Knowledgeable and experienced !! Clyde is the man!!!!! I had an issue with my car and he automatically knew what was wrong with it. He went out his way and helped me get on in and out. He didn t give me the run arounds or tried to make up things what s wrong with my car.

Harvey s went above and beyond when repairing my Sequoia. The customer service was excellent, and my repaired car looks amazing. What a treat treat to drive away in my detailed car (inside and out) It was like driving home in a new car. Probably one of the worst experiences I ve had in a long long time! Sent one of my daughters in for an estimate while I l away from town for work and can t describe the level on unprofessionalism! Paul the owner has had a great reputation here in Amarillo for the last few years but sadly that s declining! The owner Paul left a bunch of inexperienced skater kids in charge of the office while he was away on an extensive vacation. The manager in charge had absolutely no idea what the repair process would be like because our insurance company was not one they deal with often??? What??? Yes makes zero sense from myPoint of view! The new office staff ( bunch of kids) wouldn t return the adjusters phone calls or emails! Needless to say this place is definitely not one I d recommend at all! Went a few blocks South and other shop went above and beyond to assure we have the smoothest process!Service: Body & Trim

Horrible service, liars! They tried to say that the parts were stuck in Houston during Hurricane Harvey. They parts were in from Lubbock in 3 days. It took over a month to be repaired when they said it would take 8 days. I would never use this body shop if it were the last place on Earth!!! *Update they have had a week to realign the bumper hood and door . They did NOT. Worse repairs ever

This was one of the worst experiences I have every had with a small business in Amarillo. The owner Paul left a bunch of inexperienced skater kids in charge of the office while he was away on an extensive vacation. They were unable or unwhilling to work with the insurance to come to an agreed price of repair. The kid charging me didn't even know to include the deductible, so they increased the price even more. This was a simple bedside repair that took over a month to complete. They reused broken plastic trim and only cleaned the area they repaired. They over charged as much as they could and did as little as possible. These people held my truck ransom until I paid them over $500 after the insurance had already paid them $3100 on 4th of July weekend. Do not use Harvey's body shop for repair if you desire good service. Horrible peopleServices: Painting, Body & Trim

The owner will lie just to get a job in his shop he will tell you anything to get your truck in shop it will catch up to him one day worse body shop in Amarillo beware

I had to get my rear bumper replaced after a low standing pole cracked the plastic. The new bumper needed to be shipped in, and it came in very quickly. Once that part was in the actual repair only took one business day! The people here are very friendly and professional, and I couldn t be more happy with their services. Not only did they fix my bumper, but they cleaned my car before I got there! That was a lovely surprise and I will recommend Harvey s to anyone who asks!Service: Body & Trim

Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Although our mishap would be considered small in comparison to many others they see, we were treated with the utmost respect and concern from the first phone call to the final fix. As a bonus, we were also taken care of within 24 hours. Other family members have used Harvey s in the past and had only great things to say about their work. Wow, my 4-Runner looks brand new. I was told they could get to my vehicle on Tuesday and it would take 2-3 days. It s was ready in 2 days. Fantastic service, no hidden costs. Explained everything for me to understand. I get home, really looked at my car and I m so shocked even at the inside as well as the outside. I would highly recommend Harvey s Body Shop hands down. I hope I don t need them again but if I do that s where I ll be going! Thanks Harvey s for taking great care of my vehicle and me!

Excellent work! I've used Harvey's for 20+ years with fabulous results and fantastic service!! My car was finished earlier than was estimated too. I definitely recommend Harvey's if you want the vehicle fixed right!Update Dec 2018: 5 stars again! Superior work and super fast! Thank you!!!

Harvey s had my wrecked Altima for over a month. Took it there 3/26/21 and they told me they would start on it on 4/7/21 and postponed it for another week then another week after that one. Just to come and find out that my car was totaled, after they had it for a month and two weeks. And also they did not return phone calls properly and when they said someone will call you later today and no one did. Would not recommend this body shop!!! We have had two experiences with Harvey's PBS over the last six months and found the experience for both completely satisfactory and reflected a group that goes well above and beyond what would normally be expected. The staff was extremely helpful with dealing with insurance companies and their estimators, provided accurate updates on the process, and were very professional in all areas. Clearly the milestone in these events is how did the ultimate repairs turn out? My response to that is both looked excellent and frankly far exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend this group for all auto body repair that may arise.

Kept me up to date throughout the whole process from estimate to completed work. I received text notifications throughout the work done to keep me updated on progress, estimated completion, and completed work. The office also called me on the final day in the morning to let me know an estimation of time of day that I should expect the car to be ready. Then confirmed when I could pick my car back up. Quality professional service start to finish! I will definitely go to them again when the need arises!Service: Body & Trim

I have used Harveys several times over the years for different things on different vehicles. They are always on the estimate given, on time for the work to be completed and, very meticulous with my vehicle while in their care. These are very friendly folks and they make you feel comfortable, I highly recommend Harveys Body Shop in Amarillo Texas.Service: Body & Trim

Greatest Service. The shop captured even more damage than I saw, helped me submit claim, amended claim to add additional repairs required, kept my pocket money to insurance deduction only, returned vehicle in cleaner condition that received from dealer at purchase, body repairs were 100% perfect. Harvey's is excellent in every category.

