This is a great group of guys, best customer service! We were on our way back to Tulsa from our Utah vacation when we had a blow out. We called first thing in the morning while heading into Amarillo on the spare tire, they had the tire we needed and got us in immediately, took all of 15 mins to get us back on the road. Thank you Brandon & Chris for your Top Notch customer service! We appreciate your kindness and help!

I just want to send a shout out to all the employee's at this location. You are all awesome! I recently had to travel to Arlington Texas for a cheer meet for my daughter and got a flat tire just on the outside of Amarillo I was able to change the tire to my spare tire and limp on in and have It checked out. They were able to repair my tire and inspect all the other tires and informed me I'm going to need a new set soon. They got my car done brought up to the front door I was prepared to my bill when the employ handed me a paper and said here you go sir you are all set to go. I replied do I not owe you anything? He replied no sir have a safe trip and maybe see when you need a set of tires. This has to be one of the most courteous and professional company's I have ever delt with. Keep up the good work. I will recommend you to anyone, those 5 starts are all yours.

I ve had two flat tires on two separate occasions within a month of each other. I was able to make an appointment online and brought my car in. Both times the guys there were very friendly and professional despite being very busy. It seems they are always so busy, however they are all working hard to get your vehicle in good shape and get you back on the road. I like this soncy location as well.

Came here with some new wheels to put new tires on. A little installation mishap occurred, and I brought it to the managers attention. They made good on fixing the issue.

If you want loose lugnut caps and damaged parts on your vehicle, definitely go here. They have cost me money on things that were damaged or lost due to their negligence. Recently, I had them put a new tire on my spare and put it on my truck. In doing so they reeled up my spare hoist too much and now I am having to buy a new spare hoist. Go to wal-mart. Haven't had issues with them since I started using them a couple years ago.

Nikki helped me at the Westgate Discount location. He was very nice and fast at getting my spare tire on and I m glad he did cause I had a lot of Christmas shopping to get done. I Recommend Nikki and discount tire!!

This Discount Tire store in Amarillo far best with customer service and the Manager Brandon is quick to get any issues resolved after tire fixed and had faulty tire pressure monitor. They are quick if you have appointment and would highly recommend this store!

I can t say enough good things about this place! I got a flat tire while driving across the country and had to be towed to their shop. They were so kind and so quick I was back on the road in under an hour! They far exceeded expectations and made a very unfortunate situation such an unexpectedly pleasant experience.

This place was terrific! The staff are all very friendly! Troy kept up informed about the timing and got us in promptly. We are traveling in an RV from out of state and we had a tire lose the treading on the highway. Troy took great care of us and resolved the issue better than we expected. As we were waiting and observing, we noticed that this place was consistent with each and every customer. I highly recommend this location in Amarillo, Texas!

Had to get tires balanced, check in was easy did not have to leave my vehicle. They took my information then had me park and said I could stay in my vehicle or go inside. I stayed in vehicle, 7 min later they had me pull in and balanced my tires. I did not have to leave vehicle.

We had the best experience! We blew a valve stem on our way home from Angel Fire while pulling our camper trailer. These guys greeted us and put a two man team on our truck to get us in and out back on the road quickly. Best customer service!

Was great service for a walk-in 4 tire job, they were efficient during a busy Saturday and got me in and out in less than 2 hours.Only negative was I didn't realize how much of the final ticket was for road hazard, not sure I would have paid what was 20% of the tire cost for it, but was in a hurry, hungry and happy to get back on the road.There are several restaurants and shops in walking distance if you need to kill a little time

Great customer service as always. We got new tires for our car. Will take ba k for them to do an alignment. Didn't know they did that. Glad to know now.

Awesome experience. I have used them many times in the past with mixed results but not this time. My wife and I bought a car that needed tires. They truly put the service behind the sale. Quick turn around time and they gave us more than expected. We will certainly be back again next time.

5 stars for Chris! Traveling across the country, we stopped in due to a terrible vibration. Retired and unaccustomed to rush hour traffic, we wanted desperately to avoid Dallas at that time. Long story short, although Chris went out to the garage to shuffle our ticket up to the front, the garage lead kept moving us back. Finally, Chris pulled our vehicle in to rotate and balance the tires himself! Unfortunately, we hit Dallas at the dreaded time. We so appreciate Chris' excellent customer service. Chris and most other employees of Discount Tire are why we've been loyal to Discount Tire for for more than 20+ years.

Joseph is the best I was stranded I had two flats and he was able to find a weird tire for me and he was very professional and as soon as I pulled up he knew who I was and took care of it right away I can't speak highly enough of his professionalism is attitude and his ability to change the tire himself. Great job! All of the guys around here are acting like they're on a NASCAR crew and they're all team players great company I would highly recommend.Mike Dillin September 7th 2023

This place is totally wonderful we were just passing through on the way to Santa Fe and we had a flat and they fixed it for free very courteous and very professional I will use them every time I need tires and I'm in the area
