These guys did a great job installing my lift on my 2019 silverado. I was missing a couple pieces of small hardware, yet they hooked me up. Got me fixed up and aligned as promised for a great price. Thank you texas tires amarillo.

Phenomenal place. Girlfriend and I blew a tire clear out in Tucumcari NM, drove 111 miles on a donut got us back on the road in 10-15 minutes, only $200 for a tire!Didn t have my size though. But they did help me get a tire that ll work with the car.

The man who helped me was so sweet. He took his time and I didn t feel rushed. Truly the best! They treated me so well.Texas Tire went above and beyond for me. He even made sure I knew the safe speed to drive. He was so helpful!

I finally took my dodge ram 1500 to get a make over and was very impressed with Texas Tires. Eric was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He got me through the whole process painlessly and I couldn't be more happy with my trucks new look. Thanks! Before and after pic included.

You all have terrible customer service it took too long for me to get my tire fixed when he told me a certain time and y all all weren t even ready your prices are ridiculous. Whoever s working at the front desk need to be fired shedoesn t even know how to speak to people. Your place need to get shut down service are terrible.

If i could leave 0 stars i would.I came in and asked how much it was to mount and balance 3 tires that i have the girl tell me is it new or used i said new then she proceeds to ask me if i bought them there or somewhere else i told her somewhere else. She then says 60 dollars a tires im like what!!!! Even if its new??? And she goes yea thats what my manager said im like no thank you thats fine then she goes and says let me ask my manager again i was like ok then she comes back and says i can do 100 for all 3 im like ok ill do it but how did he get 60 per tire then??? So i proceeded to pay the 100 they take my truck in about to start putting jacks in then the so called manager comes and says stop stop stop! To the service technician then come and knocks on my window and said they messed up on the price and its 100 per tire im like what!!! Hes like yeah there big tires and she told you wrong i told him that the price you gave her i was nice and didnt argue amd said no thx i will just go somewhere else then he goes inside get me my money comes out and says i can do 225 like bro thats still horrible for 3 tires then he tells me you drive 100k truck you can afford it like what??? Theres one thing doing service and another taking advantage of me got out of there as soon as i could after that went over to SOUTHERN TIRE MART THEY DID IT FOR $30 bucks a tire mounted and balanced dont waste your time at this shop go to southern tire mart they help people out not take advantage of you

Got towed here due to them being the only wheel/rim shop open on a Sunday. Got a nasty bent rim causing a flat on a pothole on I-40.While they informed me they don t do wheel repairs anymore, they still offered to help by attempting to hammer the dents in. The owner and technicians were all extremely friendly and helpful. They helped hammer and used bead sealer to successfully repair the leak free of charge. While I still should get a new rim, they saved me on my trip to Atlanta. Otherwise I would have been stranded.If you ever need new tires/rims or need an emergency repair, this is the place to go. The technicians are genuinely skilled and caring, and will accommodate your circumstances.

Waste of time. They said come over so we can look at the lock on your wheels I come over and they tell me that they don t have any keys at all. That place is filled with brainless people that are a waste of good oxygen.Edit: Awww the unprofessional store owner is mad what are you gonna do? Keep crying about it? Go ahead cwy just don t use up too much oxygen alright?PS: Check your grate spelling next time before you make yourself look brainless

If I could leave 0 stars I would!!!Let me set the scene for you.. it s 6pm, I m a little over halfway through my trip from Louisiana to Colorado then boom I get a blowout in Amarillo. Looked up online found this place it said they close at 7 so I had my girlfriend call and tell them we were on the way and make sure they could get to us before they close. They said come on.I get there at 6:40, kind of tired because we ll I been driving 13 hrs straight and I just had to change a tire while simultaneously dodging 18 wheelers who are texting..and the so called manager tells me and I quote We can sell you the tire but we can t put it on for you What??? So I explained my whole situation and she said I wish we could help you but they already put the racks back. What? It says you close at 7 and we calledSo called manager : sorry . Do not use these people. Call Rite Price tire

My husband got his early birthday gift here. He was so excited that I surprised him when we rolled up and said alright go pick what you want. He got rims and tires. The people here are very friendly. They have a TON of rims to choose from.

I have purchased rims and tires from here and had a great service so I bring my wife's car for tires we drove from Tucumcari to Amarillo not knowing that they took there last car 6:30 but vianey the girl at the front counter went to ask the guys in the back if they would put them on and they did thanks to the staff at Texas Tire

This place is terrible my 1.5yr old tires had a screw in them that needed to be patch told me there too old they need to be replaced that they might blow funny cuz the shop down the street said they were in great shape other then the screw patched it with no issues so avoid this place if u can

We were traveling through on our way to Colorado and needed a tire on our RV replaced on a whim. Texas Tires is the only tire shop in Amarillo open on a Sunday with tires in stock. From the time we called to the time we left, was less than an hour. They re super quick, friendly, and very knowledgeable.

Would highly recommend Texas Tires! I went on to check a tire. Not only did they check quickly and tell me what's wrong, but they did it free of charge! Such nice employees!

Poor service. Very unhappy with the results of a level kit for a 2017 f150. A huge inconvenience. A waste of my valuable time and money. I would not refer or suggest anyone use Texas tire for lifts or levels. My truck is setting sideways.

Do not buy any tires or wheeels from this place. This place is trash. I bought wheel from this place and 2weeks later as i was driving from work my tire came off my wheel almost causing an accident. I callex this place to inform them of what had happen and the lady there told me they cannot do anything aboit it and that there wheels dont come with warranty

Horrible customer service! Don't care to help you, they act like you are bothering them. Had to call them multiple times to get information from them I had been asking for and needing from an order I payed for!!!

We bent our rim in Oklahoma City during a long road trip. I m so glad I found this place in east Amarillo! Our tech , a transplant from Orlando, was so great. He sealed up our tire, allowing us to make it to LA, the grand Tetons and more. THANK YOU!
