Great set of guys here. They are fast, efficient, and seem to enjoy their work. Checked with me before doing anything and we re very respectful. Will definitely be coming to this specific location again.

I ve had my oil changes done here several times. The staff here are friendly, efficient and conscientious. Bonuses are a free check on some other systems in your car, window cleaning and carpet vacuuming service.

Something underneath my car fell off and was dragging so I walked in with no appointment and they got me in right away and took it off for me free of charge. Excellent customer service, and highly recommend! Will be back.

You can immediately tell that this shop is not only run by an excellent manager but is also filled with a crew of people that truly enjoy their jobs. The vibe in this station was unlike any I ve seen at any oil change station. The professionalism mixed with great attitudes from every person in the office shocked me. Keep doing a great job guys!

Had my first oil change for my truck while driving across the county. Arrived at opening, staff quickly got started. I was in and out in about 15 mins. Thank you so much, ( the guy from Hawaii)

I can't remember the names of the three young men who serviced my vehicle but I have never had such great service anywhere. So polite and personable. I was traveling so probably won't be back but if I am in the area and need service, I will be back. The owner needs to make sure he keeps these three!

We were visiting from Midland and needed to get an oil change. We have went to this location in the past with good results. This time, they performed the service to include the air filter. I'm guessing when they removed the top of the air filter housing. The CCV hose popped out of the intake duct. We left and continued to another store. As we were leaving the check engine light came on, traction control light, cruise stopped working, noticed a little less power then before and longer crank before starting. We were in town till Sunday and I didn't have time to go to the dealership. I'm am a technician myself and since the vehicle was running half decently I waited until I got back to Midland. Hooked up my scan tool and found codes for MAF sensor and O2 sensor. Opened the hood to do a visual inspection and found the CCV hose had popped out allowing unfiltered dirt and debris in my engine. They need to be a little more diligent and pay attention to detail. We were the only customer there at the time. So they shouldn't have been in a rush.

Fantastic service! All we needed was an inspection, but we will use this location for more services in the future. Annalisa went above and beyond to make our visit outstanding. Spefifically, she greeted us with a smile, was efficient, thanked us, and asked us to please come back. FIVE STARS!

We were well taken care of with Trey and Douglas. They invited us in for coffee and donuts. They kept us informed as we waited. We were never ignored. They were so polite and courteous. Had an oil change and tire rotation. Friendly staff. Quick service. Free WiFi. Small but clean waiting room. They even had toy cars for my kids to play with while they waited.

Very unprofessional. From the second we pulled into the shop we were treated with disrespect from Jessica while she was directing us in. Once we got in, our oil change took much longer than expected as she said I don t know anything about this type of car. We did not receive a light check and were not kept in the loop of the oil change progress. Will not be going back to Jiffy Lube due to this poor customer service.

Always bring my vehicles here whenever I'm looking for a quick, easy, and reliable servicing. From oil changes and tune-ups to brakes and tires and so much more! I can't say enough good things about this place. My wife and I were on a cross country road trip and our oil change light came on when we were in Arizona en route to Amarillo, TX where we were staying over. We called them at closing time and explained our situation and they offered to come in an hour early at 7am the next day so we could get it taken care of and on the road early. We arrived about 5 minutes after 7am and they were there waiting for us as they said they would be. They greeted us and offered us a bottle of water while we waited. They were quick and had us out of there in under 30 minutes. They also vacuum your interior and wash your windows as part of the service which was nice since we were road tripping and the windows were full of bugs. They also topped off the fluids, changed out a couple of filters that needed changed and worked with us on the price of the service/filters. In the end, they sent us off with two more cold bottles of water in our car and we were on our way. We were on a schedule and hadn't planned on needing to have this done so getting it done quickly and getting us on our way as soon as possible was exactly what we needed and they took great care of us and our car. Excellent customer service from great people! Thanks again!

Wow! I was just driving through Texas and stopped here to find the nicest staff! I had my 1.5yr old daughter in tow and they were waving to her through the window, they didn t push the air filter up-sell (of course still offered), they got me a bottle of cold water, washed my windows, and left the car doors open for both me and the baby- plus I kind of loved that the staff had pictures and short bios up in the waiting room that said things like I love working on cars, ask me any questions! Above and beyond in customer service- in and out in under 20 minutes with a synthetic oil change. I wouldn t usually take the time to review a routine oil change but I was really impressed! Thanks!

These guys always take care of me. Been coming to this location for almost 7 years since I live close by. No matter who's working or managing, these guys are always nice and efficient. Always. They keep your info on file and their inspections are around $14 I believe. They only hire polite and helpful guys who work hard. They usually always ask me if I'd like a bottled water. These guys really try to work quick, I can tell. I totally recommend this location/this company doing your next oil change. I also LOVE how they throw a lot of extras in (kind of like a "thank you for coming to Us" kind of deal. They vacuum your car, top off a lot of fluids under the hood and check other things included. Nice place.

