Got a 2015 Hyundai Sonata, Check engine light wasn t on. I m 36 years old, and when my wife and I look at cars, we look for the Check engine light. There wasn t one on, and then a week later one comes on, had many of issues, that s all I have to say.

The owner lost a lawsuit for harassing and discriminatory actions against an elderly employee after a heart surgery. Don t support this establishment

The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable but when it came to go to clean the jeep and detail it, it really shouldn't take a day 1/2 to detail a vehicle. It takes the vehicle away from it's rightful owner.

Made service appointment on-line about a week in advance. Drove up and was met right away.Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous staff from entry all the way through to departure/check out.Took 2.5 hours for my 15,000+miles maintenance checklist to be performed as others were ahead of me.I did not use their shuttle service.During my wait there, they had coffee, water and snacks free/no cost as well as hand sanitizer.Clean lobby, waiting area, restrooms, cashier area. Sofas are uncomfortable after 30 mins and they know this but the chairs at the desktop computer are relaxing to sit in.Highly recommend Pete's Car Smart Kia in Amarillo Texas for your Kia Service needs! I left knowing my Telluride is in great/better shape thanks to their dutiful care and recommendations.

I have said... I d rather have a root canal than buy a car! Well maybe never again. Alan Kokorian made our purchasing experience the most pleasant and positive experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. He is knowledgeable in his trade, prompt to respond to questions, and has a customer first attitude. Reach out to him, deal with just him, and you will not be disappointed. Promise!

Personally I would not recommend, although I found a cheap used car here I drove it for 2 weeks and it gave out. I specifically told the dealer that I was looking for a reliable car and I got the complete opposite. I m my opinion they wanted a sale and not a happy customer!!

If you are in a pinch or needing a car that is relatively in expensive. These guys will help you out. I had my car die a miserable death and they were able to help me get into a new car that day. Return customer still satisfied.

I was well taken care of, quickly. No haggling or playing the game was required. I chose a vehicle, saw the price, and the salesman offered a lower price. No hard selling, no pressure. It was a great vehicle buying experience.

Great place to have my vehicle worked on. The shuttle driver was great. Had a great sense of humor and the shuttle takes you home picks you up when vehicle is ready.

Been looking at cars since mine broke down. The car's that the have available are 33% above KBB fair trade price. Go here if you have a lot of money to blow on a car and don't care about cost. Otherwise, other places are much better.

I've bought 3 vehicles from Pete's over the last 15 years and not one has lasted more than 6 months. Buy cheap here and get what you pay for.
