John Bennett is the only sales consultant I work with. I ve bought two vehicles in the past 5 months and worked with him both times. Straightforward, easy to work with, fast and diligent. Everybody knows car shopping can be a pain but this was such a breeze. My mom reached out to LaDez about what we had looked at online and then I met up with him to look into pricing. He knew my budget and got me in exactly what I was looking for and it was all in my budget. Very happy with the whole experience, definitely reach out to him if you are nervous about shopping for a new vehicle!

Couple of months ago, my cv axle failed while driving near Amarillo, TX and I took my car to this Toyota dealer thinking I'd get OEM parts installed. I was fine paying the price they asked as long as they install original Toyota parts because I know they last. Instead they replace my cv axle with a trash part from AutoZone without telling me they're buying it from AutoZone and charging me double the price they bought for. I only realized it after checking the part numbers on the paper individually. Now this whole time I'm wondering when this cheap fake part will fail again. So I've decided to replace it with original CV axle without even driving my car 3000 miles. Which means I wasted my money doing business with street Toyota. Consider that original part lasted almost 200.000 miles. That's the only reason I was fine paying estimated 1100 dollars for the repair. Now that I'm getting original part back, I can send their favorite cheap duralast cv axle back so that they can sell it to someone else for $294.85 plus $665.95 labor.

When we bought our RAV4 Hybrid, the experience was not that great as the salesman did not know how to address women (my wife) as the buyer instead of directing all aspects of the sale to a man. Since then, my wife as bought the RAV4 in for service and some of the service members were very pushy and blunt about additional products and services they felt our RAV4 needed. But for the past 3-4 visits, she had worked with Ryan Escalon and my wife had nothing to say but good things about how he treated her fairly and did not push services that were needed. I went to the dealership with my wife about getting new tires and Ryan was the same way with me, professional, easy to talk to, and honest. He s the reason why we came back to buy all new tires with an alignment at Street Toyota than to other places. More service members need to see Ryan as an example of how to treat people and provide options and services without being pushy, you will get more business that way. Thank you Ryan!

We live in Lubbock but decided to make the drive to purchase our new truck. Hassle free, fastest car buying process we have ever had. Most of the process was taken care of over the phone so when we got there we had to sign a few papers and we were done. LaDez is a great guy and helped us find exactly what we wanted. They even had their after market customization guy tint the windows for us so it would be ready to roll when we got there. Great experience, worth the drive. 10/10 would recommend!

Rare TRD parts found! I recently had the pleasure of dealing with James Baker from the parts department at Street Toyota in Amarillo, TX, and I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am for his outstanding customer service. I was desperately searching for rare TRD parts for my 2012 Scion XB, specifically a TRD Wheel Installation Kit. My frustrating experiences with various dealerships across the country, including Toyota themselves, left me feeling hopeless.However, everything changed when I made a call to Street Toyota and was fortunate enough to have James Baker answer the phone. From the moment I explained my situation and expressed my frustrations, James immediately understood and assured me that he would do his best to help me. His empathy and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference.Unlike other places I contacted, James took it upon himself to physically locate the TRD Wheel Installation Kit for me, despite the system showing only one in stock. Communication was great and service was so much better than other places we have tried in past! Jason is doing an excellent job at keeping the service department operating at a level you rarely see! Would not rebalance the two front wheels on my Lexus ES350 without doing all 4 wheels. I need 2 done at a time to try to diagnose a vibration in the steering wheel. Very disappointing that I could not get Toyota to do this service, I even offered to pay for the full 4 wheel service but just wanted the two front wheels done. They refuse and in fact do not even seem interested in talking to me. I used to have a lot higher opinion of Toyota than what this dealer is providing. Where else should I take my Lexus in Amarillo?

I had the worst experience at another dealership this morning and was beginning to lose hope in driving away in a new 4Runner. We were referred to Ladez Captain and he got me a brand new 4Runner without all the added stress. He knew my budget and my requests and he took them seriously. He was straight up with me and completely transparent. I can now say I am the proud owner of a brand new 2023 4Runner. I ve never shopped at Street Toyota but because of Ladez, I will never use another dealership ever again. Street Toyota, you did great by hiring Ladez. He s a keeper for sure!

