They do what they do great! I sent in my car which had very bad sounds coming from the transmission. They gave me a price estimate that in the end they were in the range of. However do expect a long wait as when they make their repairs they ensure that the problem is solved and solved properly. They are extremely transparent and try to let you know exactly what they did and if the wait is longer than it was expected to be they are not afraid to tell you why. For it's price point this is easily one of the best transmission shops in town.

They have a really good reputation so I took my jeep to them thinking I was having transmission issues. The transmission was fine but it was heating up causing it to lose power when accelerating. They changed the thermostat and thought that fixed the issue.It didn't. I didn't even make it home before it started doing the same thing. They were too busy to take the time to repair it correctly. Turns out my water pump was going out and my heads were warped and leaking from the head gaskets. They had it for 2 weeks and I got it back in the same condition I dropped it off in.

Very good place to take your car. I tookmy Dodge Grand Caravan for an issue. They check and diagnose it very quickly.

Mikey and Dewayne were so amazing! My Matrix decided to take the plunge outside of town and out of all the transmission shops in town, they were the only ones who could take me in. They diagnosed the problem, were straightforward about the solution, and offered so much help along the way. Total strangers made me feel like family. Well taken care of, supportive and honest. Traveling as a single female, that isn't always the case in the hands of a mechanic. Eternally grateful!

I don t want to give this place any stars it is undeserving of any rate. We have had our vehicle here 3 times now there is another problem that was not there. I am going to talk to them if they disrespect me or try to say they did not damage my vehicle I am getting a lawyer. This is the worst vehicle repair I ve ever had in my vehicle repair history. They have all the good star ratings but for me it s a zero but it want let me choose that. I need my car fixed with no problems. I m a Veteran I am a nurse and I deserve to have my vehicle fixed just like the people that gave the 5 starts. We will see.

We have used Turbo Exchange many times for transmission repairs. Buddy and crew have always done great work at VERY reasonable prices. Most recently they rebuilt the transmission on my Jeep Wrangler at $600.00 less than other places quoted me. I ve had it back for about a month now and she s running and driving awesome! This place is probably one of the best places to go to get a transmission fixed. I have taken 2 cars to them, and each time it has been fairly quick and ran like a charm! As far as the price goes they're probably one of the cheapest places in town! When they tell you a price over the phone they are sure to stick to it!

Needed some work done on a vehicle that was a new purchase. They went out of their way to help me out. Extremely honest! Their concern was making sure the vihicle was safe for my son to drive. As a single mom I truly appreciate this. Cannot say enough good things about this place or about Buddy!

They were willing to tackle a weird transmission problem I was having that nobody else would touch. They had it fixed in no time flat and the fee was more than reasonable. I highly recommend Turbo Exchange!

Had to have the tranny rebuilt in my truck and this truck is never an easy fix and will always throw a curve ball when it gets a chance. Found out I had an issue with the transfer case on the truck and buddy called me and let me know about it and reassured me that it wouldn t be a big deal to take care of. He also replaced my clutch and flywheel and even upgraded them to a heavier set and gave me a very good deal on parts. Due to the truck being so difficult it did make it take longer on the repairs but never the less I was very happy with the repairs and am back on the road again. Gave me a warranty and the reassurance that if I did have any problems I was free to just give him a holler and he d get it lined out immediately. This was the third vehicle I have taken to him and he has always gone above and beyond what was asked and made me a happy customer every time. Even my dad used his shop for atleast the last 15 Years and he lives a 140 miles from here, so if that doesn t say something then I don t know what does.

Turbo exchange worked on my 1998 Buick Regal. They were very busy but they fixed my car (cut wire on transmission harness). They didn't even charge me. Buddy is a great guy and very knowledgeable. Thanks again. .

I let them work on my mountaineer with a transmission problem. They had my car over and over again for weeks and weeks because they couldn't fix the problem. They smoked in my car, used my car to transport parts, and put mileage on my vehicle for their own business use. Onetime it was left outside and my entire front end was smashed. It was repaired by a low-end repair shop. Employee there at the time yelled at me because I was upset. I finally took to a reputable place where they found the transmission radiator was blocked causing transmission to always overheat. They never even thought to check. I should have sued but didn't. My bad review gives me some justice. I would steer clear of them completely.
