Claimed that the yukon we purchased was in tip top shape. The items claimed to be fixed were not done properly. Had to have Barney's who is my mechanic replace the radiator, hoses, plugs, wires, clear the codes Hawkins failed to do, as well as had to have rear defroster reattached after someone hid it behind the panel. For a so called Christian, keeps your hands on your wallets folks!

My husband and I called and the man who answered was beyond disrespectful, hateful, degrading, judgemental and really should never be allowed to work in the sales industry at all he told us the only thing we could get for our money was a good night but we still cars, then asked my husband where he worked and told him that's a good job ..if you can keep it. As well as a few other things said to us we're very discouraging and made us feel like we were not even human beings or even worth talking to I'm soo beyond mad, upset and completely beside myself at how we were treated!!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Daryl is the WORST salesman I have ever tried to do business with. Very rude and very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go spend a little more anywhere else besides Hawkins you ll be glad you did.

Very rude salesman, doesn't even try to work with you unless you look the part apparently. Definitely thinks he's better than other people!

Very rude and didn't hesitate to pass judgement on me and drilled me about my personal business which is non of his concern. Belittling people isn't very good customer service.

Worst person in the entire world!! He will not hesitate to completely screw you over. I would stay far away from Daryl Hawkins.

I purchase my 2002 Toyota Sequoia from Derrell back in Jan 2015 & was very pleased with the service and how he took care of me!I love my white Sequoia!!

Went to look at vehicle and the sales guy told us the milage and we asked the cost and we were like woahhh he said "ok we are done looking" and asked for the keys backed and he walked away.....guess they don't care about selling cars...or OVERSELLING cars
