I had to buy a new battery for my car, and I knew NOTHING about it. Mark was extremely helpful, and even went out into the hot weather outside to personally replace my battery. Thank you! You turned my bad car day into something memorably generous and kind.

Top notch service ...Nina was very helpful and experienced .she took care of me and had me on my way in a quick manor. Sidenote: If she isn't a manager there she should definitely be on the list. This is what management should see..coming from a current manager.. Highly recommend!!

Nice guy behind the counter got that I thought I needed, turns on out I didn't need it. He refunded right there and then no problem.& Now let me tell you about the one on S Western, as I walked up to door to open employee on other side looks at me and locks the door so to make sure I understood they were closed. So much for that courtesies in that store. I might have only need fix a flat. Maybe I wanted to spend 200 bucks on toy cars... I don't know maybe a manger should be address this one. Corporate possibly...

Went in the door and just like the one on Amarillo Blvd, but at least a good guy helped me buuuut not a smile in the place,and absolutely no greeting, so I'm done with these store !!

Nice parts house that is the main warehouse for O'Reilly's. At this location, if it's in amarillo, you can get it immediately. Also don't forget to ask for your military discount.

Went to this store recently. Outstanding customer service that you do not find much today. This will be my go to store for any automotive.CLIFF who helped me find what I needed, is awesome at his job . Very friendly and helpful. Made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. Kudos

We were broke down by the new Mexico state line. We called them for the parts we were needing and these guys stayed waited for us to get there. We made it with one minute to spare. These guys were ready to go home but they still were professional and kind. So to the guys on Georgia, yall guys rock.

Not my first choice for auto parts, I prefer Napa or CarQuest but the folks at the new O'Reilly on Amarillo Blvd are pretty cool. I had an issue with my alternator for my Monte Carlo and the staff helped me with diagnosing the issue and getting a new one and had me set in no time. Great service and great staff!!!

When AutoZone doesn't have what i need, i hop right across the street to O'Reilly's, not a bad back up plan at all... Always very courteous and knowledgeable.. i could understand someone having them as their first choice, hell, they're both better than advance...

I was on a trip from Oklahoma city to New Mexico and I was on the highway near this store I noticed my alternator light was on...I decided I needed to have them check my altenator...Ed the employee was of the charts helpful...they had the part in Stock and I bought it...Ed even loaned me hia tools...I proceeded to remove the alternator in there parking lot...I then noticed the wire from alterbator to my battery broke...Ed did everything possible to get me back on my journey...I even tried to tip him for the most awesome public service I have ever encountered...Ed you are awesome and I wish you a blessed life fella

It was a dark and stormy night (it really was) Suddenly a male voice screamed..."MOM I NEED THOSE MOTOR MOUNTS TONIGHT!!" Seriously? In the rain?... Well I love my son, but he is NOT driving my car! Across town in gale force winds...fling open the door with only minutes before closing time, I am greeted by a smiling fellow who swiftly warranties the broken parts and I am on my way back to my son,who has fallen asleep and looks just like an angel. O HELL NO GET UP GET UP NOWWWW!!

It was like pulling teeth to get two lugnuts for my vehicle. He said I might as well forget it they are probably the wrong ones. I had to beg this guy to look at them and what do ya know, they were the right ones!

Counter help was more interested in answering the phone instead of helping the paying customers already waiting in line to cash out. Everyone else in the back doing who knows what. Never help to connect a battery or mount a side view mirror. Quote Unquote, they don't have enough people to help then 2 others walk up to assist other customers..hmmmm. Please redo the commercials to show its Do it Yourself...only Lazy, unhelpful, men work at Oriellys on 10th and Georgia. Back to Oriellys on Grand for help with the mount.

Worse auto supply service I've ever seen ! Unfriendly, ignores custer's at counter , no eye to eye contact or acknowledgement of customer's in store waiting for service. This has happened every time I've gone in there and have been occasionally going there only for emergencies for years.

I find O'Reillys competitive with all others but the cheapest being Auto Zone. But as for service and going the extra mile no one tops this store there always eager to print up a schematic or offer tips and the right part the first time everytime and if not in stock they get you one in hours not days.

Decent selection of parts.Just remeber to always go to this one as it seems none of the other stores ever have anything expect oil and coolant, and u will get told to go to this one anyway it seems like from my experiences. Most of the people here know there stuff and can help u for the most part with what u need not as good as napa in my opinion but i still buy stuff from there quite a bit

I went to oreillys to purchase a replacement for a failing blinker. I installed the light with a mechanic, and it went out 3 days later. Upon closer inspection of the bulb, it and its pair (still in the initial packaging) both had an identical defect, which, on the new, failed, bulb, was the location of the failure. I took the bulbs back with receipt to get an exchange. The older man I spoke to was very rude and short with me, and told me there was no warranty on bulbs, only on oil and other larger items. I figured I wouldn't be lied to and so I went ahead and bought a new set of bulbs, and the older man took both old bulbs and reciept, stating he was throwing them away. The warranty, or lack thereof, troubled me, so I went into their website and located the model bulb I had. It possesses a 1 year warranty. I called customer support to see what was up and why I was told there was no warranty. The csr was friendly and resolved the issue favorably. I went back to store to get refund. The manager I got didn't have an idea of what transpired, which is fine, but once it was explained, he went to talk to the old man I originally talked to. He berated the csr about lying to me and how "corporate will be on their backs now" and returned with both bulbs and receipt in hand,apparently the old man had kept them. Processed the refund, while proceeding to explain that their warranty policy only covered factory defects (which this was) and insinuated that the defect on the bulbs (which was a quarter inch nick in both bulbs in the same location) could not have caused the bulb to blow out, and that I was lying. I've been a customer at oreilly for years and have often recommended people there, but if their means of handling a csr error and 8 dollar refund is berating the employee in front of customers and insinuating that I didn't deserve the refund to me, the. They do not deserve my business. I won't be returning to that store, and their management has left a sour taste in my mouth.edit- I have had the bulb I got on my return trip installed for roughly a week now, with no issues. The previous bulb blew out in under 3 days.

Bought alternator for my pickup. It said it was 129.00 on website with 40$ core charge deducted if I brought old one with me. When I checked out it was 40$ more than advertised on there website. Was not happy about that.

Most oreillys are pretty good. I have a few guys i like to deal with strictly because they are that good. I didnt get my usual guy.Took forever to find some of the parts and then he didnt know exaclty were they went. They were for the front and he kept telling me they were for the back. He didn't believe me that those parts were not there.Otherwise oreillys is usually pretty good.

I came in to have my battery checked.i was advised by Robert it was not bad.i needed to drive it on highway to charge battery as I don't drive it very much.i did what he said came back and battery was good.i appreciate his help told me I did not need new battery.

Under staffed and the staff there are in slow motion or time just seems to stand still in there. Idk what it is but definitely didn't get helped and had to find a different store.

With all the people who work here it seems as if they are blind to the fact that there are customers in the store and if they do see u it's only when u r at the counter that they even speak with you and that's only to get ur money for the product that is a must u have except when the web site says product is on shelf and they don't even have a shelf tag for it
