Really friendly employees helped me put freon in a.c. and also put window washing fluids in too. Will definitely be back.

Got what I needed, but attendant refused to help replace the the battery. It says that they will replace battery if you buy there. That's not the case. I drove vehicle home and did it myself.

I want to give a big heartfelt thank you to the employees and especially the customer who turned my lost wallet in. Hosenty and integrity is rare these days. I'll definitely be doing business here.

The most Pathetic excuse i have ever been.Went in to have them look at my Battery.The first Dude that came out said "UM"i cant fix it.Then he says go to Firestone next door,maybe they can fix you up.I left walked maybe 50 feet to firestone,tell them what i needed.whie i was standing there their phone rang.They want you to come back.I had been gone MAYBE 15 minutes ,i leave Firestone go out the door.I look at my Honda Ridgeline ,someone under the hood that i had left shut and my Driver side door standing open.Asked him what he was doing,:UM: i am trying to put you a battery in here,I had NEVER given any permission ,written,verbal NOTHING...I went in there to PRICE check first.The dude was acting like he was tightening something up.I never saw my OLD Battery.That is because they never did anything.I tried NUMEROUS times to talk to the Dist.Rep WES THIBAUT,but i guess he never has grown a pair YET....SO where there is a way there is a will....I will win...They told me that a rep had driven the 200 mile round trip to get my OLD battery and take it back to Lubbock...They tried without the vaseline.NOPE ,Did not and will not..This was the store @5121 South Coulter in Amarillo...PATHETIC LIARS..

Incredible. Car broke down on a road trip. Went here, after going to a different O'Reillys and still not being able to fix it, and Sam & Valentino saved the day. Figured out what was wrong, lent us the tools we needed, and really saved our a** so we could get back home. Super nice, super knowledgeable. Absolutely outstanding, 10/10.

Just had to replace the water pump on my vehicle. O'Reilly's had the part at a very reasonable price. I was impressed with the quick and professional service. The guy behind the counter knew "exactly" where to find my part and got it right the first time.

Awesome auto parts location for a great company. O reilly Auto Parts is my go to store for anything auto related. I ve shopped prices elsewhere and online mostly just for comparison. Bob, Joseph and the rest of the gang are a tremendous help. O Reilly s has got some of the best parts and warranties in the business too

I am not much of a gear head. I just went in for fuel additive and windshield cleaner they had both and seemed fine on pricing.

Just a lackluster customer service affair. Nobody said anything when my friend and I walked in, and when I found what I needed, the guy at the counter, and his two cohorts were all of a sudden very busy. If I were anyone looking to purchase car parts, or even to get a decent idea of what you might need, I would miss this one.

Wonderful staff and customer service. Truck broke down a couple miles up the road and one of the employees was kind enough to give me a ride back after I got the part I needed.

Very unprofessional and terrible customer service They would not help my wife install a light bulb and told her to go somewhere else. So she did Autozone and they installed it for free with a smile on there face. Thanks Autozone you will have all of my family and friends future business.

Great customer service. Treat the employees with respect and they'll go the extra mile to take care of you. Just remember, some aren't experts, but they're ALL very knowledgeable.

Had all parts I needed, instock! Prices were more expensive but they did price match the competition which save me a few trips across town would recommend.

Had a blinker light out, bought a bulb, figured they'd put it in for me (like they would in Clovis where I usually go) but no. Could hardly get them out the door to look at it, then they acted like no, just too big of a job. Guys in Clovis would have got out their tools and done it. I'll just go there next time.
