We came here to get an interlock device installed, Mike was so helpful, knowledgeable, very nice and has a great sense of humor! He did an amazing job with the installation and explaining everything we needed to know. Thanks Mike!

We were recommended this place by car talk!! We brought our 97 caddie in and everyone from the receptionist to mechanic to owner was incredibly helpful. Good work, fast for a fair price.Will be our new mechanic for all our automotive needs!!

5 star service over here from Kristina and her team at Mike's auto shop! My family had some unexpected car troubles during our road trip to California and needed help immediately. The team over here fixed our car on short notice and were very friendly and professional. The prices are amazing and our car is running like brand new. We're back on the road and are very greatful to the team for taking such good care of us. I would highly recommend this autoshop to anybody!

Mr.Biele has been working on my vehicles and my daughter's car whenever they have any kind of a problem.. He is always very easy to talk to, and is obviously quite intelligent and capable. He has a great crew too. They won't price gouge you either.

My daughter was travelling from Alabama to Arizona when her car broke down in Amarillo Texas. Mike Biele Automotive was recommended from one of the local muffler shops for general automotive repair. My daughter was very upset that she had broken down in a foreign place to her, but Mike treated her very kindly, even loaning one of his cars for her to drive around in until I could make it there to pick my daughter up. Mike treated us like family and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I thought we were going to end up with a $1000 repair related to a stopped-up exhaust system to fix her 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse, but after diagnosis and considering our options, he was able to fix her car at just under $120. Mike handled our nightmare situation with care and compassion. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Worst place in Amarillo to work for they start you off at a flag right but only give you one to two cars a day so you don't make nothing and when they put you on salary you work way more and don't even get paid for holidays off don't trust these guys with your car or for a job you will get ripped off either way I had to learn the hard way by working for him and don't listen to the woman that works there she don't know what she is talking about at all!!!! Very untrustworthy....

Mike has been caring for our automobiles for over 10 years. He was recomended to us when we purchased a used Jeep Cherokee for my wife. His business honored the service policy we purchased with the Jeep. He has earned our respect for the best car care we have ever experienced.Recently they rebuilt the transmission in my 2006 GMC Denli. The engine/transmission computer was not functioning as required. The computer replacement would have been very expensive. Mike and his staff found a workaround that was simple and inexpensive. The transmission is now functioning properly. It is this kind of attention to customer service that keeps us returning to his shop.

I'm only giving one star because I'm forced to.... They told me it would be $1600 to fix my truck and then I set it up and gave them my truck they tore down the engine and called me and told me it would be 3500 to attempt at fixing my truck and if it was not able to be fixed I would owe the 3500 plus another 7500 for a brand new engine When I told them I did not want to put a brand new engine in they told me they put a "camera" In the engine and now they can see that it is fixable and it would cost me 3000 worse case scenario 3500 to fix I told them to have my truck ready for a tow truck to take it to the Chevy shop and they still charge me $300 Just to get my truck that they did absolutely nothing to it these kind of con artists think they have you against the wall when they tear into your vehicle and think you're forced to pay whatever they want to keep their light bill on Stay away from this mechanic they give you cheap Quotes but you pay more in the long run
