Went in on Saturday to gets some parts and we wanted to order the same day the guy wrote down all the parts and said he would call us he never called us and acted like we was a bother to him nothing has changed since they switched ownership they leave your bike or whatever you are getting worked on out side just sitting in the weather for the whole time tbh I'd fire someone if they came to spend money and you didn't go out of your way to help them

I m a first time buyer, decided to stop by Sharp s Motorsports to check out the Honda Rebel 1100. Anthony instantly greeted us, and took his time to go over that bike and other bikes. Very friendly and polite. Ask for Anthony, and you will not be disappointed.

If your shop is backed up for a month, your customers need to know this before they decide to choose you. But no these people leave you in the dark.Got my bike in the shop on Friday,(Victory Octane) diagnosed it same day. Didn't order parts until next week. I call for an update no one knows anything. Parts just ordered. Call next week for update because it's my only ride to get around. Parts haven't came in, ok. I call next week, Parts are in and going on the bike. . .I show up 2 weeks after that, to pick up my bike (5 weeks total)Parts are not on my bike. They got it done within 3 hours next day. . I drive my bike for 45-50miles. . They never fixed the problem. Now I'm over at the east coast getting my bike taken care of. Parts came in just a few days. Will have my bike ready within a week or 2.People are friendly but boy do their service suck. I work for myself and I know how important transparency is. These people show up to collect a check. They done give a daamn about your bike or Quad or dirt bike. This is how small town shops work. Because of them. I won't take my bike to anyone in Amarillo/Canyon area.If you travel, take your bike to a big city where there is REAL competition.Because of their service. I view this whole company as incompetent. You just lost a good customer with your first impression.TAKE YOUR BIKE ELSEWHEREI'll be buying dirt bikes and quads at another store lol GOOD JOB LONESTAR

No longer in business as Sharps - taken over by Lonestar. The sharps sales guy was great - no longer there.New sales guys and company tack on all sorts of fees and charges. I ve heard this from a coworker and my own experience.Looked at a SxS that was MSRP $32,000. Stated no rebates available (currently a few going on) and that the machine needs a setup charge and that only his techs can do it - as the factory doesn t put the doors on right, as well as all sorts of other charges. It brought the number before tax at over $35,000 and change. My coworker said they did the same thing to him (after agreeing to a different price) and told him that if he bought the machine elsewhere it wouldn t get serviced there as fast as ones bought from there. He ended up buying from Antlers in OK and I bought mine out of state as well - along with rebates offered and no additional fees etc. In all, I got a new machine with options and out the door for less than Sharps/Lonestone without anything added. Now I know why people don t buy local.Check with service prior to actually taking your toy there. For an oil change was quoted $150/hr for labor plus the cost of oil/filter making *just* an oil change $230.

This place is an oasis on I-40 on Amarillo! Riding from North Carolina, I was in desperate need to replace the front tire on my '17 Triumph Trophy SE. Geo had a choice of two tires for me in parts, and the service department got me in to get it mounted. Great customer service, plenty of parts, and a willingness to help on short notice are NOT normal descriptors for a bike shop. They're just usually so packed it's tough to help. But the guys at Lone Star Motorsports went the extra mile to get me done. TRUST, quality, and professionalism are what you can expect at Lone Star in Amarillo, TX. Thanks!

My husband was over a thousand miles from home when his rear tire blew out. The people at Sharp's had a tire in stock that fit his BMW bike. They put it on and had it up on the trailer he hauled it in on before he knew it! What a nice bunch!

Chris the salesman was very informative and extremely helpful. He was not in anyway pushy or rude, he gave us the most information on what we might need and did not try to upsell anything. The store was very clean and they have a wonderful collection of older motorcycles.

I had the opportunity to stop in there today. I needed some help with service and parts for an ATV. I spoke with three different people and was treated in a helpful friendly manner by all of them. What a great place to do business with!

Don't use their parts department. Twice now I've had a rude ending to my calls to this company. It's been a week already since I ordered a part from them and yet they can't even give me an expected time of delivery giving me a half hearted story about how they can't track individual parts and only know that they're being a shipment, not what's in the shipment. Needless to say, you're better off ordering your pays directly from the manufacturer yourself. Also charged me twice the amount they told me they would over the phone, and in the office because they overstated my account, they told me "have fun with that" about my fee. Not worth your time.

trash place , I see why there s never no one in there, they treat black people like they do not exist when u walk in , then they procrastinate to see what you need, then they tell me they don t install tires that s not bought from them witch is a lie, cause my buddies go there all the time, been going to Tripp s and now that s what I m sticking to. Tripp s always treats me well and super helpful good people , sharps motorsports TRASH

Check reviews on this place in you know why I am in agreement with these people. Took my AT then to have carburetor rebuilt and told service manager if bill starts getting too high to let me know. Almost $700 later he calls me and tells me it's ready. Not only did take a long time but $700 is a little less than me purchasing a brand new carburetor. Skip this place go somewhere else but not David Brown also a joke

I'm not sure where to start, But I dropped my bike off at Sharps May 29, 2020 and got it back 105 days later in worse shape than when they received it. I guess I'm just really disappointed because that entire experience cost me 1,346.29 dollars. And I still have to get my chain guard replaced which is part of the reason I took it in for repair in the first place. But my bike was left outside and now I need to find a new seat because mine is trashed. And when they put it back together they lost a bolt from around my windscreen. And the new chain and sprockets that were installed are so gunked up with caked on sand from being left outside that I can't tell that they're new. Problem is that the bike is a vehicle that I use mostly to help me cut back on the cost of fuel to drive my truck to work in the summer because I have a long commute. I don't use it as a toy.

This place is one of the only places in town that you can get motorcycle parts. I must say at first I found the staff here rude and almost prejudice against Chinese built bikes. But I have been treated fairly the last couple times I was there but that are expensive.

Great place to do new vehicle purchase business. Rick is the person to negotiate your purchases. Service is expensive, for example, oil and filter change with new air filter was $176.00 for Polaris Ranger 570.

Don't waste your time with these guys, make the drive to Lubbock or somewhere else other than Amarillo. Called them wanting to get my 86 Goldwing serviced and put on the road and was talked down to and told they refuse to work on classics. Never been treated so rudely and made to feel like an idiot as I did with these jerks. I went against my better judgement after talking to several people in the area who said that Sharps treated customers badly. They were right!

Rude staff. If you re trying to sell something then maybe you should be a little more friendly. Was looking to support a local business but ended up buying what I needed off amazon

Mike is the service manager there and if he can't get it done then it's beyond impossible because he does the impossible constantly. Can't praise his shop enough.

Sharps parts department sucks. They don't know anything but what the computer says. Very very rude. I wish we had another Yamaha dealer in Amarillo. Never use sharps.

Went in intending to test-drive the current Goldwing, hung around for 10 minutes around the only one on the floor. Sales guy had long conversation with another customer, then just left. Guess they're just not interested in that 28k sale.
