I just have to say that these guys were awesome!! They were open on Sunday thank goodness! We were traveling back home to Colorado and needed an oil change and the first place we stopped we were told that the oil plug had been cross threaded by the last place that changed our oil and that they couldn t help us!! I called this Firestone and talked to Joe and he told us they would do their best to help us and that s exactly what they did!! He got on the phone and found us a new oil pan and it didn t arrive until 10 minutes before they closed but they went above and beyond and stayed late to get us back on the road!! Thank you guys so much!! I would recommend this location to anyone! I know where we will be going to get our oil changed from now on because we frequent Amarillo!! See you next time guys!! Thanks again!!

Had a great time! They got me in right at my appointment time (which I always recommend making an appointment!), they let me know an accurate wait time (since I stayed during services) and it didn t take long at all! The technician (Sergio) even came inside to check on me and let me know where I was in the queue of cars. The staff inside the lobby was also very very friendly and despite their busy day took some time to chat with me, which I always really appreciate. The price was exactly what I expected, with no surprises. I will 100% be using this location anytime I need anything done to my car. The only thing I would recommend is to ~call~ to set up the appointment because I ve had some issues making the appointment online/through the app.

The customer service here is poor! I came to get services on my car which i had an unpleasant experience with the manager David. I scheduled an appointment at 1p. While I sat patiently for two hours before my car was pulled to begin to have work on. As other walk in customers came and was service before me. As the man continued to look me in the face and smirk! He was rude and very unapproachable. I received my services on 12/02 just to have come back in two weeks because the services I was suppose receive showed up needing maintenance on my dash board. He was condescending when addressing my concerns. RACE definitely played apart in his demeanor towards me and that I am a woman. I have been using Firestone for years now and never had an issue with customer service. It s just untasteful that he didn t have any tact and hiding his RACISM!

I had made an appointment. Showed up and was told my time had to be pushed back 45 minutes to 1.5 hours due to staffing issues. I mean why no courtesy call? You had my number. My time is valuable my schedule is important to me. Very poor customer service in my opinion. Poor communication set. I do not recommend this local company.

Excellent place. Employees are very nice. Had an appointment so no waiting. Everything was explained to me on the work that was completed. Would definitely recommend this location

I like Firestone on S. Coulter street in Amarillo because they are always efficient. I've used this location for several years. I've also referred several people to them also because I've been so pleased. However on this last particular trip there was a couple items not addressed I asked for.

I was late for my appointment and they still took care of the car in a timely manner. They were very patient with me calling them several times even though they were busy. They were always friendly and polite.

They did a great job in a relatively short time. When finished they double checked to make sure everything was right and when they found a problem with the new battery, they replaced it.

Thank you Firestone and for extremely well knowledge of steph Conrad for breaking down what needed to be done how it was going to go down and the excellent price with all my vehicles and trailers I definitely recommend her and Firestone for future recommendations. Ty fit the help

Took a tire to get it patched when it was barely leaking air, and after they said it was patched my tire was flat the next morning and loosing even more air then when I originally took it in

Do not waste your time unless you have an oil change or need tires. Horrible customer service go to an actual mechanic shop.

Made an appointment 01/06 and when I went in the manager rudely told me that I would have to get rescheduled because the person that does the oil changes was gone for the day. So why even make an appointment if no one is even going to be available. So I went in 01/07 and the representative was upset because he had to call my warranty and get my things approved. Overall customer service is super unprofessional will never be back.Service: Oil change

The sales team was amazing at helping get my car back in shape. I am very impressed with how they explained to me what the issue was and even showed me the bad parts on my car. Went above and beyond giving me an order of maintenance that will need to be done to keep it running great. Sales team kept me informed through out the waiting process what had been done and what was left. Sergio is an awesome mechanic and is concerned with customer safety.

We didn t get the name of the two men working, but they were life savers! My mom had a blow out and they were about to close, but stayed to allow us to bring in her wheel for the tire to be changed. They didn t hesitate for a moment. Just said head this way and greeted us with the best customer service! We called and were told no that they were about to close by all the Walmarts, Sam s, and the Tire Tree. Thank you Firestone for employee such wonderful people! Went for an alignment and they got me in an hour ahead of my appointment time. The staff, especially Roland, was very courteous to everyone I saw or heard him encounter. They explained an issue they found in depth which I appreciated. I was in and out in an hour. Overall, I would definitely recommend this location.