This place is awful if could give the place a -10 I would. From the customers service to the sale guy Chris Granados that sold me a Lemmon Jeep wrangler in December of 2021 within the 2 months of having this vehicle it needed a whole new engine. They only put a refurnished engine or parts .Didn t have it for about a month because parts were on back order. And then within a couple of months, the check engine light came on again once, and this time it needed the time chain. And once and I was left with out my car. I took it and in February 2023 again the check engine light came on again it was the thermostat. They fix it but I had to the smelt coolant leaking somewhere in the jeep according to the assistant service manager, Corey Wagoner they was a coolant leak but the technicians could not find it. I had been in there multiple times for a squeaky sound when is turned off. So in July 22,2023 I was going to go on a trip. I went in for a simple oil change Ryan Escalon assistant manger help me this time I explained that I need an oil change. I would be leaving the next which was a Sunday to San Angelo tx first trip to ever take this Jeep. I left my Jeep wrangle thinking it was in good hand by professionals, that know how to do a simply oil change. then I get a call from Ryan telling me that he advised me to get new tires. I explained that was on a budget. He said I have a loan system we use where you can get the loan out as long as you show us proof that you got the loan. So once a guy trying make a sale. So end up applying for a loan of 800 plus dollars for use tires, to turn out days later I never got approved not to do anything with my credit it just that I bank with a small federal credit union. So I paid the 800 plus dollar from my saving for emergency money. Ryan told me that loan like that may take till Monday for them to reimburse me so he advised me to pay the $800 upfront and by Monday I would have my money back in my bank. So me being a woman paranoid that I would put mine in my daughters life in danger because like he said, my tires weren t good for the road trip. He convinced me. I dropped off my vehicle around 10 in the morning. Didn t get it back till 5:30 in the afternoon Saturday and as I pulled out of the service driveway driving away, my rim caps flew off. It was so embarrassing that a couple that were looking at vehicles were waving at me with my rim caps to come back and even the tire service guys saw when my rim caps flew off my tires. So I drove back because they were waving at me to come back. They couldn t put them on. They broke them and advise me to come back another day, so as I pulled off to Sony Street. My vehicle was shaking who ever put the tires did not do the balance or the alignment on the jeep. They didn t even test drive it so I called Ryan and he said take it back. They will have to fix it. It is not safe for you to leave like that on your trip. It was about 540 pm at this time. Ryan was gone. So I take it back in another assistant service manager Arthur Hernandez helps me, and when I tell him what s going on he rolled his eyes at me mad because he knew it was already 5:40 PM and they were about to close. I told him I couldn t leave like that because I was going to San Angelo Texas the next morning, I feel like they worked on it on a rush and it still was not aligned when I left the place and this was almost 7 PM so I called Ryan and I tell him that my car does not feel the same. It feels like it s so heavy for me to push , the gas I drive it from street Toyota to my house which I live on western and Bell Street. So the next morning I leave from Amarillo to San Angelo with my daughter as I m driving about 30 minutes to get to San Angelo my car pop, and every light that you can imagine turns on on the vehicle the vehicle is overheating and it s making a noise I had to pull over and it s me and my 13-year-old daughter in this heat of 102� outside. Our phones gets so hot that we can t even use our phones because our phones are overheating in the middle of nowhere.

Really disappointed in the service I received today. When I pulled in with a scheduled time, a girl came to my car but didn t say a word to me. I told her my name, she wrote something on my windshield, and then left me. I had no direction, I didn t know if I put my car in the right place, where to wait, etc. I found my way inside, tried to ask the girl at the checkout counter a question and when I approached, she didn t acknowledge me. She looked down at her phone. It took them about 2 hours from when I dropped my car off. No one was interested in helping me or listening to my questions. Super disappointed, not sure I will return!

Was here 3 hours yesterday just to get 4 tires on. What s the point of making an appointment if they do not even work on your vehicle at that appointment time. Don t get me wrong Arthur was nice. But honestly he was like the only nice one here on the 31 of October. I don t know what s changed since Covid it must have ate at some peoples curtesy. I use to love street Toyota I ve bought a few vehicles from here but honestly I don t even know if I want to do business here anymore.

I went to Street Toyota looking for a Toyota Certified SUV, and it was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I am a first time car purchaser, and with the help of Josiah Krulik, I was able to have a great deal on my 2017 Toyota Rav4 at a price that I love. Josiah made the car buying experience even better than I could have asked for: he was knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable every step of the way. I plan on only doing service with Josiah and Street Toyota for as long as I drive cars.

My husband and I are grateful to Street Toyota service department for the exceptional help provided to us on Monday, February 27. We left Durango,Colorado on our way to Dallas when we traveled through an accident site in Vega. About 4 miles later our truck started shaking and riding rough and making noise. We had a blowout on our new 2023 Toyota Platinum truck. It is thought we might have picked up something that was left on the highway after the accident. We learned that the tire was s dealer tire and we needed to go to Street Toyota. Although our circumstances was stressful, the employees in Service did above and beyond to make the experience pleasurable. The waiting area was equipped with a very pleasant gentleman that came to us with a basket of snacks and offered to get us a beverage. It was a busy Monday and I know we were worked in with other appointments. Our trip had a rough start but we felt blessed that Street Toyota made a bad experience goo from a zero to 5 star experience. Thank you to all who helped us. We appreciate you!

Corey was great. We were traveling from the Carolinas when, of course, the check engine light came on just as we were going into NM. Every dealership in a hundred mile radius told us it would be a week before they could work on the car except for Street Toyota. They took care of the problem within a day. They also shuttled us back and forth to our hotel. We can t speak highly enough of them.

Great Dealership. Recently purchased a new vehicle from Alex Sianez. Great service, great price, and process was quick and easy.I later went to get the windows tinted and Chris helped me. Really nice/friendly guy. Competitive pricing, and above and beyond service. Dropped the car off, they gave me a ride to work and within a couple hours brought the car to me. I will be buying our next car through this dealership. I m very impressed and grateful for such an amazing experience.

Bought a Toyota, paid too much of course but nearly 2 years later have no issues and hope it continues. Will only buy Toyota in the future if continues. Don't buy a Nissan or Dodge vehicle ever from anywhere. Stick with Toyota quality over style.
