I have used this store several times and they have always been kind and helpful. This time they installed windshield wipers. They were quick and happy to do it. (Yes, I was lazy, plus I hate opening those packages)

What good does it do to leave a review if they are able to delete it.BUNCH LYING NO GOOD FOR NOTHING CROOKS ON S COULTER.TRIED FOR 2 WEEKS TO GET THE DIST MANAGER Wes THIBAUT TO CALL ME .BUT HE HAS SUCH LOW ETHICS,HE WOULD NOT.The low life phone answering woman in Azle.and Seagoville ,she is a liar and a low life like the rest of them...STAY AWAY FROM THESE STORES.........

Went in this morning and was greeted, the female employee was very helpful and patient and even changed out my air filter that needed replaced. She was very thorough and knew what she was doing. Very grateful thankful for people like her.Thank you again

Do not take your rotors to be turned here. They took 6 hours to turn them and didn t finish the rotor all the way.

Our battery died on us on a family car trip and we managed to jump it and get to this location just as they opened. The employees were extremely helpful and assisted us very quickly with getting our battery replaced! Would definitely recommend this location :)

This is the absolute best o'rileys I've been to in Amarillo Charlie helps while making conversation. Another older gentlemen with a beard is always helpful and is always smiling customer service and hospitality is a 13 out of 10. Great group of guys to do business with keep up the good work.

Charlie is the most competent cheerful parts guy I have dealt with. I needed a 4 inch hose for my wifes restored 1957 John Deere 420 (2 cylinders) he was emphatic on the phone he could have it. He was equally cheerful when i got there. it was so small he sold it to me for "a smile and a handshake" I will never go to Auto Zone again. Charlie made a lifetime customer. besides the guys at Auto Zone are always grouchy.

I went into this store for a case of carb cleaner and only found 7 cans. Asked the employee behind the counter and both employees ended up searching for the rest of the case. We never found the other cans. But the help they provided showed they cared. Thank you guys!

They are very helpful here and the staff is pretty knowledgeable. They will attempt to reason through your issue with you and make recommendations. This is a good place to go for parts and they will usually have what you need. Again its expensive just like any parts store but that's just how it is.

O'Reillys has great customer service. I am always helped promptly and courteously. They also have on of the biggest selection of auto parts in Amarillo.

Used to never worry about getting help when i went there...now, they won't even come outside and hook up the diagnostic tool....because of covid! Put on a damn mask and help me !

Friendly service but they didn't have tools to rent. We were in Amarillo headed home to Missouri and had no tools in the car.
