John and Alan were absolutely wonderful! I had a very annoying and difficult to manage situation, and they were extremely patient and flexible with me. They 100% valued customer satisfaction and treated me with respect and understanding while working through all of my issues. Very fast service as well!

We replaced our tires at this place, the advisor was very attentive and helpful. They damaged our windshield wiper but they replaced it at no charge. We recommend this place.

This place can not be beat!!!!! I was there earlier today and bought two brand new tires. Ran errands all day then got home and tucked my 4 year old into bed for a nap. When she woke up from her nap poor thing is hit with vomiting, a 103 fever, aches and pains. Luckily her doctor was able to call her in a RX quickly. As I was leaving the Walmart parking lot I noticed my tire pressure light was on, so I got out to check and one of the brand new tires was so flat I was sitting on my rim. I went back to this store only for the front door to be locked and I was starting to panic on what to do when John saw me and opened the door. He asked how he could help and I quickly explained to him what happened. He followed me to my car and checked the tire then immediately began to work on it. Alan caught him pulling a jack over to the car and asked him if John was planning to work on the car, John agreed and said whoever worked on it needs a big spanking as a joke. Alan asked me what happened I explained what I knew and they both went out of their way to keep me calm with my sick daughter waiting at home with her uncle for my return and dealing with this flat. Alan even let me know that he understands my anxiety over my daughter with her age as he has a daughter of a similar age. No charge or anything and place a brand new tire on and told me to go home and hug my baby and they hope she gets to feeling better!!!! I seriously could not recommend any place better for tires!!! John and Alan are amazing!! There was also a third guy who I spoke with but I didn't catch his name, he was just as awesome!!!!

I received excellent service. Had a nail in nearly new tire that could not be repaired. I was given great credit toward new tire and tire was installed quickly considering it is an extremely busy place.

I have done literally all of my tire business for the past 15 years with discount tires and have been mostly happy. I have recommended discount tires to numerous other folks. Except one time on one of my vehicles when I had bought a complete set of tires, they had left one of my wheel covers loose and I had to pull over to see what was rattling and it turned out they had left one loose. Easily fixed, sure, but should never have happened. Anyway, this time, I didn't feel like a very important customer. I felt more like a source for money instead of a valued customer. For the first time in 15 years, I felt like going to Mavis tires. The last time I had a set of tires replaced, they also had talked me into a set of wipers. 36 dollars apiece. I agreed because I hate putting new wiper blades on my car. I guess they do too because they only replaced one blade, yet I was charged for two. I never returned for this. I just chalked it up to experience and went on my merry way. Even that experience didn't stop me from using them, but this time, well, Maybe I just caught them on a bad day. I dunno, but when I am ready to put a new set on my car, I might just shop elsewhere.

I had a blow out in Southeast Colorado. This was the closest tire shop that had my tire in stock. I called ahead and they were very professional and friendly. I arrived 4 minutes before closing ( I hate doing this because I know they are ready to go home) and they were extremely accommodating and thoroughly inspected all of my tires and made sure I could finish the last leg of my trip home to Houston. Highly recommend!

They were in a hurry and got us in. We did show up about 1 1/2 hours early there still got out an hour later. They were in sick a hurry there was a few things that they said they could get done a did not bit to come back. That s not exactly what we wanted to do but I guess we ll see if things change next time.

A Texas State Trooper comes in needing a tire repair. On duty on a Saturday late afternoon. I'm a little surprised and very disappointed they would not help out. Was told it would be a 2 hour wait. I'm guessing they do not support our men and women in blue. I'm going to have to seriously consider were I buy my next set of tires.

I had a bad experience several months ago, but came back as they are close to my house and I bought my tires there. They redeemed themselves, we all have bad days.This time they were right back to being polite, efficient, and professional! Glad I came back.

Went to get a flat fixed and waited over an hour for them to tell me they wouldn t fix a flat that a different shop fixed later that day, not to mention they also tried to keep my tire (that had over 50% of tread and no internal damage than a nail) so they could sell me a whole set. It was a waste of my time, very unprofessional, and they are very ignorant of tires and how to fix them. Would not recommend to anyone.

Usually have good luck with discount tire. Checked the car in an about before our appointment. 45 minutes after appointment time car still hadn t been started but was told it would be next, 45 minutes later it is still sitting untouched as they pull other cars into it. The guy Ryan at the front never attached out car to our reservation and no one seems willing to discuss it with him. Just go down the street to another place or another discount tire, this store has gone down hill in service. This is Ryan hard at work, been on his phone the entire time I have been here.

