I always get good service from Ricky's; I have AAA, and they have always taken my call. My driver tonight was James, and he carefully extracted my son's car from the mud. He made sure I was comfortable with the extraction strategy before he winched it out.

The driver, amazing. Dude gets 5 stars.The rest of the experience, not so much.Got picked up in Claude and dropped off in Childress. This should have been a hour and a half drive.25 miles outside of Childress, the truck brokedown. The driver immediately called dispatch only for them to drag their feet.They waited another 2 hours to send a new truck and it took 2 hours for said truck to show up.What should had been 1.5 hours ended up taking 6 hours because the rest of the team lacked any urgency to remedy the issue at hand.

On April 13th, My Dodge broke down on the way to Las Vegas, the driver James came and took great care of us, very very respectful and professional, not to mention funny!,. Thanks James for the Awesome communication and looking out for us!

James is the MAN! These guys got to me and my 1984 VW Van in no time. He knows how to hook it up and got me to where I needed to be quickly and professionally. Highly recommended!!!

Unprofessional driving. You cant just sit in the rd. On your phone w no one around... Pull over to us your phone, maybe???. And be angry at a gentle honk, so you know your impeding traffic. Then, get rode rage and follow and honk at people. A block in from Bell facing Amarillo High School around5 pm April 17th Thank you for looking into it

To say that their pricing is STEEP is an understatement! OVER $30,300 to pull out a semi truck and trailer and then tow after an accident. The driver waiting 25 hours bc of the bad weather on 54 last week. This was roughly a 5 hour job that they did after the weather cleared. I am not saying it was easy or fun to do but the amount that was charged is crazy. yep, It was over $30 thousand dollars! Thanks for doing the job, I appreciate that! The price, no thank you!

Used AAA. They were to dispatch this company. I made sure it was annotated I have a 16 ft bumper trailer that needed hauled. Called Ricky's towing after I found out who the towing company was and asked if they can accommodate moving both my truck and trailer. They said they can't. Not sure if they wanted to squeeze more money by making 2 trips or what. I cancelled their service. I'm not leaving a 8 thousand dollar trailer on the side of a highway so they can juice more money for what ever reason. Don't waste your money.

Great experience! Zach was the driver. He was pleasant, professional and prompt. I was pulling a GN LQ horse trailer and he hooked up the whole shebang and very smoothly got us to the fix it shop. Made a stressful situation a WHOLE lot less stressful. Highly recommend!

They passby me on freeway and ask me if need tow service, I was trying to find a tow service. I ask him how much, he didnt tell me, said lets get this problem solved first. It was took him about 45 mins to tow my truck and he charge me almost 10000 dollars. he locked up my truck and trailer, wont release them before I pay. I dont know if this is legal but this is not right to me.

So I thought I had 6 miles to a gas station.. My first time driving a Kia K5, don t push it like me folks. My car cut off in Vega, tx 10 minutes from a gas station. Thankfully this company came to save me. Tommy was the best, Thank You!

We blew out our tire about an hour from Amarillo. The insurance company wasn't able to find anyone, so we called Ricky's Towing. They picked us up within the time that they said. Joe was amazing and made the ride enjoyable during a stressful situation.

Horrible company that doesn't mind cheating people. They will tow you if you parked legally not, bad customer service. Very rude and unprofessional. And pretty crush they stole 2 packs of smokes and 18 dollars from my console. Shady, shady people

I wish could give 0 star, this place is highway robber. 45 mins charge me 11000 dollars and there are 26 hours on invoice. I called in they said can change hours on invoice but the amount will be the same. try to avoid this place.

Rude as hell! Short fat lady at the counter had the worst attitude ever. Felt like I was dealing with the mafia or something. Entitled racist people run this terrible company. Avoid at all cost!

I would like to send a big shout out to the guy who towed my car out for the auction the other day he did a great job on my Saturn Sky and they gave me plenty of time to get it fixed enough to get it off their parking lot which I did in a somewhat reasonable amount of time and drove it all the way a sketchy as it was all the way to Fort Worth Texas overall to 820 and Ramey into my neighborhood and made it home safely cruising between 55 and 80 mph it was a little sketchy but I made it home safely so there was no worries I appreciate everything you're doing

These guys did a fantastic job of taking care of me. They promptly came out to our location, assessed the situation, and carefully prepped and towed our 45 foot fifth wheel (2 broken leaf springs on the rear axle).

