Joe & Michael were so kind to my sister and I as we were driving through Amarillo and ran out of oil. They were quick with our vehicle and also helped us change the break lights. Really great customer service and service time!

Place is really nice. The service was good. They offer coffee and there is a tv you can watch while you wait. The man that served us had really good customer service. They did a really good job on servicing our vehicle. Would recommend.

Absolutely wonderful place! They got me in right away, showed me the damaged parts, showed me exact pricing, kept me informed entire wait. I felt so valued and safe as a female handling auto repair. Totally will be using again .

Priced 6 tires for my dually.Tech priced the tires at $217/tire and said total would be approximately $1850 for mount and balance. I did the math. That total came up to well over $300/tire. I was dumbfounded. After I asked for a price breakdown, I was informed that there was a $36 per tire disposal fee for my old tires.I told him that I was keeping my old tires. They are nearly new themselves. He said he still had to charge the disposal fee even though I was keeping my tires. I was like what? There was also a $17 per tire rubber valve stem charge(I believe). Ridiculous! I can order the tires online without the disposal fee. How come they can't? He said the store gets charged the disposal fee when they buy the tires. I call b/s. You can't charge for services not rendered(illegal). Pretty shady. I won't be back. I like Firestone tires but not enough to deal with shady practices. Their lucky that they haven't been sued.

This is an awesome place! They got me the much needed new tires installed within an hour, and the Manager and technicians are all just in the top of their game in customer service and caring about their work- thankyou for helping me and I love my new tires!Jeffrey

Don t make an appointment and expect to them to start working on anywhere close to the time you reserved. Made 2 separate appointments for the same thing and was told each time that it would be 1hr - 1hr 1/2 before they would be able to look at it.

We had a flat tire on a rental truck during a road trip. We were able to pull over and put on the spare but wanted to have a new tire for the many hours ahead of us. I called Firestone and they met us outside and went to work on it immediately. They were extremely helpful, kind, and worked quickly to get us back on the road. They work with the rental company after we leave so there is no out of pocket expense for us. I am extremely grateful for everything they did today! Huge shout out out to the guys that were working on Saturday July 8th around 3:00 today! Thank you thank you!!

Dropped my Tahoe off at 9 a.m. to get an alignment and at 530 p.m. they hadn't touched it, save your time and money and go anywhere else!!!!!!

I came in with an appointment via Firestone's website for the store to check five things. They found an additional item that did in fact need to be done, which of course required an alignment afterwards. Of the original five items only one was done. The additional two items were outrageously expensive, and after nearly $1,000 I left no more confident I would make it home then I did before I got there! When I arrived at 9:00 a.m. there were eight or nine employees working, but shortly thereafter heard many customers being told there was only two people working and that they had no mechanic. Maybe that's why I was told I needed to take my vehicle to one of those old-time mechanics that could fix my brakes...

Tires are great. However I have had one tire fall off of my vehicle about 200 miles down the road. Every time I have any work done I have to re-tighten all lug nuts.

Came in for an inspection, and they put the wrong car on the inspection paper. Their internet was down for over a week and couldn't get my inspection paper corrected, so I just went elsewhere. I'm not sure how anyone is going to inspect a blue Lexus, and then end up putting a white Tahoe on the inspection paper. Awesome job, Firestone!!! Keep it up

My family and I are driving through Amarillo on our way to Tennessee and my wife's car was not running right and threw a check engine light. We were able to make it to this location and Robert assisted us the entire way. The camshaft sensors were going out and needed to be replaced. They got us in so quick and helped us with our trailer we were towing and animals. This is the best place I've ever had the pleasure doing business with. We are now back on the road and everything is going well. Thank you Firestone and Robert for all the help for our family and vehicle. This location refused to pick up a locally available $500 tire and install it. I drove with a flat to another Firestone that was willing to get the tire and install it, all before 10am

Amazing service! Took great care of us and our Jeep's issue in a timely manner. They explained everything very clearly, did the work needed fast and didn't try to add anything to the work needed. Tyler did an excellent job. Very professional! I would HIGHLY recommend for all your repair, maintenance and inspection needs.

They keep this place clean, organized, and make sure they get the job done well and quick. You normally dont have to wait long and it's easy to set an appointment. In the mornings they are less busy so if you need your car fixed very quick, I suggest that time. The manager is easy to work with and is very respectful. Breaks are carefully thought out by the times. It's also one safe place to be.

At first, I was disappointed. 10,000 miles on tire I got in January that had worn out too quickly. I went to get them replaced and was told I had no warranty, so they wanted to charge me almost 600 for 2 tires. After arranging, they ended up giving me a replacement for free. They could have done that from the beginning instead of wasting my time.

Glad they were open Sunday! We were driving to Hawkins and some debris on the road broke the control arm on the truck! They got us nave on the road in four hours.

Both our cars broke down in the same week, as they like to do. Brought my Fianc� s car in to get power steering worked on. The problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly, and the car is running great. The team was helpful, courteous, and thorough in taking care of the problem.The team found some problems with sensors in my car and fixed them, but to no avail. My car broke down again. Nevertheless, the team here ran another diagnostic and gave me a quick reference on getting it to someone who can fix my problem. Beyond that, they took responsibility and we re able to help us out financially with a refund on my car.Big thank you to Chase, Alex, and the rest of the team! You were so helpful. I can t tell you how much we appreciate your help this week.we will most certainly be back for some tires next month!

I took my SUV in for an oil/filter change only to see oil leaking after this had been done. I drove an hour to get this done because I wanted to make sure it was done correctly. I ve used them before and had not had any issues before until this time. I called to let them know what had happened and the guy who answered the phone told me just to check the oil level, that if it still had oil, it would be safe for me to drive an hour to their location. I waited for my husband to get home and get it checked out. It just so happened that the oil filter was loose. I lost a quart of oil. I m glad I went with my gut instinct and did not drive it an hour with the loose filter!!! This could of cost me my engine!!!! The day I went in, I heard one of the guys telling another customer they were shorted handed that morning. They either need to hire more people or actual professionals that know how to do their job and take pride in it. This SUV is one of the most expensive vehicles I ve ever bought and to think that something worse could of happened really disappoints me about this location. I will not go take my business to them again.

I changed my oil from here but there was oil leaking because one screw was loose. After 4-5 days I noticed this problem and again visited Firestone. They fixed my problem without any charge that was amazing. But they didn t refill the leaking oil. Overall their service was good.
