These guys did a great job. I requested special oil and expected to have to find it locally and bring my own. But no! Within 1/2 hour they had my oil, service was quick and I was on my way. Now, never having used this company before, I thought maybe I should be careful, make sure they tighten the plug etc. No problem! The explain their service procedures well, which includes a team member plug-check, and at the end they show you your final dip-stick test with oil level and nice clean oil on it.

The oil change was fine. But I got there at 7am and they only had one single person working to do everything. Like one person for guiding cars, running the computer, doing the oil change etc. 1 dude. There were 4 cars in line and 1 person. Take 5 was a Take 1.5 hours this morning.

Just finished getting my oil changed here for the first time. I will definitely be back. I like the fact I can wait in my car while it s getting done. The gentleman was very good at explaining what was going on as they were doing it. They were very friendly and very fast! Great experience over all! Highly recommend!Update - forgot to hit post on my first review 5000 miles later here s my second oil change review - plus I got an inspection. Same great service in a timely manner - very satisfied - I ll be back!

They broke a fuse box trying to remove my air filter and scratched the paint. My truck has 13k miles on it, I told them the air filter was good. When I showed them the fuse they busted off they said "I can order you a new fuse" but I was passing through town. So they walked away and they offered no other value to remedy their negligence.

Not a good selection of brands of oil. Lately it s been only one obscure brand. I don t want to use just anything in vehicles that cost upwards of $100K. So have been forced to bring my own oil and filter too many times then, pay a hefty charge to just drop and fill it. The service has been great so far, but you need to offer a choice in oil.

My experience was not good. There were two cars in front of me but I waited almost an 1 hour just to get an oil change. Everyone was nice and courteous but the manager on duty wanted all to know he was the manager and a little condescending when he talked to me. I have been using take 5 for sometime and no issues. This time they changed the oil which took way too long and when I got home I noticed a oil leak on the driveway. This vehicle was not leaking at all before I took it in. The oil plug was leaking and it appears that they poured oil all over the engine when filling it up. My wife had similar incident where the oil filter was not tight and had a hole in it. It also made a mess in the driveway. We won t be using your services any more.

The attendents were so friendly and made me feel welcomed! I will go back for sure. A smile and a friendly tone goes a long way for me. That little bit of kindness may be the only kindness someone recieves that day. The fact that the attendants have another come to verify their work shows that they take their job seriously. Thank you!

Service was amazing! Took about 14 minutes at most, but really felt like 8 minutes. The manager Brandon did my service. Take 5 oil change needs to keep him around! This young man greeted me as soon as I pulled up to the establishment and kept me informed the whole service all while being incredibly respectful and keeping a smile on his face . I will be a repeat customer as long as Brandon is managing this establishment!

I wenr to take 5 to get my inspection sticker. The guys were great and very polite. They had me in and out in no time. One guy even offered me a water.

Employees greeted me with a smile and were very nice and professional. I was informed about everything being done and what my car needed for best performance.They even checked my tires for me. They were fast. The price wasn't bad either.

The oil change itself went without a hitch until a couple of days later. The mechanic that worked on my vehicle forgot to secure one of the plastic pieces under the vehicle. I went back to the shop and they notified me that the part was broken and they couldn't secure it properly. I was promised that a new part would be ordered but due to the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, it would take a couple extra days and I would receive a phone call. I notified the mechanic that I was moving and if they could ship the part to my new home, and he confirmed. So I agreed to that arrangement.Here we are, almost three weeks later and no phone call or email. If the mechanic had been honest with me and told me they were not going to order the part, I would have moved on and got it fixed on my own. But he gave me his word that the part was ordered so I'm expecting the part to be paid for and delivered.

~20 min per oil change; am i wrong or is the 5 supposed to mean a 5-minute oil change? And pretty unprofessional to be swiping credit cards on a square connected to an employees cell phone On the plus side, the employees were very friendly and polite.

The experience that take five was pleasant. It was my first rodeo, and I like that I got to sit my car. There was two cars in front of me and I felt like I was taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. The gentleman who helped me were very knowledgeable.

They were amazing! I pulled up 5 minutes before they closed because my low oil light came on. They did a full oil change for me, had such a positive attitude through the whole thing, and kept my engine from locking down! I can't thank them enough!!!

This may have been the best experience I have ever had getting my vehicle serviced. It was early cold and already there was a line. The technician was solo with no help and yet he opened 2 lanes. The service tech was working hard and communicating with everyone. It seemed like he knew exactly what to do. It turns out that he was actually the location manager. His explanation of services and the options was spot on. He was pleasant and and energetic. He's only 22 years old but you wouldn't know it. Brandon could quite pose the best Automotive Service Technician I have ever seen. Wow!

I had earlier gone to the Wolflin/Georgia Street location, after waiting almost 30 minutes and shuffling of cars, I was informed they didn t have the filter for my Tacoma. The young man said they had not been able to do Toyota s all day.Why didn t he tell me that at first? He suggested one of their other locations. I give this location a1 star rating.I went to the 34th/Coulter location and received outstanding service! The workers were efficient and courteous. This will be my go to location in the future. I give them a 5 star rating.

I ve been using the Rogers Avenue location in Fort Smith since they opened. I ve never had anything but amazing service. UNTIL the last oil change I had and I will never go back. I ve always used my husband s military discount as well as any coupon that was emailed to me. This time, they would not let me use the coupon, that did not have any restrictions except an expiration date. Had I known they weren t going to honor the coupon I would not have purchased the overpriced air filter. I would have gone to Walmart and bought one and changed it myself. The techs in the shop offered we have a new manager without even looking at me. I m not going back to this location and will find another oil change company. Over $100 is too much to pay for an oil change.

I actually asked in a Facebook group for people to recommend a good place to get your oil changed. There were a lot of recommendations and this was one of them. It was close and convenient but not the cheapest. I think it was $60 - $70 total. A little more than I was hoping to spend but like the advertising says, it was fast and easy. So I would recommend it.

I appreciate that Take 5 opened at 7am. That way I could get my oil changed quickly and be on my way to work. The young man that changed my oil, Brandon, was very nice, personable, explained what he was doing, and made the process very easy for me. I will use this business again and tell my friends as well! Stopped by for an oil change and got amazing service from Parker, he was super efficient and quick, checked everything over thoroughly. Which is great considering all of the employees were being yelled at and demeaned by Freeman who was telling them all of their jobs were on the line and he s the best of all of them. Seems like a very tense environment to work in based on how he was treating everyone, very loudly and right in front of customers.Services: Tires, Oil change

The business has a lot of bad publicity. On how they use a low grade of oil filter to install on your car. This is the cause of all vehicles that lose the oil in them shortly after an oil change was done by Take 5. That is a big reason why I don't use this company for any oil changes to any of my vehicles I own..
