If there should be Oscars for Excellent Customer Service, this company should get it. Several weeks ago we ran into a major problem with our RV close to Amarillo. We got to Coolhourse Trailer & RV Service just before closing. Right off the bat, they were incredibly welcoming, they analyzed the problem, and they had all the parts in stock that were required to fix the problem. We stayed overnight on the lot and first thing in the morning they took care of the repairs and we could go on our way! We are so incredibly grateful and we warmly thank you. We certainly will never forget Amarillo and when we think of Amarillo we shall always think of the good kind people at Cool Horse! A Special thank you to Thy, professional and kind, and Angela you are an Angel. Coolhorse is by far the best in customer service and professionalism - easily better than 5 stars!!! First of all, I'd like to start off by saying there are still some truly good people out there and the people at Coolhorse RV & trailer repair are those people, specifically Angela in the service dept and Travis the service technician.What started as a fun adventure to visit Grandma & Grandpa in NM from Pensacola, FL in our RV came to a pause when we stopped for fuel and realized the roof membrane had come up and had delaminated from about 40% of the roof. Coolhorse brought us in immediately and Travis worked all afternoon to remove the drip tray, patch, Eternabond, recaulk, and reattach the drip trays to get us back on the road. Additionally, on top of charging a fair price, these fine people at Coolhorse went above and beyond and we are so grateful for their kindness and professionalism!

Coolhorse is above and beyond 5 stars for exceptional customer service and trailer repair expertise. Angela and her top notch crew got us back on the road with a new break line the same morning after quickly finding the problem with the hydraulic trailer brakes. Thank you for getting us back on our 2,500 mile trip with safe equipment!

This company went above and beyond for me and my family! Our trailer broke down outside of Amarillo while we were traveling from Texas to Wyoming. The people at this shop went out of their way to squeeze our trailer in, on the same day mind you, and get us back on the road in a matter of hours. On top of that, they went through and ensured that the rest of our trip would go smoothly. I cannot express how grateful my family and I are for this company and their employees.

I would give this place 100 stars if I could!So my husband is driving from California back to Michigan after dealing with his late uncles estate were we purchased his uncles boat and truck to keep in the family and some things that are Family airlooms. After dealing with a flat tire just outside of Albuquerque on day 2 and a day delay since it was after hours , he gets into Amarillo for the night the next day gets up and hits the road and about 15 miles out of town the axel on the opposite side of the boat trailer brakes and he is referred to different shop than this one that wants to charge him $1700.00 to basically fix the current axle "not replace it" I decide to start calling around town and fined Coolhorse trailer and speak with Angela , she said to have my husband get to thier shop and they will make him a priority do to the situation, and they did and also helped by double checking the entire trailer and making sure he would be able to get home safely. This shop is hands down what the definition of southern hospitality is! We can't thank you guys enough and the price was less than $500 . Your entire shop is amazing and we thank you all for everything!!
