While we appreciated that he showed up quickly. He charged extra to put an extra seal on the window of our Freightliner but he didn t seal the outside the water now runs up under our cabinets above the visor where a lot of our electronics are.

They are a waste of time. Take your car to a dealer and get it fixed. They will make you wait for ages . He kept lying and giving me appointments to come and fix my car after I paid for the broken part but just kept wasting my time. It was a big mistake dealing with them. They are not trustworthy.

Dale is a very nice guy who came all the way out to my house to replace my windshield for me at a cheap price. He did a very great job but I don't like the way he put his tools on top of my car when he was changing the window. He didn't scratch my car but it could have. Nobody make an appointment with Dale's Auto Glass a wasted day because of him waiting since 8am for him to show up called him at 12 and asked what was going on he said he got behind, it happens I understand not a big deal we rescheduled for 330 and he just called me at 605 to completely cancel the install. So now I'm missing work for a second day trying to find someone who can come through since he obviously won't. He will make an appointment and obviously not have the respect to call the customer that has already called him to see what was going on. But he can call hours after to say he can't make it

He replaced my brother-in-law's windshield this past Friday. He showed up as scheduled got it done and charged what he had already quoted. Very happy with his services and would recommend in an instant!

Dale, took care of my daughters truck and my wife's Mazda, all in half a day. I just called for quote, and it was the lowest price in town. And on top of that, he was able too replace both windshields same day. He did a good job.

We had an appointment October 19, he finally came on November 3. He quoted a price of $135, but charged $150. There is a half inch gap at the top of the windshield and it whistles. I am going to have someone else work on it.He was polite, but has very poor customer relations skills.

My family lives in the area so while I was in town I thought I would get my windshield replaced. Dale offered me the best price. I was hesitant that maybe a cheaper price would mean cheap service, but I was wrong. Dale did a great job and all his windshields come with a guarantee.

Was very good up until his. Son pulled out my window on the driver side of my car trying to. Replace regulator and when it. Didn't work told me I had to buy window control switches for it which I did and let him know about it so he could finish the job and. Now he won't return my calls. Or messages. So now I gotta drive around with no driver's side window until I can find someone who will finish what he didn't... Smh!!!

Horrible service they took forever to bring out my window. The owner is rude & his son that install the windows is lazy & unprofessional. They left broken glass every where in my drive way & inside my car. Even made me pay for a tinted window knowing my car didn t have tint so they can save some money!!!Service: InstallationService: Installation

Dude lied to me several times for weeks. Then when he finally showed up he only did part of the job and never returned to finish. Also he must've thought I was just stupid cause I could see through his lies and bs. He's a shady character . If you want details I got them. Thanks for ripping me off 260$ pos. Had 2 rock chips repaired with in less than 6 months I was told they were guarantee not to run if they did that I was gonna get a discount on a new windshield got the windshield install afther countless calls show him his receipt and still refuses to give me a discount AVOID doing business with him save your self the head ache

would not recommend going here he broke my door and won't even repair it tried getting ahold of him but he always has an excuse just go to a name brand company don't make the mistake I did

AVOID!!!!!!!! Very unprofessional left me waiting for 2 days on the 3rd day he finally shows but gives me a higher price that I was told at the beginning
