I got a flat tire about 80 miles outside Amarillo while traveling for Spring Break. I Googled for tire shops and ended up at 3 places that were either permanently closed or had the wrong hours listed online. Polo tires and wheels was open on Saturday morning and took care of replacing my tire in less than 20 minutes. We were back on the road ASAP for a very fair price. Always fast and friendly. Reasonably priced. Locally owned. Employees are always very professional and but hustle to get the job done. Had a nail in my tire and was in and out in about 15 minutes. Guys were busy, but worked together to get it fixed. Service with a smile.

Figured out we had a bent rim causing a slow leak while we were on a road trip from Dallas to Amarillo. I read a similar review here and decided to see if they could help us too. Polo was able to fix the rim and get us back on the road within a few hours at a reasonable price. His wife was very kind and helpful too. They re a great example of what local business owners should be - skilled, trustworthy and friendly.

The dude was arrogant there and didn't care if he put different size tires on or not he kept saying if the shoe fits just to make his sale so I wouldn't recommend him as a junk yard even..

Polo was amazing!I called and told him I was on my way, he had it pulled and got it installed very quickly. Tire had good tread and he sold it to me for a very reasonable price.

Polo went above and beyond for me. I was told by two different tire shops that the tire I wanted was out of stock nationwide, however Polo was able to get it for me. His service is top tier and he really cares about his customers. I will definitely recommend this business to anyone.

I was heading to Colorado when I started losing air pressure in my tire. Had to put my spare on and drive 200 miles to Amarillo, because no one is open at 3 in the morning. Got to discount tire and found my wheel was damaged. They would have order a wheel that would be here tomorrow. That doesn't work on a road tip. Found polo. They fixed my damaged wheel and got me on the road again. Life savers

I called them with a flat from running something over on the highway and although I got there while they were about to close , they still helped us! The nicest man is working a new tire on. Would recommend to anyone in the area. Honest, reliable and affordable. 5 stars.

My father lives out of town so I can't just go straight to him for my problems with my tires . But since I started driving at 16, polos was always there. Every panic I had, they'd assure me and help me out with great reasonable prices. Recommend 10/10!

Oh my god. This man is a life saver!! We re on a road trip and hit a huge pot hole and it cracked our rim. We called him first thing in the morning and he said he can fix it. At first we were defeated by trying so many places. We thought what s the worst that can happen. We showed him the tire and he said to give him 2-3 hours. Now we are back on the road thank you guys so much. I highly recommend going to this man to help solve your problems.

Very dishonest business practices here, I was looking for new or used tires and one guy had quoted $40-$45 for one size that I m needing which sounds accurate since it s five dollars cheaper than discount tire sells them. Then another guy came out and told me they re going to cost about $100 each. I guess they saw my car and thought I had money to rip me off.

Very nice people great customer service and the job was done fast.I was going to put tires size that was too big for my vehicle and they let me know that it was not a good idea so thanks to them I am riding right.

Me and my wife were driving seperate cars on our way from Maryland to California. I got a flat right before we reached Amarillo. I called Polo's Tires before I arrived and they took in my car immeadiately after I pulled up, 6pm on a Friday. Not only did they fix my flat but they also repaired the fender guard on my wife's car. Excellent service and great price. Thank you Polo's Tires.

Needed a key to remove a tire on a VW... After showing Polo a pict of the lug.. he gave me the right one... Saved me from a big headache.. Great service.

Went in for a replacement wheel and new tire. They put on the wrong size wheel, stripped 2 of the lug studs and broke another. Guy blamed the stripped studs on me when the boss asked. Would recommend against going there.Edit: all 5 lug studs stripped one snapped off, and the wheen chewed through the brake pads so I have to have a brake job done. Highly recommend against.

The Best Tire n rim shop. Affordable and fast. There's Also A Water Dispensary inside shop. Must buy, it's perfect healty water. The owners are by far the nicest kindest people.

Had blow out in Dumas after getting donut put on made it to Amarillo, called around and was told Polos had used tire would be $35.. we drove 10 miles out of our way, when we got there, they didn't have the tire. They tried to sell me the wrong size. Don't do business with them. After reading the reviews I'm glad we drove away on the donut.

I was Doubled charged for a set of rims.. When I spoke to the woman she quoted me 450.. but they charged me 900.. then when I told him he NEVER refunded my money and on top of tht.. the rims had a crack in them he knew about.. NEVER go to polo

Some of the tires are a little expensive but you have to pay for what you want and they definitely have great tires
