My car was rear-ended and insurance referred me to Gerber s. I was greeted by the lovely front desk ladies . They were kind and lovely and very sweet. My estimator, Angelica, was very kind and told about the wholeProcess and kept me updated informed and updated !! When I went to go pick my car up, it was so beautiful and looked like it was never rear-ended . The technicians did an amazing job; from the repairs to the paint. Overall, I had a great experience . They treated me and my car like a family . 10/10 . It was great doing business with you guys . Keep up the great work . I appreciate you guys .Service: Painting

Insurance company recommended shop for a claim repair. I hoped this would be the first of three possible jobs to complete at one shop. The process was slow and CSM did not respond or follow thru with any status updates. Had to go in and check on issue at the i40 location since no response or updates on claim. Would not recommend!!

Fast, professional, high quality service! Gerber fixed my car in about a week and a half, where other shops told me it would take anywhere from 6 weeks to 6 months to complete. I am very pleased with the repairs also. My car looks great! Gerber does great work and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I was even able to return my rental car with Gerber when I picked my car up! I didn't have to make a separate trip to enterprise. I highly recommend Gerber!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had my 2023 Suburban repaired here. I dropped it off on a Tuesday and got it back 9 days later. It looks pristine and they did a fantastic job. I m so impressed with their workmanship and how quickly the job was done. Hopefully we don t have to go back for any more collision repair, but if we do, we d use Gerber again!

They did a very good amazing job on my Jeep not only they fix the damage, but it looks like the whole vehicle is brand new. Also all of the staff is so friendly, nice and professionals especially Angelicia Flores. Outstanding good work.

I've used AutoNation for all my car body work, and they are always fantastic, going above and beyond. My recent hit-and-run repair was fixed quickly, and they handled all the tricky insurance transactions and even let me leave my rental car with them to save me time. My car came back to me spotlessly clean, inside and out. I'm grateful to these wonderful people!Service: Body & Trim

The work done was excellent. There were a few issues through the process. My SUV was actually dirty inside when we picked it up. Had to have someone come clean it up before we left. Would have liked better communication/updates through the process. Pleased overall and will use again if needed.

Terrible service! I got there and there was no one around. I had to explain myself about four times because there is absolutely no communication within the staff. I was only there to program my remote for my car and ended up being there almost three hours. They kept giving me the runaround saying they were almost done and it would only be a couple more minutes. Absolutely ridiculous! If you have the option, go to the other AutoNation, much more professional.

When we picked our vehicle up, the inside was dirty from the workers working from the inside. Collision staff were not helpful, did not return voice mail messages. They did not notify us when our vehicle could not be fixed the first week they had it. The work on the vehicle was great, customer service is not very good, could use more training.

Great experience. Done faster than quoted,100% detailed like a New vehicle when we picked it up . Very friendly and the body shop manager went to bat for us with the insurance company when they gave us a hard time about fixing an extra part that was damaged,but not seen in the original estimate .. THANK YOU!!

Terrible experience - slow and dishonest! Was given an estimate of $1100 and received a bill for $3700 with absolutely no consultation or request to do additional work. Clearly took advantage of the fact that a third party was paying. Offered only excuses and fabrications when asked to explain or to discount unauthorized work. Zero attempt to make right. Car/customer basically at their mercy until (triple the estimate) bill paid. Next stop: BBB. Stay away at all costs!!!

Friendly service. And good work!They even held a 3 row loaner car for me so when I went to take my vehicle I just signed a paper and was ready to go.

Pickup looks great, took longer than expected but at least it looks great. The only complaint I have is a part they replaced isn t working properly and I cannot get a call back or email back on it. Communication was ok while my pickup was there but horrible after I got it back and they were paid.

Terrible place to take your vehicle! The manager gave me numerous excuses on why they took so long to fix my vehicle. Constant delays and always tried to blame my insurance company or any other little thing. I've heard of plenty complaints from friends and family as well. Stay away from this place.

Excellent response when vehicle towed to them. They even brought in a wrecker so they could document to Liberty Mutual insurance company a lose of my vehicle.

They did a good job on my vehicle but was told it would only take 5-7 days to get my car back, got called 3 times to change the day it would be ready. Ended up taking 17 days.
