Phenomenal service! Not just as a glass place but as a business in general. I would be happy to see others model their customer service because they are extraordinary. No doubt they are the rightful owners of all their awards.The fix they did on my auto glass was perfect and I was impressed with all the other services they offer. Headlight renewal, vehicle glass polish, shower door repairs... all types of glass work!

Was able to surprise my husband With a With a new windshield for his Raptor! I have never done that before. The girls at the front are absolutely great especially the one that is at the first seat when you walk in the door I didn t get her name but she was absolutely the best. Thank you guys so much.

Same day service on a broken side window. I had my vehicle back within a few hours. Incredible customer service. Hopefully I don t have to repair another window, but if I do, I m definitely going back to Glass Doctor. Thank you

Amber was amazing to work with! She was very helpful and took care of everything. Ethan was one of the guys who installed the door. He and his helper were amazing. It took them less than an hour and they did a great job. Thanks so much and will tell everyone I know who needs something they offer about how great they are.

We called about getting one of our windshields replaced, they had the glass in stock and it allowed us to receive same day service! We had another vehicle that needed its windshield replaced, they were able to order it, and our second vehicle was serviced the following week. We recommend Glass Doctor to all of our friends and family.

These guys are awesome, staff are always friendly and they are fast, clean and efficient, we ve had multiple vehicles windshields repaired and replaced here, one of the staff helped me put back a rear view mirror that had fallen off and that I had been struggling for days to do, I had to give him a tip as he refused to bill me for it. They also came to our house and repaired a shower door for us. There is no other place in Amarillo I would recommend more.

I am the maintanance supervisor for Hyatt Place Amarillo West. We needed a 3/8 in thick sliding shower door. They came out ordered the glass, and had it installed in record time. I definitely recommend them for any glass needs.

I had a shower door installed in the master bath. It was ordered and came quickly and the date for installation was set immediately. The 2 man team arrived precisely on time and had the beautiful new door installed in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend Glass Doctor if you are needing any type of glass installed in your home. They are professional and the price was reasonable after obtaining 4 separate quotes.

Had a special order for a lg. piece of glass.They came right out, measured, matched and gave me a great quote.,When the glass arrived they were prompt in setting up a time to replace the broken one,were very polite and clean. They installed the replacement quickly and cleaned up any mess. I have used Glass Dr. before will not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.

Visited this business approximately two weeks ago, inquiring for a quote on replacing shattered glass. I have yet to hear a response. Quite odd as nearly everyone I know has recommended this business. One would, at the very least, expect a courtesy call stating too busy or something.Just a heads-up for any others shopping for contractors.