Called them and asked if they had the ability to tow my semi with a loaded trailer, they said yes. When the driver showed up he said he was unable to hook up to my truck due to my cattle guard. Had to call another tow company to come out and tow me. The other toe company said that it was ridiculous that you guys could not tow us with our grill guard. Most of our trucking industry has grill guards on them. If this company cannot tow a truck with a grill guard they need to go out of business. I will never call them again.

If it wasn t for this company my family and I may still be on the side of the road. My family and I were traveling from through Texas when our trailer broke down and we became stranded on the side of the road. This company was the only one that we contacted that would come and tow our trailer, including triple A. Not only did this company agree to tow our trailer, they went out of their way to ensure that it was done correctly and safely! The driver was more than professional and did anything and everything he could to help us in our time of need. I am eternally grateful for this company and the driver they sent out to get us!

I broke down 40 miles outside of Amarillo and was helped by this company. AMAZING experience. The driver helped us put our broken car in a safe place and helped us pick a safe hotel. The driver went out of his way to help us and even took an hour longer than he needed to to help us. 5 stars.

Rickey s towing towed our car to the shop, and during transport bent the frame of the car which caused the radiator to be damaged and leak coolant. The radiator is now not holding any coolant whatsoever and on top of the $4000 fix at the shop it needed to go to, now we ve gotta take it to ANOTHER shop to repair the damages Rickey s caused. Which is estimated to cost us $2,900. We have reached out multiple times, and they are failing to take any sort of responsibility or liability for the bill or the situation. We should not have to pay $2,900 for a situation that they have caused and will not take any responsibility for. As if the first repair wasn t costly enough, Rickey s created another large expense. Do NOT use them, and their management is extremely unprofessional or helpful.

This company will steal your car and make you pay to get to get it. $95 to move it outside the gate? THEIVES! Guess business is slow so they have to make money somehow. The owner was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to me on the phone. He made violent threats against the vehicle's owner. Refuses to right his wrong....the vehicle was picked up "accidently" but we have to pay to get it back......scams! This company just sucks!

Ricky's Towing was an absolutely extraordinary experience. Professional, fast, friendly, and kind. They were very understanding and happy to help. A service oriented company. I've never had a better experience. I will be requesting Ricky's Towing in any future AAA experience for my vehicle needs.

This team was absolutely amazing to me, I had to get a rental car towed and they came out and were super communicative, quick, and professional. When I realized I left a jacket in the backseat of the car the tow truck driver went above and beyond to get it back to me. I m so grateful and it could not have been a more pleasant experience!

Epic fail. After using AAA to call for a tow across town, Ricky's managed to fail me not just once but twice in a 24 hour period. Their wait times are simply unacceptable. The first attempt left me waiting for nearly 3 hours and forced me to cancel because the shop I was being towed to closed for the day. The second attempt was a 4 hour wait before I gave up. I realize that we had experienced a major storm that caused flooding and such but with ZERO communication on Ricky's part I was left wondering if I would be picked up at all. Instead, when I called (after 3 hours mind you) I was scoffed at as if I was the problem and told I was next in line and it would be another 45 minutes minimum. I timed it and after a solid 4 hour wait, I just gave up. I called back to cancel, and was again met with a short tone followed by the distinctive click of being hung up on. My advice on Ricky's is save yourself some time and hire a Mythical Creature like a Minotaur to tow your car, he will surely be there sooner and with better customer service.

I have used Rickey's Towing for quite some time - 4 times in the past year alone. Satisfactory service and prevailing pricing.. until today. Paid high price, but o.k. - the entire trip from yard back to yard in less than an hour. After pulling me out, the man who took me to the site to meet Rickey's became slightly stuck... right in line and a 5 minute winch. - Another $175.00 the driver apologized as "Company Rules". I protested this unfair and ridiculous charge, through the "Dispatcher" - who gave me the same ridiculous statement about "Company Rules" (My God, 5 minutes... no drive from town... etc.) - well, when a Company has gotten so big that problems cannot be brought forth to a decision maker in order to inject some logic in the matter..... that Company has become too large and important for me to use in the future... This is not "Company Rules", this is absolute and unmitigated theft!Service: Car towing