Giving three stars because they were helpful but did some shoddy work on installation. I had a tire blowout where the tread ripped off so I was unable to drive my vehicle in for the appointment time. I explained this to an employee and they were extremely helpful with getting me through my situation, letting me bring in my blown tire to get installed in 5 minutes, way before my appointment slot.During my appointment, there were no issues although upon further inspection I ve seen that the three rims that were installed at the shop are scratched around the lug nuts, my only guess being due to carelessness. When installing the lone rim and tire mentioned earlier on my own, I used what appeared to be the same Milwaukee impact that they used (which shouldn t be done because of torque specs, but that s besides the point) and didn t leave any scratches. I understand that they work on a lot of vehicles a day and that it s not their property, but regardless it should be treated like their property and the utmost care should be taken not to damage customer s property.

This location ALWAYS goes above and beyond. We pulled up at 7:50 am on Monday morning (they open at 8:00am). Promptly at 7:52-NOT 8:00 or after 8:00.... at 7:52 they open up the doors and 4 Discount tire service members came out the front door with a smile and approached the first 4 customers . This is a business that is 100% of the time professional, hard working, friendly, and the list goes on. Please keep doing what you are doing!

This location gives Discount Tire a black eye! My dad used Discount Tire for years and I thought we could trust them but this location must need new management or personnel! We specifically gave instructions to them to put two new tires on our college kid s truck and rotate the two good tires and keep the 3rd good one to put on her spare. Specifically! We spent $500 got the two new tires put on but they kept her three good remaining tires with new tread and stuck the damaged tire back on her truck. I guess none of them have a wife or daughter that they care about being safe on the road because they didn t care about ours or our hard earned money! Use a different location and check the work before you leave!

They have top notch service! They treat their customers with respect and like they matter. During the pandemic, they greet you as you drive into the parking lot and guide you toward your destination. I went to the other location and was not impressed. Thank you!!

Deklan was so very helpful! He went above and beyond to assist us. From my observation, all employees manning the front have been respectful and keep calm even though they were covered up with customers.

Tony is awesome! He took time to explain everything. He let me know the importance of safety of getting a tire replaced vs repaired, but wasn t pushy nor did he try to get me to buy something today after explaining to him what s going on. He deserves a raise, and he s a great person to work with and I ll be going back anytime I have any tire needs.

Left my vehicle for 24 hours for a tire rotation. Made an appointment because of the long wait and they didn t touch it or call me. These are tires that were purchased there last year. I ve had better customer service at Suddenlink.

Stopped in early Saturday morning to get two new tires. Aaron helped us and was very polite and professional. They had the exact tire I wanted. He didn't try up selling me on anything extra but was very helpful when asking his opinion about things. I will use them every time I need tires.

I give this place 5 stars mainly because of Grady (hopefully I spelt that right). He 100% was showing management material. I wasn t even in there for 5 seconds before he greeted me and started to help me, be was very helpful and polite. I appreciate his help today! Thank you :)I also want to say that he wasn t the only one being polite. I didn t catch either one of their names, but two of the other managers were very polite to everyone walking in and were quick to help everyone.

I ve been a DT customer for several years. Free rotation/balance is no longer an incentive when you have a long wait to check in even after making an appointment. Really wish each location had a check in area for customers who made appointments. Unfortunately, time is money in today s economy

I was just at discount tire traveling from Austin to Colorado. I was able to slide into this Amarillo store they were able to get me out and just 20 minutes they were super accommodating, understood my hurry and fixed the screw my tire, then sent me on my way and didn't charge me a dime. Thanks James for the special attention.

We watched car after car go in before us, most were here after us. They said they were waiting on a bay to open, but a bay opened up at least 8 times from what we could see. Told we would be in between 3:50-4:10, done by 4:45. Lie. It also said we arrived at the building at 3:50, when we actually arrived around 3:00.Then we heard them talking about our car at the register, and didn't even have the decency to tell us why the wait was much longer. Even after one of the mechanics told them to talk to us! The tracker on the phone, does not work. Said our car was in a bay and done when the whole time we could see that it wasn't.The building was closed and the doors in the lobby locked for 16 minutes already before they actually got it in a bay. When they did get it in there, less than 10 minutes and we were done. The mechanics in the bays throughout the whole experience were yelling, screaming, and throwing things at each other. How unprofessional.We love discount tire, but will never be coming back to this location due to the very poor customer service and unprofessionalism shown by their employees after paying upwards of $800 on the spot.

I called and got a quote for 4 tires. He gave me a total quote out the door. But they would have to order them. I told them I would call back later in the day if I wanted them. I called back and got someone else and was going order them but thought I would ask what the price because I had wrote down what i was told earlier and wanted to make sure they quoted me the same price. He'll no, the quote was 400 dollars more. For the same set of tires. I asked why and he said that I must have talked to the main office and not their store. Never will I take my personal or work vehicles there again.
