Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, they spent a lot of time finding the right part# for my vintage motorhome. Then they went above and beyond to aid in my return trip to Minnesota. Thanks Again!

Great people....treat me like Andy G even tho my mekniking's more like Goober from Maybury. Always most helpful.... tho they've never showed me how to get that piece right under the alternator without having to strip half the engine....that little piece that takes a cheater bar and at least two barkd knuckles to get to..... They will tell me it takes a 3/4deep socket and most the day tho...with a smile....keeps me coming back.

Recently we were traveling in Utah in a motorhome and we experienced battery problems which turned out to be a shorted battery that took out the sister battery. Our charging system was going crazy and the batteries felt like they were going to blow up any minute they were so hot. We scoured the country to find the right batteries and the only location that turned out to have any was a distribution center in Houston, Texas. The local NAPA stores in Utah could not get the batteries over the state lines so we had to deal with a NAPA in Texas. Thus, Amarillo turned out to be our most logical choice. When we called the store the staff was professional but persistent that they could not order the batteries without us being physically present to pay for them prior to the order. I immediately asked for the manager and Robert spoke with me and explained that he simply could not risk ordering batteries that cost $780 a piece and chance us not picking them up. When I offered to pay via credit card he explained how that was not reliable in the current world and we could easily dispute the charges. Over the next 1 minute I explained to him our situation and he immediately agreed to order the batteries. We arrived in town on a Wednesday night at 9pm. The store closed at 6pm. When I called Robert to explain our timeline he did not hesitate to offer to come to the store when we arrived and sell us the batteries. He did and we replaced the batteries at 9:30 on a Wednesday night. Needless to say, Robert saved our day. We could not have survived the night with the batteries as hot as they were. This type of customer service is so rare these days that I just had to tell my story. Thank you Robert for taking a chance on me and humanity and helping me through this situation.

I called for brands and pricing on brake pads thinking I would try a more well known, name brand pad after frustration with my last set on my Tundra. Robert, the store manager, convinced me to try the NAPA brand for a month, and so far so good 4k miles in!

My vehicle broke down in Amarillo and needed a new engine. Robert worked with the mechanic my car was towed to and they figured out what I needed. I was given the best price and very good service. I couldn t have asked for better. This was a terrible situation right before Christmas moving across country. Thank you Robert and for the young woman that answered my million questions over the phone! You guys rock

Customer service is terrible. I have never walked into a place of business where no one greeted me or even awknowledged my presence. As I sat my case of motor oil on the counter to check out, I'm standing there for roughly 5 minutes while the four employees are chatting it up about hunting season or what not. I was highly annoyed and as I turned around to leave one of the employees said "I'm sorry, fella. We didn't see you there". I'm 6'4" 250lbs and the only customer in the store...How could you not see me?!?!I'll spend my money else where.I miss the NAPA that was located off Georgia. They were true professionals back then.

The only auto parts store I shop at and do business with. They always take care of me and help me with all my automotive needs. I would highly recommend this business to everyone because they care about their customers

Lots of places sell car parts... NAPA is the only one that includes knowledge with it. Always refreshing to see experienced, intelligent and knowledgeable personnel behind the counter. Five stars. Thanks Josh and Desiree for always being able to help.

This store is the reason I quit shopping at Napa. I went in asking for a particular part by stock number and application; I was told that the part I had requested was not usable in that application. I asked again for the part by number and by name, and was told that I must have the wrong information. Actually I got the right information and that was "Go to O'Reilly". Which, by the way, I did and continue to do.

Had my car battery stop working on my trip from Colorado to Houston, and had to stop in the middle of the night in Amarillo. Not only were they nice enough to let me use the bathroom before opening, Robert, the manager made sure I was up and running right away! Could not be more impressed with the customer service. Thank you Robert!

Always have the parts I need, unlike other places that have to order it just to find out they sent the wrong part when you go pick it up. NAPA Auto Parts never let me down.

They have the worst customer service in town out of all auto part stores. Half the time they don't even know what they are talking about. The customer is always wrong and it is always a hassle to get them to doing anything for you.