This place used to have good mechanics like 2 years ago. So far in 2023. Every time I've taken my vehicles there I've had to bring them back to fix the same issue that I first took them to the shop for.

Very unprofessional and in experienced! If I owned this place I would be embarrassed by the people working there today 07/08/2023. Foul mouthed and rude for no reason. They ask way too many personal questions that are none of their business either. Shocked by the lack of human decency.

Went in for an oil change and to have then diagnose my suspension noise while we had it up on the lift. The tech located the issue quickly, resolved it was just a loose nut! They tightened it up and got my car back on the road in no time. Very thankful for the excellent customer service and professionalism of the staff. Definitely recommend taking your car here if you need someone to take care of you.

Really happy with their service. Took my daughter's car in for an oil change, tire rotation, flat tire repair (which we had to buy a new one), and a car check. Super quick for a Sunday - there were 5-6 people already ahead of me and car was done in just a couple of hours! Really impressed with the friendly & quick service - will be back!

I had attempted to schedule a appt yesterday for this morning to get a complete vehicle inspection on my truck but never received a confirmation so i drove in when they opened at 7am.i was greeted by one of the employees. I advised of what i needed but told me that they were booked up all day and being short handed. But he then went to go ask another employee about my inspection and came back and told me they could get it done. Took less than 30 mins and only had one issue which got taken care of. I have been going to firestone for awhile and they are great and always explain everything and give estimates on future stuff they will need replacing.

The were quick and efficient. I make appointments when I go to Firestone. The most recent one prior to the one I am currently reviewing was in Colorado and took almost 2 hours to start work. This appointment was completed and the keys back in my hands within 45 minutes from the appointed time. Good job.

Outstanding service!! Cody went above and beyond to help me out in a tough situation!! We were passing through Amarillo to Colorado and had a tire go bad (two cars, one with trailer, three adults, two toddlers, a six week old and a dog!!). I called Cody just as the store was opening, explained my situation and he had our vehicle fixed and back on the road in 45 minutes!! I can't thank Cody and crew enough!! If I lived in Amarillo, I would go no place else!! Thanks Cody!!Service: Tires

Went here and had a terrible experience. Walked in and told the guy behind the counter(Larry?) I had an appointment and they said they would be with me in a moment, After a 25-minute wait, I asked the woman behind the counter what might be going on, turns out that the first guy never actually put me in the service queue.She then told me that some cars from Enterprise came in and that those take priority over appointments and it would be about 45 minutes until they got to mine. Spend your money elsewhere and go down the street to Discount Tire,.Follow up: it's been three weeks and I never actually heard back from the response to the review, I'm assuming they just respond to every negative review to save face, Also I came in for a set for tires, not an oil change. Went to Discount Tire for a set of tires and it only took 45 minutes there.

Team Amarillo Firestone and Team Colby!!Broke down close to Amarillo on a Saturday night(new Explorer <20K miles>, Called and talked to Colby who said he would fit in a look 1st thing on a Sunday. Had the most amazing experience I've ever had with a car repair place. Here is a recap:- Colby said we could park in his back lot since we had a camper and he would fit in a look 1st thing on a Sunday (Wow, open on a Sunday no less).- Rear differential seal failed. Oil everywhere and on exhaust pipes which is why it started smoking. Not a common part and Ford wasn't open until Monday morning.- Colby allowed us to hang out in the back lot and use the bathroom as needed until Monday morning.- 1st thing Monday morning Colby called Ford. Ford didn't have the part in Amarillo but Colby ordered it to be delivered 1st thing Tuesday morning from Dallas. (It was)- Ford couldn't confirm or deny if it was a warranty item or when they could do the repair if I took it to them. Ford said, "Could be days, could be a week."- Colby gave me a very reasonable price to replace the pinion seal and do a full service on the rear-diff. He promised he would have his guys on it the minute the part arrived (he did).I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE!!

Out of all the firestone locations i have been to, this is the best one so far, I have never had any issues with them, they have always been fast and charge at reasonable prices
