Bear Automotive and Bobby were very professional. This is a great place to take your car. We took my Challenger to another place and they said it bad gas. Nope, it wasn t, but Bear Automotive took care of my car in a very timely matter. They kept me in the loop on everything that they were doing.

The people at Bear Automotive are extremely professional. They treat everyone the way they want to be treated. Their prices are more than fare. I highly recommend Bear Automotive and choose them for all my automotive care.

I was on my way back home from New Mexico. To Illinois, and my truck broke down west of Amarillo, the towing company that came and got me asked where I wanted to go. I told them I had no idea. The tow truck driver said Bear was the best place to take it. I am glad I took it to Bear. The guys at Bear were awesome. They figured out what was wrong with my truck the first day it was there. They ordered the part and had me on the way home soon as they got the part. I highly recommend them.

When taking your vehicle to get an alignment make sure you take a picture of the dash monitor proof of what is already lit up. Because they will not own up to what they brake while doing your alignment. They say they don't pay attention to the lights that are lit up but when you tell them your vehicle did not have the ABS light on before the alignment they'll be like well it was already on when you brought it in to us. Well which one is it they do or they don't pay attention to the lights? I was told they will recheck underneath and see if any wires were disconnected or sensors were broke during the alignment. When I brought it back all they checked was for the codes. Never did what they said they were going to do. I also told them the vehicle drifts to one side still they said it's because someone put the arm control on backwards, you can't put arm control on backwards. They were just blaming others instead of owning up to there bad job they did on the vehicle! At the end of everything he said we did fix your code reader free of charge that did not work, please you did not fix nothing it was not broke autozone could read the codes so could the mechanic. It was just lies and exuses that came out of Ethan mouth! We trusted this company with the vehicle. We paid that much for poor alignment and got a part broke on top of all of that!

I ve always liked coming here for my state inspections because the service is always so friendly and I never have to wait too long. Now I like it even more! The staff is still very friendly and helpful and they now have a nice waiting area that smells nice, is very clean as well as complimentary coffee and a restroom. Will definitely continue coming here!

I want to thank Thomas Nguyen with Bear Automotive, he showed up just in time when my nieces car would not even turn over at the gas station. He jumped her car, and she drove it to Advanced Auto Parts, and used a devise . He is going to have to get ua new alternator at 7:30 pm. If you are looking for a good mechanic that is honest, Please use him. He was a guardian angel!!! Thank you, and God Bless you!!

We ve had 2 vehicles in for service. One for alignment and another for transmission service. Both appear to be done great. The two gentlemen I spoke with were kind and thorough.

I have an older Chevy 4x4 pickup that had lots things needing fixed. I took it in to Bear Automotive, they had it fixed within 4 days, and were a lower price then anyone else I had talked to. This was a big job, the motor had to be pulled out to fix some of the problems. Everyone there was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I will go back to them with any future automotive needs!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Only shop in Amarillo I could find that will press 100s land cruiser axle shafts. Did a great job and faster than I thought they would. Good people. Good service.

Bobby helped us out so much. We broke down 50 miles from Amarillo and he helped us get a tow truck and worked on our truck as soon as we got there. Bear Automatic is the best. Thank you for everything you did to help us.
