I m from Colorado but I ve used Matt a couple of times when I ve been in the area. He is responsive, knowledgeable and cost conscious. Once you are his customer, you can call him any time from anywhere and he will walk you through any questions you have.

On the road, and in an unfamiliar area, it's never fun to have an issue with your RV. Unfortunately, we did, and Matt took great care of us, and got to us quickly; identified the problem, and was apologetic about not having a $25 part that he usually always has, and directed us to someplace 10 minutes away to pick it up (it was an easy DIY fix). He encouraged us to call him if we had any other questions, we did end up having to call him and he helped us over the phone. What a blessing he was! Thanks Matt!

Cannot say enough good things about Matt. He deserv3s 10 stars. We were 100+ miles away with the slide jammed in the out position so we could not move. Red Rover was the closest tech. Not only did he actually ANSWER HIS PHONE, but got out to us that same day. He managed to disconect the faulty motor and get the system into manual mode. With a little pushing, tweekin, shoving and swearing he got it all the way back in and locked down. He was beyond awesome.Service: Body & Trim

We couldn t get our slides to close as we were leaving for next campground. Ours is a 22 Redwood. Called our dealer nobody called us back. Called Camiping World they had no techs. Called Matt and he walked us through it. Got us up and running. Service today is terrible but this guy immediately stepped up to the plate and walked us through the issue. Highly recommend!!!

Matt is very knowledgeable with RV repair. He came to my location to fix my camper and was willing to walk me through how to winterize and take care of my camper. I would recommend Red Rover RV repair to everyone that needs a dependable business.

We had an electrical problem in our RV.and We were over 300 miles from Amarillo. I called Matt and he advised me over the phone ..it was Friday after 5 pm! The next day he kept track of our travel progress and met us at the park in Amarillo after 3 pm on Saturday.. Matt diagnosed the problem and fixed it.. I asked him if he would look at 5 other things. He did not hesitate. Fixed everything...even went up on the roof. Was very fair and he carries insurance. Matt is great.

Thank you Matt! We arrived in Amarillo at night with the temperatures in the 30's only to find our furnace wouldn't come on. We were on a tight schedule, just passing through, and headed for much colder weather so we had to get it fixed in right then and there. We called Matt first thing the next morning and he and his friendly helper showed up quickly and had us fixed in no time, all for a very reasonable price. RV issues while traveling are always super stressful but this experience was better than I could have hoped for.

Matt was very prompt and in a world where RV repair can be uncertain, was knowledge and friendly. His helper stepped right up and they fixed several issues with my plumbing. As a reviewer and local guide I take my job serious. This company is a breath of fresh air! Honest and concerned about the work they do. I highly recommend them.

Matt repaired the cables on 2 of our slides. He told us where to get them and was at our site as soon as we got there with the parts. We were just starting our trip and would have had to return home if it weren t for his services. Highly recommend. Thanks, Matt!

Matt is hands-down THE BEST mobile RV tech we have used. Good service is exceedingly difficult to find, but Matt at Red Rover RV is a fantastic technician, very thorough, and extremely customer-service oriented.Matt helped us diagnose and then replace a blown inverter. He never made me feel stupid, and he never tried to take advantage of us. Every step of the way, he confirmed "you can do this yourself if you want to save some money" and helped me keep costs under control.Beyond his technical expertise, Matt was simply a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, on-time, quick, never spoke badly of any other person or company, and he worked with Xantrex and our extended-warranty provider to save us as much money as possible.In total, Matt made two visits and had the problem resolved within 24 hours. He even put in the extra time and effort to find us an overnight replacement park, so we could get it fixed ASAP!100% satisfied, HIGHLY recommended, friendly to inexperienced younger RVers.

We call Matt to have him come out and look at our stabilizer jack that has hydraulic fluid leaking. We couldn't get it to leak and he said if we did to call him back and he would come out. He continued to give me different days that he would come out and then told me to get a price for the repair would cost me money as well for him to just look to see what the parts cost. He tried to tell me it was my job to follow up with him versus him giving any kind of customer service. At the end he ended up hanging up on me. I would NEVER have him work on your RV. He is very disorganized and rude and not customer friendly at all.

Thank you Matt! We tried so many rv places for help with a accident leaving our RV back panel flapping in the wind! Oops. Matt was able to come the next day and repair our Jayco fifth wheel like new. I would recommend him for any and all your RV needs while in Amarillo.

Thank you so much for squeezing me in after my 30 amp cord fell out of the cargo compartment and dragged on the road It was great to be able to plug in again that same night. Friendly, helpful, effective would use your services again if I was in the area. But hope not to need to Happy trails!

It is almost difficult to put into words how helpful Red Rover RV has been to my wife and me. Not only has Matt fixed any issues that have come up, he answers when I call him like the nagging wife he probably thinks I am. He has been more helpful to me than any youtube video or RV store could dream of being. Not only is he very nice and professional, he is extremely knowledgeable of all things RV related. I can not thank him enough, and would recommend him to any and everyone. God bless Red Rover RV.

My husband and I needed our Thermostat to be looked and when I called in for a service call i explained that we needed that looked at first. I even went as far as to send him a picture of the current one on our wall . Long story short, he came out and only looked at our Furnace and going to tell us we need a new one. Cost and labor for something that's still fine.... 1500.00.!!! Went and got a second opinion and now it's fixed for only 350.00. You be the judge !

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Very Professional. Fixed several issues for us. He explained what he did and went above in helping me understand the issues and repairs. Did what he said he would do and when he said he would do it. Provided input on preventative issues. Will use Matt again.

I can not say enough good things about Matt! We were driving from AZ to Michigan. Our first night out discovered electric and water did not work. Called Matt from the road and he stopped everything and worked on these issues for 4 hours and fixed it all up and we were back on the road! Thank you thank you Red Rover!

I took my motorhome to have a problem with the main slide that had been worked on 3 times before, I'm happy to say it works. He also fixed a few other things that made life easier. I would recommend him highly.

They came out and replace our ac the same day I called about it super thankful. Great guys everyone else said it would be weeks before they could do anything. Life saver in Texas heat

If I could give a five thumbs down I would This clown charged us a service call fee to come out and tell us the furnished needed replaced at a cost of 1100 when all it really needed was a thermostat replaced got it fixed to day 175 hi way robbery is what this outfit is about Always get a second opinion

Attempted to go to address from google and it took us off beaten path. We were passing through from out of town. Called to verify address and male answered rudely and said he s not there and we should have called but google does not say mobile???? Call first!
