Had to get my front tires replaced today, and a back tire fixed due to a nail in the tread. Discount tire is the only place I ll ever go for any tire related problems. Not only were they extremely kind and willing to work with me but they took the time to explain that you need to rotate your tires every (6000) miles which I did not know and will now prevent from having to buy even more tires in the future. If you need tires, or anything related 100% go to discount tire.

So I went to this discount this past Saturday, with my entire little army, to initially get a tire fixed that had a nail in it and kept going flat. The man who helped me, Tony, was very nice and professional and expressed some concern for a tire on my vehicle that had been really worn. I m a single mother of multiple and live paycheck to paycheck, so money is tight and I had been searching for a used tire. I left for a while, while my vehicle was being serviced and came back to pick it up, just thinking that what was requested had been done. I got there to pick up my vehicle and drove off with my little crew in a rush to another place to get that tire replaced since I had finally found a place that would replace it with a used one for cheap and when I got there they told me nothing was wrong with my tires and that they were new. To my surprise I got back into my vehicle, looked at my receipt, and my two front tires had been replaced and paid for! I cried the entire drive home. My little family and I are beyond grateful and were incredibly blessed that day by Tony s generosity! It is one heck of a blessing and when I get the chance I plan on paying it forward. I just wanted to express my gratitude and say that Tony was an incredible help to us that day and so kind! We appreciate him and the incredible customer service! Also, it was done very quickly and in a timely manner, I was shocked with the amount of people they had. Ya ll have some amazing employees and anyone who s searching for tires needs to go visit Tony; He s kind, professional, and efficient! Thank you Tony and thank you discount tire from the bottom of mine and my girls hearts!

I have had the best customer care and experience with this company all because of the employee Tony. He has worked for two day on my issue with my tires that I bought from a complete different company. He has saved time, money and true frustration of the unfairness with lack of customer support from the alternative company. He has made sure my car is safe for me and made it so easy to be on this side of things. He saved me from a three hour trip the other company wanted me to take to get my issue fixed when it would have been unsafe on the account of that company s negligence. THANK YOU TONY AND DISCOUNT TIRE FOR REMINDING ME AND OTHERS HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUPPOSED TO BE!! I recommend him and his team to everyone! They are truely the best! I will not do business with anyone else again but with Tony and Discount Tire!! Thank you so so much for making me important!

I just know God (if you believe) spoke to you to provide not only friendly service, but kindness to help us beyond measure. You sir went above and beyond. Thank you for everything. I cannot say enough positive things about this place. Fantastic management team, great customer service! Braxton did a great job of getting my car fixed really quickly. We had a flat tire driving through town on our way to vacation and they had us out back on the road within an hour and a half. The store was super busy, but you would never have known it by how quickly they got us out of there. Highly recommend! Amazing place! Great job on

I unfortunately had to make a stop at this discount tire location halfway through a 12.5hr road trip for a flat tire. It was on a Monday afternoon and they were extremely busy. However they were able to get my tire fixed within 20mins. I was very pleased since this did not add much time at all to my already long day on the road. I do not remember every one's name since it's been over a week since this accured. I want to say, I am very grateful for the staff that day. Thanks for the quick turn around.

Came in for air for my tires, and the attendant was extremely helpful and nice. Filled all 4 tires for me and made sure the dashboard light went off. Very professional and efficient. Thank you for great service!

Brought my car in to get two tires this morning and spent a little more time than I wanted. Once I left I noticed my front tires were low. After a few hours I brought my car back in, and Tony met me in the parking lot expecting me to come back. Tony pulled it back immediately and found there was a small hole in one of the tires that wasn t replaced this morning. Tony was amazing and willing to fix it quickly so I could get back on the road. So thankful they got onto of it quickly. Tony truly cares about his customers and their happiness. That s what makes a great leader!!

Brought my car in today get a tire patched.. bought the set with warranty from discount tire. Was told they wouldn't be able to patch it since the tire was so worn (understandable not a big deal). The salesman 100% tried to upsell me and take advantage of me, because I am a woman so I must be ignorant right? I had just replaced the front two tires, and made sure to tell him multiple times, he said understood- I asked him to get me an invoice for two new back tires. I told him i was going to take it home and discuss it with my husband. He quoted me a total of $508.00- that included a set of FOUR tires, one rim and warranty on all tires, he also tried to sell me windshield wipers. I told this man multiple times, I only need two new tires but he kept trying to convenience me I need all four, plus the rim and windshield wipers- and he wanted me to pay today. When I told him I would have to come back, he told me to call and ask for him and that he could get me in the same day. Safe to say I will not be back, my husband was fuming- he also understood that this man was trying to take advantage of me due to me being a woman. I understand trying to make a sale, but this method is immoral.

I barely made there last appointment they had before closing and had belongings piled on top of where the spare needed to go.Rather than showing any annoyance at how inconvenient I m sure this was for all of them, the technician who checked me in was nothing but patient and empathetic. He helped me unload my vehicle and two other techs came out to change the tire in the parking lot so I didn t have to leave all my belongings unattended. All three of them were extremely kind and helpful. I couldn t ask for better service.

