazing company and the people are just amazing as well you will not fine any other place like them there the best in town

If you ever finance with Titan motors PLEASE DO they really help u Whenever your in need of an emergency got road side assistance 24/7 and they are really good and plus all your repairs if you got the right insurance will be perfect!!! Go check them out on 34 and Georgia and the maintenance guy Cole he s the top of the list he ll make sure your car is running great and make sure everything good and in place !! COLT is the most shadiest "mechanic" I've ever dealt with! Claimed to have fixed an oil leak in my 2015 hyundai sonata, & DIDN'T! Now my engine is messed up because he also neglected to change the spark plugs or clean the cylinder out that was full of oil! When I called, numerous times, I was told he's "busy". He NEVER returned a call! He also stole out of my car when he claimed to have fixed it. Used all my gas on a "test drive". Will never use them again nor refer anyone to titan motors!
