I highly recommend the Virginia Circle Mavis store. A couple weeks ago I requested a tire rotation when I had my vehicle serviced at a different place but they did not rotate the tires. Since my tires needed rebalanced (and rotated) I dropped by the Virginia Circle location during lunch and Ben and Landon made sure that I got taken care of and their team balanced and rotated my tires and got me back on the road. Thanks guys!

We were traveling from out of state this weekend and woke up to a flat tire at our hotel downtown. Mavis Tires and Brakes was only a few minutes away so we drove there and were welcomed with excellent service and great kindness! They took our vehicle back immediately to begin working on it all while letting us and our dog wait inside the lobby. My tire was repaired extremely quickly and efficiently! Landon helped us and was especially great!! I highly recommend this mechanic for any of your needs!

I called around 9am spoke with a gentleman who helped me setup my appointment and cut me a very good deal on the tires I purchased. My appointment was for 1pm and I arrived any 1230 spoke with the young lady Ms. Tara who was so polite and inviting. The Virginia circle location will have my business for a lifetime. Thank you for your punctual and great service!

SUPER SATISFIED with my visit today at Mavis. Definitely a place that puts the customer first. Landon was a HUGE help! (Ask for him when you go in) They will work with you for all your car needs. Speedy service & their Customer Service is AWESOME as well!

Sarah and Landon were absolutely wonderful! They signed me up and got me approved for credit on my vehicle needs! Excellent customer service and my alignment was great! Vw told me I had to get the alignment at the dealership for $2,000.00 which ridiculous! And I called around and found this place who had the special tools for my alignment for only $99.00 and I m so grateful for these guys! Highly recommend Mavis on Virginia circle!!!

I ordered tires online for the first time and opted for the choice to have them shipped and installed at a local store. They were shipped directly to Mavis Tires & Brakes. The store called as soon as they arrived and said they could install them sooner than my scheduled appointment the staff was super friendly and kept me updated from the time I ordered to when I picked my car up. I was able to get my state inspection at the same time. I would definitely recommend Mavis to friends. Thanks Terry & Derek for getting me back on the road

The staff here took such great care of us when we had a tire tread separate. We were driving from CO to Dallas and were lucky to be in Amarillo when this happened. Service here was top notch and they worked us in so quickly. Would highly recommend this shop!

Had a tire come apart while driving home on the last leg of a very long business trip. The pros at Mavis got my car in and fixed up in no time flat. Excellent service and great staff. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! I called in the middle of the afternoon traveling a long distance and they got me in and fixed my breaks and tires same day so I could get back on the road! Very friendly staff that explains everything clearly and loves dogs so if you have one take it.

This shop saved our day! Ben and Landon were amazing. We had a bolt in our tire on the way through the area, made an appointment the night previously for 8am and were out the door by 9! We appreciate their speed, professionalism and how nice they were to our pup!

We drove into town about 3pm and our car started vibrating. I called 3 other ships and explained the issue and was told that they couldn't fit me in until possibly Sunday. I called Mavis and they told us to come in and they would make room for us. They were a lifesaver and we were able to continue our 999 mile journey 2 hours later. They took the time to explain what was wrong and were able to get it fixed and had us safely back on the road after they inspected everything. Thank you all for your help and honesty!

Had a nail in my tire and they were able to get me in quickly and back on the road quickly. All while giving me a good deal on a new tire. I wasn t in there an hour. Everyone was so kind and helpful! I ll be going back for any issues with my tires.

Super fast and friendly employees, Sarah at the desk is amazing,she knows how to do her job very well and she made things quick and simple, very professional staff and will be going here for now on! The technicians and sales manager made sure to address my problem I was having with my brakes. They were able to replace my brakes and rotors at a fair price within a timely manner. They even replaced my brake light that was out when I was not even aware it had burned out. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for brakes and rotors.

Went to Mavis because I need new shocks and struts on my 2017 Chev. Terry Conley waited on me. He was very pleasant and helpful. He explained the complete process to me then gave me a bid. The bid was very reasonable, and he said it would take about 4 hours. Terry called me later and told me the front brakes need to be replaced. That the rear brakes and shocks looked good. I trusted his judgment and appreciated his honesty. When I pick up the vehicle it drove great again, like when it was new! Great Job Terry and Mavis!

Went in for an alignment and possibly tires, left with a healthy discount and free windshield wipers because they seen that one of mine was torn. Great team, great service. Definitely taking my cars here from now on.

I was going to get new tires and T.P.M.S (Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensors) installed. They lied to me about there pricing and products, going back on there word after they reassured me the first time. I will NOT be doing business with them again. I advise anyone to avoid them.The cooperate office will do nothing to resolve any issues. They give you the run around. Don't bother calling them.

I wanted to give a shout out to the crew on Virginia Ci. After getting burned at the big tire people. I looked sound for a new tire store. I found it in Mavis. I have a corvette and needed new tires and shocks. They hooked me up with Michelin Pilot Sports and Bill told me to get the shocks I wanted and they would put them on. Bill had to align the front and rear. I told him this other place had said one of my wheels were bent. Wrong. It needed aligning. My car drives and handles like new. These guys are real pros. Thanks Landon and Sarah for your help.

Had an issue with our brakes that were recently installed by another company out of state. Met with Terry and the team to discuss the issue. The tech, Bob, took the car into the bay and did an assessment. Bob was able to remedy the issue quickly and was able to compete the work under warranty.I would give them a 10 star rating if I could. Great job. Obviously, I would highly recommend meeting with Terry and the team for any brake work.Thanks!!

absolutely LOVE IT HERE! we got a flat late in the evening while driving through on a long road trip and this tire shop was the only place that offered to help us out so quickly and efficiently!!! Teri was such a sweet man, very respectful, helpful and understanding! We would 100% recommend anyone in need of car assistance to go to Mavis Tires :)

Terry at Mavis is the best! We were brokedown outside Amarillo TX late Saturday afternoon, tow truck driver recommended Mavis tire and brakes. They are open on Sundays thankfully! So we left the car in his lot and scratched a note on some paper and put it in the drop box. We called him first thing in the morning and he was so pleasant and helpful. He said he would get it looked at right away and get back to us. And he did! He did a diagnostic which resulted in bad news (but not his fault) and something he really couldn't handle. When we decided to just tow it back home his employees loaded our car on the transport and secured it for us. How nice is that! And something we never expected, he didn't charge us a dime. That is unheard of! So I would not hesitate to recommend Mavis Tire for your auto needs!

I was having a very bad 6 I went to get my oil changed. Something else came up when they were checking my truck, but Landon helped me out and got things taken care of.Shout out to Landon.He was at a location closer to my house a few years ago when I started using Mavis. He was, in fact, the main reason I kept coming back, and it was a drag when he suddenly wasn't there.I told him I was happy to hear him answer the phone when I called the Virginia Circle location.You never know what someone is going through when it comes to customer service, and sometimes it's just those little kind gestures that can really improve things for someone.

I went in with a flat this morning and they made me feel very comfortable. They had very quick service and he didn t charge me a dime to fix it. I will definitely be going back in a few months when I m ready to buy a we set of tires.

I was in the market for 4 new tires as well as a front end alignment. I shopped around for a few days. The specific tires I needed were out of stock in every shop I contacted and a front end alignment was going to have to be scheduled 2-3 weeks out. The incredibly helpful staff were able to get everything I needed completed! I dropped off my car at lunch and picked it up at 5pm the same day! We will be using them for our tire, brake and other related needs in the future! Thank you Mavis!