Sorry I m just now getting to leave a review but my family was homeless for about 3 months and we lived in my car, a 2010 Cadillac SRX. As it was cold out, I realized this one tire in particular was showing thread. I wouldn t drive on the highway because of the risk of it blowing and it could ve caused an accident. Anyway, I pulled into this particular discount tire, almost too late actually as they were about to close. I went in and spoke to the young man behind the desk. He then came out and because it was dark, he felt of the tire and he immediately asked me to move it over to the Bay Area. I then went into the waiting area. It wasn t long at all and he pulled my car back out. He had spoke to his manager or he had the authority to replace the old tire with a completely new one. The paper was still on the tire that he put on there. I cried I was so relieved. So back in 2022, I needed to replace a tire and this in particular store was the only one I even chose to get my business. The tire I paid for and insured was $270 ish but I don t regret one cent of it because they went above and beyond for my family in the time of need so I will never go or do business with any other tire store other than this one. Thank you guys for helping my family.

Got some of the best tires you can buy a while back from discount tire with warranty. Came back to have a rotation done and the guys said they would not touch my tires cause they tread was too low and tried to sell me new tires.

This was by far the best experience that I've had with a tire shop,so far. The sales rep worked hard to get the tires that I wanted. He had to go to 4 different shops to get them. I was very specific about what I needed which was all-terrain with as much ply as I could get. The guy was knowledgeable and explained I needed to go up a rim size to get all-terrain tires. These are 8 ply, BF Goodrich all-terrain tires. I need more ply because I work in construction arou,d mesquite and screws and bolts. Punctures are a definite possibility. Anyhow, they were fast with installation and went,above and beyond. Especially Aaron and his manager.

The best service in my life!! Brian and crew were superb! I will go here from now on! Free tire repair too!!! Here is a poc of my old tire, it's from 2003....they saved my children and i from any accidents ...they are they best in town!!!!!

Fabian helped my mother and I get a replacement tire for her camper after a blowout. He was so nice and did his job perfectly! Gave us his recommendation very professionally and helped us with the tire so my mother never had to carry the tire herself. Great service! Thank you.

BEWARE! NEVER GO TO THIS SCAM OF A CAR SERVICE! THEY DELETED MY 5:30 PM APPOINTMENT AND MADE ME LOOK LIKE A HUGE FOOL, PRETENDING THAT MY APPOINTMENT NEVER EXISTED! I DROVE 15 MINUTES OVER HERE FOR NOTHING? SCREW YOU! NEVER GO TO DISCOUNT TIRE!

I made an appointment for tire rotation & balance. Unfortunately I had two tires that were not road-worthy for my upcoming trip, but they got to my car quickly and had me out in less than an hour. I am happy with the service.

I have had some so-so experiences here, but had an amazing one today! Luke took the time to go through everything with me. He was kind and honest. I also watched him go over issues thoroughly with other customers in the store. As a woman, I find it incredibly encouraging that someone feels the need to be honest and educational to those of us who don't know much about tires! Once again, Luke is freaking amazing!!

Sat., 05 Mar 2022: I love professionalism, integrity, and good work. That is exactly why I love DIscount Tire and the people who work there. On my way to work today, my right-front tire started metal-on-metal chirping. Alex at Discount Tire immediately inserted me into the hour-long queue, then he and Jared quickly confirmed the tire balance and weights were not the issue, even buffing the wheel to remove rust and road grit. Despite the time and effort, there was no cost to me at all. I cannot recommend this Discount Tire highly enough. This is truly an outstanding business in general, with an exemplary staff in particular. Great job, y'all! Alex, Jordan, and all the others are rock stars.VERDICT: OUTSTANDING BUSINESS

Husband took my 4 runner in to have a tire repaired and get the tires rotated before we took it out of town. He took the vehicle in and dropped it off. When he picked it up and brought it home I noticed that the tire that had the repair done to it was put back on with the inside out. The tire looked terrible because that side of the tire had been on the inside since we had this set of tires put on. I asked if he would please take back in the morning before we headed out of town. He got there right before the shop opened and asked them to turn the tire. He waited about 30 minutes and they bring it back out the same way. So, either they didn't do anything to it and said they did or they put it back on the same way. I called and talked to the SM and he proceeds to tell me the work was done. You can clearly see that the tire was not turned. Disappointed that they wasted our time and we were lied to.

Had tire issue..Instead of replacing just one,I ended up putting 4 new ones on my truck....Service Rep was awesome...Friendly and courteous ..Completed job,20 mins earlier then was predicted..I recommend Discount Tire to all my friends,family and co-workers.Thank You to the Discount Tire Family....I'll definitely be back

We had an 8:15 appointment to have some new tires put on our truck, and we were out of there by 9:15! Good job guys! The only drawback that I can see, is that they were Texas Tech and Oklahoma Sooner fans! Hook 'em Horns! Keep up the good work!

Absolutely blown away by the way FABIAN treated my mother. He showed her the utmost respect as a woman and a human. He sets the standard of truly exceptional customer service. He is an asset to Discount Tire! I hope somebody gives that man a pat on the back!

I had the best experience with these guys! I noticed my tires were looking a little rough so I went to get them swapped out before winter. As a walk-in, they said I would have to wait 1-2 hours for my job to get done BUT they advised that if I made an appointment that they could get me in and out within 15 minutes. So, that night I went online and through their handy tire-fitter app made the selection of tires I wanted and the time I wanted to come in. When I arrived the next day, they had a garage ready for me! And they kept their word! I was out in less than 15 minutes! If you can make an appointment, totally do so. It was so easy, and the workers were all so friendly, professional, and fast. I wouldn't go anywhere else for tires
