The best service I have ever received! They were so patient when waiting for my insurance and got my car done quick afterwards. It looks amazing! I will recommend them to as many people as I can as well as use them again myself! Thank you Michael and Shelby!

Michael and Joe were awesome. Took real pride in the job they did on our Ford pickup, no sign of door ding. The service they provided was prompt and sooooo appreciated. I would recommend Heavenly Hail Repair to anyone and will absolutely use them in the future if needed. Thank you for the exceptional service.

I had a massive dent in the door of my car. Another shop in town said the door was toast and wanted to replace the entire thing as well as repaint part of the car to match the new door to the tune of $5000. Heavenly Hail Repair was able to do it for a fraction of that cost and the door looks brand new. You cant even tell the dent was there in the first place. I cannot recommend them enough. This family owned business that goes above and beyond any expectations. They are so awesome I would recommend them to anyone who s looking to have a dent or any hail damage done to their car. Both Micheal and Shelby are very caring and compassionate about what they do from the time that you contact them all the way up until you pick up your vehicle. Last year someone backed into me and put a dent into my tailgate in which I took it to Heavenly recommended by another person to have them fix the dent they did such an awesome job. This year I was down in Allen Texas in which my vehicle was damaged by baseball size hail so I took my vehicle back to Heavenly to get it fixed. When I picked up my vehicle, I could not believe the awesome job that was done. It looked brand new, if you needing your vehicle repaired and a business that is very professional, I recommend that you stop by or contact them. Thank you Micheal and Shelby for doing such an awesome job.

Our new Kia Seltos was damaged during a recent hail storm. We've never had to deal with hail damage before relocating to Texas last year. Once the insurance company paid our claim, we called several hail damage companies recommended to us. However, none of them seem to want our business. That's when someone recommended Heavenly Hail Damage Repair. We took our vehicle in the next week and they had it back to us within a couple of days. Michael did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier with the repair. In fact, I trusted Michael so much that I had him also work on my classic 1971 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia. Once again, Michael did an excellent job. His attention to detail is outstanding. In summary, I high recommend Heavenly Hail Damage Repair to anyone looking for a professional and efficient hail damage repair shop and I will not hesitate to use them again.

After serious hail damage, my Sierra truck needed repaired. Not familiar with Paintless Dent Repair, I needed to find a repair shop that could do the work. So glad I found Heavenly Hail Repair, professionally ran business with excellent results! Not only did they work with my insurance company, the truck was done when promised and the truck looks brand new again.

Michael, the owner is OCD in all the right ways. I had a cluster of dents on my bedside and he made them disappear. I chose him because he is local, and has a nice shop! I trust heavenly hail with my investment, rather than a tent in a parking lot!

Let me start by saying this family that owns this business goes above and beyond expectations every time. I've been here once before and they did an amazing job on my tailgate. So let's speed up to a few days ago. I am ocd on my truck and even though I keep it parked in my partially enclosed garage, it got a few dings Friday from hail and my stomach sank. After I breathed heavily into a paper bag (kidding), I sent a message to Heavenly Hail Repair. They responded almost immediately, and put me on their schedule for Monday morning (was Friday when I messaged). I showed up, and this place just felt like home. Shelby greeted me and was very friendly. Then Michael comes out to look at my truck, and he says, no problem I can take care of these today. Then I was going to get a quote on a few more dings I had around my truck that I was going to get fixed soon. He told me he can fix the ones on my tailgate and pretty much all the others on the same day! The price was right and I told him, let's do it. I went to pick it up and that's where the magic happened. I've been looking at some of these dings since I got my truck and they were gone. Not just, ooh I can barely notice them, but for real gone! I am an auto detailer and washed my truck the next day. I am still completely blown away from the level of skill this guy has. Customer service is 100%. Workmanship is 100%. Family oriented local business is the way to go. I will be taking all my vehicles to them every time. Thanks Heavenly Hail Repair! One satisfied customer here!

When searching for the best hair repair shop in Amarillo, TX, this is the place! The hail damage my WRX received back in June was no problem for these guys to take care of. The car looks like new! I'm amazed how well they repaired the damage.They are hands down the best hair repair shop around. Fast turn around time due to me filing a claim with my insurance. Friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and honest, all qualities I look for in a local, Amarillo-run business. I'll certainly be back in the future for any hail, door dings and dents that happen to my cars.

