This shop performed a difficult repair on my Toyota. They are REAL MECHANICS and are set up with high-end diagnostic and alignment equipment in their new shop on Business Park Drive. Good to know they do brakes, alignments, and all kinds of maintenance and repairs. They treated me with respect and honesty. I found a shop in Amarillo that I can count on.

I drive back and forth from Wichita Falls to Amarillo often. Went to Craig s from a friends recommendation for some of my truck issues. They got me taken care of and also checked and topped off all fluids. Great people. Will return and recommend to everybody.

We just got our car repaired for an oil leak, it was our first time here, but everyone was nice to deal with, good mechanics, we will gladly bring our vehicles back here from now on for service and repairs.

My window went out and stuck down, with temperatures in single digits it was a huge issue. I m in school all day and they got my truck in and fixed it within 45 mins! They even offered to give me a ride home when they weren t sure how long it would take! If that doesn t say great customer service, I don t know what does!

Craig s got my Jeep Cherokee in quick. Ended up being a quick fix and did not charge me. Only mechanic in Amarillo I trust.

I am grateful to Craig, Rowena and I am sorry but I didn t get the other gentleman s name. They saved me today!! I was trying to get CO on a time crunch. I feel they bent over backwards for me. My kids and I spoke to Rowena like we had been friends for years. She knew how to get my part in that day! Craig is professional and precise. He let me know of future possible issues without any pressure. I felt assured they would take care of me and they did.Thanks to Hill Motors Towing for the recommendation!!

Craig did phenomenal with my Explorer. He told us what needed to be fixed right away and what could wait. We had a sound that was being made on our trip to and from Dallas for a medical appointment. We called Craig and he told us to get it to a mechanic and to let him know. We took it to Superior Automotive in Decatur and they told us that Craig did such a phenomenal job on our car and that they are not used to seeing that good of quality work on a vehicle anymore. It was simply loud brake pads that needed to be worn in. Phenomenal customer service and we most definitely will be taking the explorer back for the rest of the work in a few months. Love their honesty.

Great job! Honest, and quick. I needed my van back for a road trip the next day and Craig stayed after hours and made sure it was ready and safe for me and my kids! Will definitely be my mechanic from now on!

When I was having major issues with my truck I took it to Craig's Automotive. They were very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining what was going on and were able to get the work done on time AND under the original price quote! Great people to deal with and awesome service! Craig does amazing work! Never tried to upsell things you don't need but will address issues and the severity to you. Very quick repair times too! I'm more than pleased with all services done for me and the price and will continue doing business with him.

My husband I have had both of our cars worked on and it's been cheaper than anywhere else and way faster. And he's an honest mechanic. We will not go anywhere else.

Craig is on top of everything. He checks things out that he wasn't ask too check just to make sure the car is good. I won't go anywhere else

Secretary skills are lacking, called Monday needing minor work, scheduled to drop it off Friday 8am get their and she says they can t work on it till next Monday, I can t leave my car all day Monday, but they got time for a guys oil change after lunch, waste of time now I can t get it fixed
