Very helpful staff!Big thank you to Ian, Andy and Jose.They were able to supply a new battery and alternator for our car whilst we were traveling through Amarillo.They gave it to us at a great price and were very helpful during the whole process!

I went in for a battery and the employee replaced it for me and even used his own tool's. I recommend anyone go to O'Reilly's.

Employees are young and could care less about giving accurate help and it s also hard to give accurate help when you can t access your computer because you re eating your breakfast on the counter just seems like when they have to do their job is asking too much. And I have a commercial account probably spend five grand a montH at all your locations in Amarillo combined. Will be changing to advance auto. Big loss bc of young lazy employees in

This place is great very friendly and helpful staff, the young man even came out to my car put my windshield wipers on for me put the bulbs in my light . You can tell his mom raised him right because he said yes ma'am every time I ask him a question very polite.

Just wish that some of the employees from the Jim lake road crossing over to tascosa road in between Amarillo boulevard just to be specific I would appreciate it that could invest more time and knowing what they're doing as far as researching parts there's a lot of employees that are still green behind the ears. Sometimes time is of the essence when you're trying to get something done in the last thing you want is to be held up by someone who has very little experience with customer service

We are an elderly couple on a 5,000 mile trip, and our blinker went out, raising great safety concerns. We stopped at the closest O Reilly s we found. A young gentleman with dark hair( I wish I had got his name) helped us find and replace the bulb, and everything worked fine. We expressed our deep gratitude & appreciation and said a huge Thank You for his help, which his response was You are in Texas now, everyone will help you . His simple act of kindness touched our lives, ( may have even saved them) and we greatly appreciate O Reilly s excellent customer service.

Broke down on the way back to Arizona. The 2 dudes behind the counter went above and beyond on getting me back on the road. Very helpful staff knowledgeable on everything I was looking for. If your're ever passing thru Amarillo go check these guys out. A�++++

Traveling through area and headlight went out at night. Made it to O'Reilly's 20 min before closing. I was traveling alone and have no idea how to change light out. Asst manager went above and beyond and changed it out for me. I was back on the road in 20-30 minutes. You have a awesome employee! People don't get service like this many places anymore. Better do what you have to and keep him around. He is definitely an asset to your company. Highly recommend!!

I go in this location 2+ times a week for my job as well as working on my own things, and the guys and ladies here are knowledgeable and quick. Parts are delivered on time and ordered quick as well. Ben is the best!

South Grand Amarillo TX location has outstanding customer service! We are traveling home from a long road trip and one of our headlights and turn signals went out. We called O Reilly and Marcus so kindly and professionally answered my questions, had the parts and said they d be happy to help us. We arrived and purchased the bulbs and Danny did a super job installing them!! These guys went above and beyond! Thanks so much for your excellent service and for helping make our drive safer!

Great experience! I was passing through I-40 when suddenly i decided to stop Amarillo because my car started to make a funny noise. Alex was very helpful and polite. He was able to identify the problem within seconds. Now I m back on the road and on my way to my destination! Highly recommend

I've always had a wonderful experience at this particular location until today. I basically got kicked out and told that if I didnt leave I would get the cops called on. I was the first customer there and wanted to charge an item. "I always do this". I got told I couldn't because they needed to approval. I called my boss, no answer. I waited 5 mins for a call back and was already getting rushed to either pay or get out. I decided to pay cash and the whole transaction arguing with mr. Ramon. I told him to hush and get the transaction over with so I can go. He proceeded to telling me he was gonna refuse service and that I needed to leave before he called the cops. This is the first time anything like this has ever happened to me. I dont know if he was in a bad mood or not but that is not the way to treat a customer, especially one that always buys from your location.

Marcus was incredible. Helped us where he could with a tail light issue and when we ran into issues with the bulbs we bought he went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. 10/10

Always get great customer service and there's always someone there to answer my questions. They're also good about nit making me feel like an idiot, as I'm not very versed in cars. Great place.

Traveling through and my check engine light came on. Drake was very helpful. It looks like my vehicle wasn't fond of the altitude and humidity in Missouri and Oklahoma. Check engine light hasn't came on since my visit to this location.

If there was an option for no stars this place has earned it... I went in and there was 1 customerIn front of me and 2 others walked in after me I waited patiently for the individual in front of me to be helped and the assistant manager (not sure on name) said he would be right with me.. after helping the individual in front of me he went ahead and helped there other guy who had just walked in... If you want to be treated correctly I would highly recommend heading over to the orielys on coulter street they know how to help their customers this grand location is garbage.

Visited this location on 7/30/16 approximately 2pm, with the intention of purchasing set of after market guages sets which they keep behind the counter. I stood there leaning forward trying to get a good look @ them. After several employees walk passed me helping other customers that walk in after me and 15 minutes later, I left out of frustration. Very poor customer service and will never visit this locations again.

I've always had exalent experiences at the store on Grand can't say so much for the other stores but on Grand they are very knowledgeable and try their best to make your visit good. Go in and see John and day hi
