I went in yesterday afternoon to get a top off and two nice gentlemen took very good care of me and my car. They were very friendly and professional.. the dipstick holder to check my motor oil is broken. The older gentleman was kind enough to advise me where I could buy a new one, he even checked out the price differences to get me the cheapest one, he took his time out of his day to make sure mine was better. These guys are awesome!!l They deserve our business. They are definitely very good at what they do. I can tell they care about their customers. Thank you both so much!

I was at this location about six months ago on a busy afternoon. One of the new hires lost my coolant cap when he was checking my coolant levels. After about an hour they finally told me that they lost my coolant cap but they would replace it after ordering the part. I went back a few weeks later to check on the part and they said they hadn t ordered it yet. They told me to come back a few weeks later. I came back later about a month and there was a new manager David . Totally changed the atmosphere. These guys work harder now faster and with increased professionalism the new manager David ordered me a new coolant cap and covered my services free of charge. I highly recommend this place for increased professionalism and attention to detail. I will be back.

Waited in line for one hour. There were 3 cars total there. No one ever told me it would be an excessive wait, absolutely no communication or apologies. When I complained, they could not have cared less. Place is full of employees that clearly don t care about people s time. I left without an oil change. If you value your time, go elsewhere. Because they don t value your time.

I am very pleased. I went in because my service light was saying I needed an oil change. The rep there was honest with me and said I previously paid for 7,500 mi oil so I was not due yet. They reset my service light and topped me off. In my eyes it made them seem very honest and didn t just try and sell me another oil change before it was due. I am thankful and will be back.

This was the first time I used Take 5. It has been a while since I used a place to do my oil change over just doing it myself. So that being said I found the price a little high. But everything is when someone else does it. I am thankful for them checking everything they were very helpful and kind. It didn't take long to get my oil changed and they even went over the prices for another vehicle of mine. I would definitely take my Armada back.

I'm really happy with the service I received from Take 5. I pulled in because my oil change sticker was past due and my dash warning said I needed an oil change. Right off the bat, the techs looked under the hood, then explained to me that my oil was in great shape and I could likely get 3k more miles before it needed to be changed. It would have been so easy for them to just change it anyway and charge me the full price, but their honesty was very refreshing. They even printed me a new sticker for 3k miles. I will for sure be back with this and my second car when the time is right. Trust goes a LONG way and they earned mine.

First time using this company for a quick car inspection. Unfortunately there was nothing quick about it. 1 hour wait for a 10 minute inspection. Had I been informed of the wait and not sandwiched into the line I would have left elsewhere. Other than the extended wait, service was great.

Simply outstanding. Michelle was such a kind and respectful person, she gave me the best oil service I have ever had, she has a wonderful personality and I can tell she genuinely cares about the customers. The young men there were also very kind and educated me on all I needed to know about their services. I have nothing but recommendations. Go there or be square! Take 5 is quick and easy. They did an awesome job getting me in and out of the shop. I just wish on cold days they would shut the shop doors to keep their employees warm. And maybe getting them some heaters. It was already high winds and low temps. Mangers please take care of your good employees. I have never heard of take 5 until I came to work in Amarillo. So keep up the good work guys and gals. I will back.

This was the best service I have ever had. Being a single female, I can not count how many times I have been cheated into buying auto related items and services I didn't need. Not to mention being talked down to like a child because it was over my head. I was beside myself seeing females working side by side at this business.Beautiful sight...please give this place a try if you need someone to trust and be honest... God bless

Great workers, great service, and efficient time use. I had to air up my tires and top up on fluids to make sure my car didn't melt down on the way from Amarillo to California. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of car services. (Pic from Lake Havasu where the temp was 115� F at 7 pm. Without the car I would have melted )

I literally just got my oil change there and I have never had such rude people in my life and tbh I doubt he knew what he was doing anyways for the price I paid the service could be way way way better

On Monday the 11th I stopped in and had a trailer inspection done. In and out within 10 minutes and the staff was awesome.I returned on Wednesday the 13th to get another trailer inspection. I was basically approached before I could get my truck in park with the manager telling me to keep moving not to park. He said I can t park in their parking lot. I stated to him I was there for a trailer inspection and he stated they didn t do inspections on trailers. I explained to him I just had one inspected on Monday and he was very rude and stated that it s a corporate policy and they don t do them. I ve been using them for services on all my company trucks and personal vehicles, but won t return.

Yesterday I had went for a oil change at the Georgia location when I usually go to the shop in canyon, but i was in the area so i thought i would stop by. I never received a water at all when I arrived. The lady that was dealing with me was super rude and pretty much gave me no choice of which oil to use in my car. She put the most expensive one on there chart and told me that I had to go with that. I asked to speak to someone higher up but she advised me she was the assistant manager. She opened my passenger door to check my cabin filter which I had asked her not to do but she insisted. Why was I showed my cabin filter but not my air filter ?I was so overwhelmed by how she acted and treated me I will never be back to this location ever again I will stay in canyon. Also if you are going to get in peoples car you should at least wear arm deodorant.

Terrible and I mean terrible service! Kid was extremely disrespectful! Look, you re an oil change business that s all you do, you should at least do it with a smile or at least ask, hi how are you doing this morning. Kid needs to go back to bed. The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. And that is saying a lot. I always go to Kwik Kar on Western and that is where I m going now!

I went to the Georgia location for an oil change and inspection. They wouldn't pass my car because of a OIL LEAK. So I canceled the oil change. I don't think they liked that, and after I left, I guess they retaliated by entering into the computer system that my car wouldn't pass because of an EXHAUST LEAK. Maybe they were trying to cover their own butts. Idk but it made it much harder to get inspected at the next place. No Exhaust Leak. I won't be back.

Went in for inspection. All bays were full and an attendant brought out a bottle of water and greeted me. After a couple minutes lines formed in all three bays but a bay next to me was about to be free. They ran the whole operation smoothly and fairly, having us all shuffle around to get us in in the order of first come first serve. The inspection went quickly and I was happily on my way.

Took over an hour for an oil change. I pulled up and there was only ONE other vehicle that both workers were working on. A third came in and then started working on the OTHER vehicle for awhile before finally coming over to finally do the oil change on my vehicle. I'll NEVER come back to THIS Take 5.

I arrived in a hurry and was made comfortable by the man who seemed to be in charge that I would be out in less than 10 minutes and I was! I was given a water bottle while I waited and even was able to use a coupon from my email! Since I have a small infant this was convenient for me. Got the highest oil package with new filters for the price of a regular oil change change somewhere else. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Will be going to Take 5 from here on out.

Would give 5 stars. But they didn't replace my protector under my car and it keeps hitting every bump in the road. Other than that they are very professional and kind.

The staff was amazing!!! Very professional and knowledgeable. The manger was the most kindest person. She explained everything in detail. The service was fast and clean. I will definitely be returning and recommending this location.

My experience (Mon. 11/20) with the staff and the customer service was very positive. HOWEVER, in replacing my cabin filter, an air hose was not properly reconnected and caused the engine check light to come on and required me to take it in for a diagnostic.