As an experienced body technician that is all about quality, it's apparent that these guys are cheap!! They do not care about the quality of the repair and will sacrifice quality for quantity. FAST FAST FAST repairs under the insurance companies thumb. (In bed with the insurance companies) Be careful when bringing your vehicle to Harvey's. Their estimator has little experience. And the kids in the back have no experience. Probably should pay for a post repair inspection if you've had your vehicle worked on here. You may be entitled to some money!

Took my MIL's vehicle to them after an accident. They fixed it, no issues. A year later we noticed that her passenger side mirror appeared to be loose. We contacted them and they came and got the vehicle. After inspection, it was found it had NOTHING to do with their repair but had been subsequently damaged. They repaired the damage FOR FREE and brought the vehicle back to her the next day. NOBODY, does this sort of thing these days. Great people, great work. You will not find better in Amarillo!Service: Body & Trim

I decided to take all three cars here for hail damage repair. VERY BAD DECISION! I was promised my car by 5:30 on Friday. Notified rental company and arrived to pick up my car which was not ready. Had to call rent car place back , four days later car was done...only to return 48 hours later because window moldings were falling off! Had to order them bring car back for a THIRD trip to install moldings. They tried to re use old ones and yet we re paid for new ones. Vehicle #2 went in and out without a hitch. Vehicle #3 was again promised to me Friday morning to be done by end of day friday. Not ready no phone call no nothing!! I postponed a weekend trip out of town just to pick it up. I drove by Wednesday afternoon it was ready but no phone call I had to go by myself and see it parked out front. Not detailed black fingerprints everywhere and a headliner clip was replaced with black. The interior is TAN. This is bad business bad customer service and trying to skimp on parts that insurance PAID FOR. when I addressed Paul about this he stated he was sorry and directed me where to pay out. I have to order my own replacement clips to match. My husband has always taken his business here however I can promise you we will NEVER be back and I will relay this information to everyone I know

Rarely give 5 stars but everyone there was truly a God sent! I took my jeep patriot in for minor bumper repair and a blinker replacement. They quoted me and get this...THATS HOW MUCH I PAID AT THE END! They even fully detailed in my interior. Would absolutely recommend you to take all ur body work needs here.

My wife's car had been struck on the rear bumper in the parking lot. Harvey's appraised the car on Monday and I turned the car in on Tuesday. They were finished on Thursday and did an excellent repair job. They even washed and vacuumed my wife's car! Excellent service!

I ve had to take my car in twice in the last year. It has come back looking brand new both times. A new hood, front fender, repair to the driver side door and front end. All done perfectly and given back to me clean. And they are so nice. I absolutely recommend

I came to Amarillo from Houston to conduct covid disaster relief. On my way there I wrecked on some ice near Lubbock and destroyed my driver rear tail light assembly and mangled my rear fender. In the few hours I had between shifts they were incredibly helpful in repairing my rear fender as best they could and replacing my tail light within my budget. They were the third person I saw that day and the first that was willing to try and fix it.

Harvey's body shop has fix 2 of my vehicles this big blue truck was the last one! I don't like having an accident but if I do this would be the place I take my truck to .the painter is very detail oriented!!Thank you Jonathan for all your hard work!!!

I have had to use Harvey's before. Every time I use them I've had great service and satisfaction. Although they do great work and are on time, I do not look forward to using them again because that would mean I was involved in an accident. Kudos to Butch for the hard work.

Recently have had repairs done to a Highlander. I will recommend their work. Everything they did with the body repair and paint was excellent. I returned again from another body repair on my Hyundia by them. It was excellent.

I have had my car in they re shop for 3 & a half months and it s STILL NOT READY!!! Despite my many,many calls. I ve been told That they are waiting for parts, I put my car in they re shop on the 28th of December and it s now April 9th!!! Last week they said that it would be ready at the beginning of this week! it s Friday and STILL NO CAR!!!!I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!I understand that parts have been delayed due to the circumstances but I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT IT WAS GOING TO BE SO LONG! I COULD HAVE STILL BE DRIVING MY CAR WHILE WAITING ON PARTS!!! Instead No, they tore it down and THEN THEY said Oh well There s a back log due to the circumstances of COVID,as well as other things. But again I should have been told THAT TO BEGIN WITH!!!

Never will be going back! Repairs/redos of what they didn't finish is going to cost another $1900 to a different body shop. Harvey's was paid around $3000 to fix...seems rather irritating. Don't waste your time, go to a real shop.

Glenda is the best talking with people on the phone, she should teach a class at suddenlink on how you should treat people and not read from a script. Abbas is great because he backs his work up 100 percent as long as you own your vehicle, no complaints
