Found myself in a bind on a Saturday at the tri-state fair. Had a bolt sheer off on my trailer spring. Called and was told service was closed, but Joe said to bring it by and he would try to help. He sure did!! Took time out to get me back in business. He could have easily just told me no. The best service I have received. Will definitely be using them for all my trailer needs.

Thank you Joe and Service tech (Didn't catch his name). After 2 tire blow outs, Ripped electric brake wires on 5th wheel. Joe and his Service tech got us in, and back on the road safely, FAST.Thank you again!

I broke 2 leaf springs on the rear axle of my 5th wheel RV. They really came through for me. I had the rig towed directly there and they looked at it immediately. They did not have the springs in stock; however, they knew of a business nearby (Jupe Industrial Brake & Spring) that could build them. They did it the next day, installed the leaf springs, and fixed a ruptured brake line. He actually apologized that he couldn't fix it sooner. He also took a careful look and the entire chassis with recommendations. I can't say enough at them and how they really look after their customers.

My husband did this to my tralier jack...Chad and his team got me straightened out super fast and in and out so I could continue with my job. Outstanding service, friendly and fast! I love Big Tex and know wherever I am in the US, they'll be there to help!

I ve never left a Google review before in my life so you know this is real! Driving from New York my axle broke in Ohio trying to make it to California. I stopped in each state trying to fix the axle on my trailer. No one could help I came to BigTex trailers in Amarillo Texas and they stopped everything to help me get my part and install it under three hours so I can safely continue my trip. God bless these people they are amazing. My next trailer will definitely be a BigTex trailer!!!

Joe and Jonathan saved our four thousand mile trip with a purchase of a Tow Master dolly. Our old dolly broke down east of Amarillo and the repair and time was gone to prematurely end our trip. Joe quoted us a price that was reasonable and fair. Service was friendly and excellent.Thanks

I wish I can give these guys 10 stars. While trying to purchase my gooseneck trailer in Phoenix I was being taken for a ride. These guys in Phoenix did not help and even gave attitude expecting me to find their own product like if I work there. I decided to give big tex a call in Amarillo. I thought I was going to get another run around but I did not. Mr.Joe, Jonathan provided exceptional service. I have never been helped like that ever. They walked me through every step. I just can t explain the feeling of relaxation getting my trailer with them. The drive from Phoenix to Amarillo was well worth it. Thanks guys from Carlos and Fam. Beware of shopping in Phoenix and Mesa locations.

Purchased a used 1996 Holiday Rambler travel trailer and dragged it back from Washington State. At the KOA in Amarillo, I noticed the right front tire was almost completely bald. KOA had a couple names in the office I called and one referred me to Big Tex. I called at closing time and was told to call back in the morning and talk to Chad. I suspected a bad wheel bearing. The mechanic immediately said the bearing is good and said I had a bent axle. I thought I would be stranded for a few days. No. Big Tex got me back on the road within 3 1/2 hours with a new axle and tire. The staff there are friendly, informative, and professional. Go there for any trailer related issues.

My truck broke down while visiting with family in Amarillo. Big Tex was the only place I could find with a tow dolly that would haul a full size truck. Friendly staff showed me the Master Tow tow dolly that fit my needs. Deal was done in less than 30 minutes at a great price.

I was traveling through to Northwest NM with an enclosed trailer and the side door blew off due to high winds. These folks let me store my trailer in there fenced lot for a few days before I could make the repairs. Oh, and did I mention that they have an amazing amount of trailers and parts inventory. Thanks to Joe and his crew!! Highly recommended.

I purchased a 16 ft cargo trailer from out of state. My son went and picked it up with ease. The manager, Matt was friendly and professional. Him and his team took care of me and my son and made sure we were satisfied. The great customer service, quality trailers and competitive prices made me a customer for life! Thanks Big Tex.

Great experience! I needed a dust cap for my trailer. I called ahead and they told me that they had several sizes and to stop by. Once there, I was greeted by James. He came right out and checked the size. He even installed them while I was paying and had me back on the road. James reminded me of how service can and should be. If you are on the road and in need of a repair, I recommend giving them a call!

Outstanding service. Manager Joe went more than the extra mile to insure our purchase was satisfactory and checked and tighted the lug nuts. He hooked the trailer up and made sure I understood how everything worked.

A BIG thank you to the crew at Big Tex Amarillo. We had a smoking wheel/axle incident last month while traveling with our small travel trailer on I-40 through Amarillo. They worked on us as soon as we got there and had us on the road again quickly. It was a temporary fix that got us home to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan safely. We appreciate James the mechanic, Chad the Service Manager as well as all the other people who were very helpful and friendly. Thank you again you are the best! Linda and Don

Nathan was awesome, very accommodating and professional. Service was great, the trailer we shall see. It s a big enclosed trailer that had a spare mount on the inside. Made it back to the house and the tire and mount had fallen off the bulkhead. Only had two small screws holding it on the frame that was just 3/8 ply wood. Really didn t like the spare where it was anyway so no great loss I m sure if I would have said anything to Nathan he would have had it fixed on the spot

My wife and I were traveling in our RV and had trouble with our tow dolly lights. These guys were awesome! They helped us out right away so we could keep going. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and reasonable rates.

These guys are awesome. Great customer service outstanding mechanics. I lost a set of duals on my trailer all the lug nuts were broke off in the hub I called a couple places in Amarillo they couldn't get to me as I had to be in Denver the next morning. I called these guys he said bring it in we will see what we can do. I got there and they jumped right on it. After talking with the mechanics they said that if people are just passing through they do everything in there power to get em back on the road. Needless to say 2 hrs later they had me fixed and on the road at a very affordable rate. You guys got a lifetime customer here look forward to much more buisness done here thanks again to all of your fine staff

Traveling through Amarillo with our travel trailer. We took it through the truck was and shorted out the lights. We took it to Big Tex and within minutes they had us back on the road for the rest of our 10 hr drive home. They were busy, but they made time for us. We are so thankful to Joe and his staff, they were very nice!

Rolled into Amarillo after having a trailer tire blowout on the freeway in New Mexico, had the part we needed, they even checked our axels while we there and greased our bearings! Most courteous staff we ve encountered in awhile. Got us fixed up an on our way without having to unload. We will be shopping there for a flatbed for our truck next time we come through! If you re in Amarillo Tx this crew will get you taken care of!

Chad and Marcus were extremely helpful getting our harness going. Chad found the part right away and Marcus took extra time to help us get our harness adapter hooked up. Great guys, very friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!

These guys are beyond awesome!! I really can t say how much I appreciate them helping me out with my big Tex 22GN trailer. I run hotshot and was having issues with my brakes. They fixed me up on the spot with all the parts needed and got me back on the road. Rickie was the tech working on my trailer and he definitely knows his stuff! I d give 10 stars if I could!!! These guys are amazing!!! While traveling cross country I broke a spring on my trailer. They had me back on the road in two hours with four new springs at a very reasonable price. If you want it done right, go to Big Tex and ask for Rick and James!

I was referred by a friend from work, on a Friday afternoon just before closing they showed me a trailer that fit my needs we were on our way by 5;30 pm. They were very polite they way they spoke to us you felt you can trust them great experience i will recommend them to my friends and co workers.