This place is hands down the best in town, the men there are all professional and courteous, I was greeted with a huge smile and walked to the waiting room where I was offered many free items for the wait. The oil change was super fast and I watched from the window the whole time! Very professional (I can t stress that enough) all fluids were checked and my battery was checked! When cashed out they made sure to inform me of everything on the ticket to ensure I knew exactly what I was charged for!! I would recommend to anyone either passing through Amarillo or any local!

I had the best experience at this facility today. Joey the general manager and his staff were very friendly and professional. Joey sat down with me and told me about a few issues they found with my car with fluid leaks in the power steering and coolant...it is an older car. They let me know of the nail that was in my tire. Joey was very informative of the issues he found and treated me like I was the only customer at his facility and thoroughly answered my questions. I have never had that experiance at any oil change facility. I will definitely tell all to go to this location. Joey and his staff deserve a fat raise and should be trainers for the company on customer service. Great job to all of you. Thank you!

Amazing! I was greeted with a smile & treated with respect & care the whole time. These guys are great! Had an oil change, state inspection, & an air filter change. Everything was perfect & they got me in and out during my lunch hour. Thank y'all so much, will definitely continue to return.

We were greeted by the manager Bryan (big smile) as we pulled in. He was very friendly, offered us bottled water before we even got out of the car and immediately took our car in for service. We've been on a road trip for a while and wanted a quick oil change. They checked everything and even cleaned our very grimy bug splattered windows! I originally called another Jiffy Lube further east but the guy was so rude that I decided to check out the other Jiffy Lubes in the area, especially after reviewing all the negative reviews at the other place. Sure glad we ended up here! Great service in less than 20 minutes! The place is super clean and efficient. Bryan and his team lived up to all the other great reviews. Thank you for helping us get back on our road trip in a "jiffy"!!

My wife and I were just passing through and both of our vehicles needed an oil change, we called ahead to see if they were busy (they weren't) and we went over there. We were both greeted with friendly smiles and courteous service, they answered all questions I had about prices and duration of service, and it took them a grand total of 20 minutes to change out my oil, top off my fluids and clean the windows and floor of the vehicle. On top of this excellent and quick service, we had coupons that ended up not being valid at that location, but the manager(who was totally awesome with everything) gave us partial discounts anyways. If you need a quick oil change in Amarillo, look no further, this is the place to go, full synthetic was only $69.99!

They did an awesome job. Will definitely be back. There was a misunderstanding on my filters being changed but they were more than willing to explain to my husband when they did a complimentary call to see if we were happy with our visit. That means a lot. There's a lot of businesses that don't do that. And to the customer that means a lot, more businesses should take note of this. The customer is your check and your advertising. Awesome job. Honest,caring, great customer service.

Highly recommend the team that Bryan Garcia has built at this location. Fast response in greeting you when you come into the reception area, quick to assess and start the work requested. The great thing I really like about them is their high level of customer service and care. Hot coffee or water, a smile on their faces - they genuinely love what they do, and you can trust their recommendations. Great service here! Very quick oil change. They showed to me and proposed to change an engine air filter, I declined, found less pricey online. Got a discount online for the oil change and they applied it. I love the perk that if and additional quart of the oil is needed I can stop at any Jiffy and get it for free!

Management worst I've seen. Incompetent and untrustworthy. As a former employee here, putting water in an engine ,as my former manager Corey would say , is fine with him. Doesn't care about employees or customers. Pay is awful and very unsafe workplace. Feel for the people that work there. Worst work environment I have ever been apart of.Service: Oil change

The staff was incredibly nice and very upbeat. It was nice being surrounded by so many happy people in the morning since it definitely helped my mood. One had a Santa hat on and they were singing. The oil change was done quickly with no problems. Absolutely the best Jiffy Lube ever. My favorite part was them trying to sing the Lion King in Spanish! There were also 2 super cute dogs here as well. 10/10 will come here for anything I need.

I went in for a quick oil change less than an hour before closing on a Saturday. The service here was GREAT--better than any other place I've gone for an oil change (even including other Jiffy Lube locations).These guys were courteous, respectful, & helpful. I loved that I was presented with helpful information (didn't realize I had a light out), but not pressured to do anything more than I wanted. I HATE going in for an oil change and being pressured to replace this, that, & the other! I loved that these guys let me know that they COULD replace some things, and were willing to, but didn't make me feel like I had to cave to their pressure and get them replaced right now. Very respectful.These guys won my business... I will definitely be going here every time I can.
