As always the best service!!!! I have been coming here since 2007!! They do all the work to my cars!! Love them!! The friendliest group of folks every time I come here! When they ask to replace your cabin filter . You better do it!! Oh wow!!!! Look what was in mine! Granted I just bought this vehicle!

Absolutely do not come here; they did not secure the panels on the underside of my car. Drove less than 2 minutes before that became apparent as we could hear the undercarriage rattling. Came in to get it fixed after immediately turning back and notifying them. Had the owner fix it who did not look for additional problems and failed to notice other places not secured. Claimed it was simply old plastic not holding it properl which I doubt to be the full story as we just bought the car a month ago , a little ironic for it to suddenly become a problem minutes after having my vehicle services here. No accountability or apology

My son is disabled, it takes him a bit to think about what he wants to say, but he'll get there. He takes his 1995 Audi A6 in there to be repaired for whatever. I think staff is very patient with him and I just want to say....thank you.

I have been taking our vehicles (3 cars , a truck, my motorcycle and a company owned work truck) to this place of business for about 12 years now. I have always received great service and their staff and customer service is outstanding. The professionals here truly care about their customers and always perform their duties in a timely manner with a positive attitude and mindset. I refer all of my family and friends to this place.

I went to this location because I stopped one day when my tires needed air when cold weather set in and they added air and were so kind. Because of that I went back when I needed an oil change. Everyone there was upbeat and friendly. Fast service and great attitude by all I encountered I will be back!

I m a long time customer here for a reason. Friendly and knowledgeable staff make me comfortable in returning time and time again. I come for oil changes, inspections as well as mechanical work as needed. The team is always top notch! Thanks guys!

They do good work but they always try to upscale people like they did my girlfriend and ended up costing us a 172 and some change for a simple oil change cause they convince her that her air filters were black and she said yes

Today was my first time getting oil change and I am so glad I did. To begin with everyone was very friendly and professional and they got the job done very quick. As I was leaving one of the gentleman there noticed my backup camera screen was glitching and he offered to reset it for me and it worked! It s so nice to know that there are still places like this where you can actually get fantastic customer service!! We will definitely be back again!!

Took my vehicle to get ac serviced and was told it was one part and a set price and all was good...they call me and tell me it's ready for pick up and I get there the ac ain't working blowing cold air then they tell me it's something else so at this point they're doing what I would do and just start naming different things it could be.....definitely don't recommend don't bring your cars here.....if they can't spell quick they damn sure can't work on vehicles

I went in to get a oil change and not even 15m later my vehicle was ready I asked if they had checked the transmission fluid they said yes they did charge me for 5 quarts of oil full service oil change for $61.36. I didn t even make it around the block and my car locked up. Call them they were closed check the car there s no oil in it not all, no one like they said replaced didn t vacuum it like they said they did and now I m without a car I m not even from Amarillo from Canyon . I had to Uber home and now I have no vehicle to go to work. A single parent this is my only car and I don t have another one to get around or go to work in now.

The gentlemen in this shop are so friendly and sweet! There was someone standing outside waiting on me to pull up to the garage doors. They got my vehicle right in and immediately started working on it. They are fast and efficient. Definitely recommend their services!

Previously was 5 stars, but the last experience was just disappointing. After having an oil change the employees were unable to reset the computer oil level which is no problem as a 10 second google fix will fix this code. After 3 attempts of me asking two different employees to just leave the vehicle s center module alone on two separate occasions; one employee almost refused to leave and I had to tell him Back up, now you re just being weird dude.

Years ago my boss is driving a company truck and we go here for an oil change I'm thinking hell yes this will waste an hour !!!! 10 minutes later they were done. Amazed with disappointment!!! I got my own company truck now and they still only take 10 minutes they've done everything for me from changing out headlights to oil changes to inspections... And friendly people

Drive always!!! Shady management! Got a diagnosis a quote to fix my a/c gave them the green light to fix it. Picked it up after it was ready and a/c dint work they didn t even put the a/c relay in the fuse box but still charge me almost $200 went back they blamed it on a incompetent worker but wont refund me my money and they had my car for over 2 months!!!

Let me start by saying the quality of the work they did was very good. My problem with this store was their integrity. I asked them to call me if it was going to cost more for them to fix my car then the estimate. That call never came, and the cost was significantly more than the estimate. I do not recommend this store to anyone and will never have my vehicle repaired there again.Update.... The work performed at this store has failed after just over 1 month. I will not be taking it back to the store on Western. We will use the store on Coulter. We'll see what happens!!!Service: Air conditioning

Avoid at all cost! The time I was quoted nearly doubled.All 3 times I checked in I was told it ll only take 5 to 10 more minutes and each time it was 30min +. If I had realistic time expectations set at the beginning, or either of the other two times I asked, I would have arranged to drop off my vehicle rather than waist nearly 3 hours! When I finally did get my car, the glove box, center console, and front compartment were emptied onto my passenger seat, like it had been ransacked in a break in. When I went back inside to ask what they were looking for they still had the lug nut lock with their tools. If I had not gone back in & got a flat tire at any point I would have been stranded or have to pay for a tow truck due to their negligence.*It s unacceptable to ransacking a clients vehicle, and keep their vital tools, but it s terrible customer service to set such unrealistic time expectations over and over again. It s incredibly rude and tells me that you don t value my time, so I will not be spending any more of my time or money with your company.

Myself and my entire family use Kwik Kar for all of our auto needs oil changes and what not however today I pulled in with a concern about my brakes cause I hade two lights come on the attendant told me I would be fine did not even try to look for a problem I told him are you sure I live an hour away and it's me and my 3 little kids he said yes mam you will be fine didn't even make it 10 miles and my brakes went completely out now I am out here stuck on the highway!!!!

I depend on my car to make a living. I stopped in today for an oil change, transmission fluid change, and cooling system flush. I stayed in my car the whole time. They checked my tire pressure and cleaned my windows while I waited. The staff was nice & friendly. The pricing was also reasonable. I will continue to use them in the future.

Derek was extremely helpful in making sure our vehicle was back in operation. He went above and beyond to accommodate scheduling issues that arose. He was knowledgeable, listenable, prompt, and was able to give recommendations on how to proceed with other issues we were experiencing with our vehicle. He will let you know what can and cannot be done. He gets an A+ in my opinion. It is great to find a mechanic we can trust. Derek is methodical and persistent and in the end he was tougher than the problem. Not only did he fix our trunk, he also added a way to ensure that if we run into any issues in the future, it wouldn't be as painful. I am very grateful for Derek and the work he s done for our vehicle. I would also like to applaud the team who assisted with everything. You all are very wonderful! Extremely reliable, fair price, and good people. I've had my cars serviced here for years and will continue to go here. They are straightforward and have helped me with a few scary car situations I've found myself in. I definitely recommend them!
