Miguel was awesome for me; he gave me a very good trade in amount towards exactly what I wanted and got exactly what I told him I needed done for the car to be purchased. I went ahead and purchased the vehicle and he stood by his word the whole time after he was paid and fixed what I said plus added some new breaks.

I went today (10/19/22) to see a vehicle I was interested in and had the worst customer service experience. I arrived at the lot around 5:10 pm. Walked around the truck, but no one came out, so I walked inside to visit with someone. Only to find the employee stretch out on the couch playing on his phone. I asked him if I could see the inside of the truck; his response, I already put away all the keys. I m only here waiting for some guy to show up. I said y all are open until 6? He reiterated he had put all the keys away. The time was 5:20. Needless to say I didn t get to see the interior of the truck.

I flew in from Denver, CO to purchase a very nice 2012 Toyota Sequoia from Mick Diesel Motorplex. Miguel went out of his way to meet me at the airport with the Vehicle where we drove back to his dealership to further evaluate the it. The Sequoia was even better than advertised,. Miguel s brother went out of his way balancing and rotating the tires for my long drive back to Colorado. The vehicle performed perfectly. I had confidence that Miguel would take care of me, and he did! Miguel had all the paperwork ready for me to make the transaction fast and easy. This is an honest Christian family business. I definitely plan on buying a vehicle here again in the future.Jeff M from Colorado.

Not only did they keep in contact with me during the entire purchase process. But because the process was such a rush they reassured their business and contacted me once parts were in with the vehicle I purchased. Allowed me to use my trade in till everything was up to par and even drove to my hometown for my payoff and to switch out vehicles! I would recommend Miguel or Kevon 100%!!

Miguel and his Team were awesome! Great customer service great vehicles. Miguel kept his word and done all he said he would. He is definitely about getting good vehicles and about the customer getting in the vehicle they they want. If you are looking for a a reliable nice vehicle, Mickdesil motorplex is the place!! Hands down!!

Never have I been treated so much like a human, and family by complete strangers. Having a God loving family, the added Christianity was huge to us! Notice the cross in their logo, the God Bless text after leaving their lot. As well as the personalized note to our family in the bible placed in our glove box after purchase! Most honest and honorable car lot I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! Highly recommend!

So my son has been looking for a truck and tried several places, even locally where he has great credit, payment history and built a repore with the bank. Long story short, his credit was hit numerous times with inquiries and there was always something including 20% down, etc. My son heard about Mickdiesel and found a truck he really wanted on their website. I called and got all the details, was VERY specific about what all we have went through. We filled out the application, they looked at the criteria and found a bank running credit only ONCE. I have never worked with a dealership that was so honest and trustworthy. They do as they say and found a way for my son to get the truck. This was the easiest process I ve ever been through buying a vehicle. They even Fedex the paperwork to have Co-borrower sign and then let my son go pick up the truck on Sat afternoon. Not only that but they have a branch where he lives and let him go sign paperwork there on his lunch hour. I just can t thank Miguel and Kevin for all their hospitality! This is truly how you do business! TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!
