Brian gave excellent customer service He was able to get my car in right away, explained everything that he could do in detail once he looked at the car had it up and running in just a few days and then explained everything done to it in detail to my questions. The price was a few hundred dollars less than what I expected and the value for my money was great .

We took my '83 Monte Carlo after we were recommended by another shop. Brian and his team did a great job on it. They kept us updated on the progress and what was required. They'll be the first ones we call if it needs looked at again.

I had my Volvo C70 repaired here, it had a fuel pressure issue. I was impressed, first, that the mechanic actually diagnosed the car rather than replacing random parts to see if they fixed it like most mechanics. Then, he went way out of his way to find a way to replace the fuel pump control module, the actual source of the issue, to keep me from having to go to a dealership. Finally, having found a line on a new module despite all obstacles and quoted me a $1500 price for the repair, he actually called me back to tell me he made a mistake and it was only going to be $900. He could have left it at the higher price and, with my car running like that battery rabbit, I never would've known the difference. Of course he knew that, and told me the truth (and gave me the lower price!) anyway. I have to give a shout out to a guy who is actually this honest in today's world. They have very great service here for European cars. I had issues with my Jaguar XJR and they were able to get everything fixed fast and most importantly affordable. They have the best price for full synthetic oil changes too ($69.99). Their mechanics are very professional and know how to work on European vehicles very good. I would recommend them to anyone any day. Thanks for the great service!

We came to Amarillo for a dentist appt. and scheduled an oil change for our Audi Q7 the same day. While up on the lift they found the water pump leaking. They changed the pump oil but on a test drive noticed aa coolant line leaking.Since the right part was in Europe Brian found another way to fix the car the next day and covered our motel room for the night. Kudos to him and his staff, we will be bringing them other vehicles especially foreign makes. Thanks Kleinstandt Motors!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was traveling by in my Mercedes motorhome and needed an oil change. They got me in immediately did a really nice job of not only changing the oil but looking things over for me. One of the staff members came out and helped me find vegan restaurants both in Amarillo as well as Dallas. I would highly recommend them

They take such good care of my cars! Took our BMW Z4 in for a myriad of issues - we were expecting a $3,000 repair bill, BUT an easy battery change and a few more adjustments and she runs like a dream - for less than $900!! They so could have charged us the $3,000 we were expecting abs we'd have never known the difference. They are definitely our mechanics!!

I had a great experience here, and I felt very comfortable leaving my car in the hands of the experienced, friendly staff. The manager really takes his time and makes sure you understand what's going on taking you step by step. Exceptional service too, they offered me a ride, and made sure I was mobile and comfortable. Great prices and wonderful atmosphere, I'll definitely be coming back!

Kleinstadt Motors offers fantastic service in a friendly environment. I truly felt that I could trust them with my vehicle. Everyone I talked to at Kleinstadt Motors was very knowledgeable and explained the problems with my vehicle to me in a way that I could understand it. This is a great company. They definitely made solving my automotive problems as hassle free as I could possibly imagine.

I dropped my car off at 8:00am with over-heating issues. My car was diagnosed, fixed, and ready to go by Noon!! Bryan is knowledgeable and efficient and so are his mechanics! Great job!

Love, love, love this place, and everyone who works here! These are cool people who know imports. Lowest priced German car specialists in the area. Clean, large, shop with a relaxing lobby for guests. Awesome shop!

Great place to take your vehicle to be repaired. They just need to do some clean up on the outside of the building. Appearance means a lot.