I cannot say enough about this company. Every single person that works cares for their craft so highly! Our car had multiple Jordans in it and looks brand new now. Michael is extremely professional and everything he does and also fun to be around. It is a pleasure to get to do business with a past client of mine and shop local all while knowing that I am dealing with an honest company. If I Could give them 10 stars I would do so.

Highly recommend this business for anyone looking to get an amazing job on any dent or hail repair. Brought my car in with hail damage. They were quick to get us on schedule, flexible with our schedule, kept in touch with the progress being made, & went above & beyond and did way more than I even expected!! They make sure you leave well taken care of. I wouldn t trust our vehicles in the hands of anyone else! I don t recommend anyone else other, than Heavenly Hail Repair

Awesome work!! If you need quality work done on your vehicle I highly recommend Heavenly Hail Repair. They responded to all my questions and concerns on hail damage on my 2016 Tahoe and made me feel at ease. I never had to hassle with my insurance company either. They take care of everything! The best when it comes to repairing car dents. The results are amazingly good. You can never think that a dent has existed where Heavenly Hail Repair has done their job. Highly recommend this place. Awesome people, great work ethic, and very professional. Heavenly Hail Repair fixed not only the hail damage that my vehicle got but also cleaned up the dirty hail damage work done on it from when the previous owners owned the vehicle. I need to give a big shout out to Michael Jay Hidrogo owner of Heavenly Hail Repair here in town and his coworker Lance for the amazing work they did on one of my vehicles today. Our 2018 Chevy equinox had a nasty door ding in it, took it up to heavenly hail repair and not only was staff courteous and professional, but they got our car in and out in a very timely manner. You can t tell there was ever a dent, looks brand new! They also washed and detailed the car feee of charge! Highly recommend this business to anyone needing some paint less dent repair done to their vehicles, fast, friendly and affordable! Thanks again guys!!!

let me start by saying, I have had a bad experience with hail repair before. They could never match my paint or never replaced the pin striping on my car, it took forever. I swore i would never do that again. So, this time, I went with Paint-less dent repair. I went with Heavenly Hail Dent Repair, and I am so glad i did. Our truck still had dealer tags when it was hit heavily with hail. Shelby made the whole process easy and was even kind of enough to meet me at the shop on a Saturday after I forgot my computer in the truck. The Hidrogo's took excellent care of our truck and made it look brand new again. It was even detailed and smelled better than when we bought it. We live in Lubbock and I highly recommend Heavenly Hair Repair to anyone who can make the trip to Amarillo.

Super customer service! Just had an estimate today and to get the ball rolling with an adjuster checking out my damage. Super fast appraisal and waiting room was very comfortable. I will definitely be back for them to do the repair work.

These guys made my beat up 15 year old hailed and door dinged Subaru look like new again. The work performed on my car was phenomenal. Didn't think the car would be able to be saved with the extent of the damage and age the car had but these guys sure did prove me wrong. Will definitely be using these guys again and will refer all my friends, family and clients to them for all hail and door ding needs. No need to shop around. These guys are gonna be the best you can find in the 806

I dropped my car off on a Monday for hail damage and it was ready by Friday. They did a fantastic job and were so easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend!!!

I ve known these amazing people and when I was in the car selling business I sent all my customers to them. The owner is always up there super early and doesn t leave until the sun goes down. He takes pride in his business and treats every customer like family. I personally will take my vehicles to them when needed.

The owners are upfront about all repairs. They worked with my insurance company to get all the hail damaged fixed quickly. Car looks like new. I would definitely bring any car back to them.

Astonishing Paintless dent repair work performed by the one and only Michael Hidrogo. Took my Tahoe by for Michael to look at and he walked me through everything and made everything understandable. My vehicle was in and out! Heavenly Hair Repair takes pride in their work. I highly recommend Heavenly Hail Repair! They are the best in Amarillo Tx when it comes to Paintless dent repair!

Probably the most rude people ive ever met. Walked right out immediately.They seem to have not want to take responsibility for their rudeness. This level of narcissism is why reviews are needed. How can you trust someone who believes they are always right and you are always wrong? Do yourself a favor and seek out business from a professional. Not a child
