Jimmy and his crew did an amazing job on our car when we had an accident. He was thorough and made sure we would be completely safe on the road. He has worked to get what we needed from the insurance company and gone to bat for us. I will recommend Jimmy to anyone and we will use him again.

Absolutely TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service! I was told by Jimmy 2-3 weeks to repair then they had my car for almost 6 weeks. Everytime I called he would tell me he didn t know what was going on. When I finally got my car there were SOOOO many things wrong with it and when I tried to ask Jimmy to come look at it he refused and cussed out me, my husband, my mom and my daughter. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. My car roof is uneven, the hood is uneven! TERRIBLE JOB and ZERO customer service! This is just a few of the pictures. There is so much more. They are trying to charge my insurance for detailing it when there are black fingers all over the roof. Also trying to charge my insurance for pre/post Covid cleaning, my car was taken there July 2023!! I m devastated.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I always get excellent work and service with Jimmy Fincher. Just yesterday I experienced sudden locking of my rear wheels when I went to back up it made a terrible noise I was near the shop so I went in there in a panic Jimmy said he'd have a technician look at my vehicle to see what was up Phil came out and quickly diagnosed the problem my rear brake pad had slipped among other issues he said he had a lift available and within an hour I was back on the road with new brakes in the back. I'm sure it cost half of what it would have cost at a brake shop and I'm sure the work is twice as better. Thanks Jimmy Fincher and crew!

Jimmy Fincher is very knowledgeable in his field. He is honest, dependable and puts the customers first. He is very good at handling insurance issues. I recommend his shop to anybody who is tired of getting ripped off at other shops.

Mr. Fincher is a great person, he took care of my wife when she was in an accident and we towed the care to his place. He did everything to ensure my wife had the ability to get a rental, ensured the adjuster was pricing right and even took our cross off the car and placed another adhesive to put on next car. If you need automobile work go to him, if you were in an accident and need your car to be looked at it resolved go to him. His staff are great also.

This business is the BEST of the BEST. I worked in customer, and when I say these are the best people. They provide the upmost customer service from the receptionist to the office staff to the body shop workers, they are polite they are kind they are helpful they are anticipating your needs. If you need to take your car to be repaired get over to Jimmy Fincher Body Shop. Jimmy will take care of you period.

Took months to complete my truck. And the quality of work was poor. My dash is lit up with trouble codes. And the paint work was terrible. There is no clear coat in the bottom of my doors. And the color looks spotty. Some trim has sanding scratches on them. And Jace Fincher is never there to get ahold of. Terrible professionalism from Jimmy he cusses when children are present. I would never recommend this body shop to anyone please take your vehicle somewhere else and do yourself a favor.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car here to jimmy fincher bodyshop after i got rearended. I dealt with Jace fincher and he was very nice and polite he explained very well to me what was going on with the car and what he had to do gave me a very goodestimate to get it fixed and he dealt with wverythi g kept me updated with my car what was going onand when i would have it back. I definetly recomend jimmy fincher bodyshop to anyone if its your first time getting i to an accident like me he will explain everything thoroughly to you my car looks like new again they did a phenomenal job to my car. I am very satisfied with my car dont wven look like it ever go hit.

I've always been satisfied with the repairs, it just takes a while to get the job done but Jimmy tries to get you what you expect even if he has to fight with the insurance company
