These people were AMAZING!!! My computer had water damage and I am the worst when it comes to technology. Tyler, Austin, and Trey. They helped me get my PC working especially Tyler that worked extra hard on it. The customer service was outstanding! Tyler carried my PC to my car for me. My PC now works great thanks to this amazing team!

THIS STORE IS THE BEST PLACE TO GO TO GET BATTERIES AND OTHER THINGS. THEY ARE SUPER HELPFUL AND VERY NICE PEOPLE WHEN YOU WALK IN THEIR DOOR. WILL BE GOING BACK

We were in to get a battery repair on a iPhone 11 and Zander was wonderful he had great customer service and helped us with everything we needed done great job and did a great job on the repair we will definitely be back again

With all the battery stores in Amarillo, I'm glad I took my son's advice & tried Battery Joe. In the past few weeks I've been in their store on 45th & the one on Georgia multiple times and have been pleased every time. Their employees are courteous and knowledgeable. They've had what I needed in stock & their prices are competitive. Zach, Isaiah, & Tyler were each especially helpful. Thank you!

My IPhone charging port would not hold the charging cord and would therefore not charge my phone. I called the 45th street store and Andrew answered and knew what the problem was. On arrival, Andrew checked the phone port, thoroughly cleaned the phone port free of charge.Andrew was professional, prompt and a pleasure to work with.

I've been having trouble getting my phone to charge at all so I take it in to Battery Joe's to see if they can do anything. A kind gentleman takes my phone, spends about 5 minutes cleaning it and then hands it back to me. I ask what I owe, and he says "We don't charge for that". So now I've got a phone that charges again for 0$ and 5 minutes. Friendly and helpful staff that won't charge you an arm and a leg. Would Recommend

So I take my old phone in there to get a new battery, as my newer phone broke. So I leave it there for a day or two, and when I come back, they inform me that the guy who is changing out the battery cracked something on the back of my phone.So he said he would fix it for free (well yeah I sure hope so)So i get my phone, and the battery barely works any better than the first one. So he says the battery was bad, so they sold me a bad battery.Then i got there at 6:30 pm to get another battery switched out, and the guy informs me that he couldn't do it tonight, because he still has closing procedures to do, and the battery switch takes 30 minutes.So they advertise being open until 7? But they wont serve customers past 6:30?Wow

On the first cold day of the year, I couldn't get my car to start. I was at home with my car in the garage. It appeared that a new battery would get me up and running. I called AAA only to be told they don't offer on-site battery installation in our area. I proceeded to call several tire dealers and other mechanics only to be told time and again that they didn't offer mobile service. It hadn't occurred to me to try Battery Joe's. I didn't realize they sold auto batteries. Their webpage said they would come to my house and jump my car. Then I could follow them to their store to buy a replacement battery. That sounded like it would work so I called to schedule an appointment. I asked about mobile service and was completely surprised to find that for a $25 fee, they would bring the battery and install it at my house. I booked the appointment and was told it would be about an hour. Their technician arrived early, did the work, didn't leave a mess and was professional. Price charged was the amount quoted when appointment was scheduled. Extremely pleased and highly recommend!!!

I bought two batteries for the GoGo wheeled cart I have. I thought they would be cheaper. They lasted 6 weeks with no warranty. I went to Battery Joe and they had the correct battery for the same online price, installed them and gave me a one year warranty. I was treated with the utmost courtesy. The professionalism at the store was superb. I should have come to them first.

Had my screen replace on my Samsung. After 4 days cracks showed up on screen. Never droped it or anything to cause cracks. No chips anywhere just cracks. Wouldn't warranty it $200 fown the drain. Won't ever have then fix a phone for me.

Got waited on as soon as walked in the door. I showed them my broken screen and was informed it would be about an hour to make repairs. I left them my wife s number to call when done. 30 minutes later the called and said it was ready. Now, that s service at a fair price! I ll use them again in the future for sure!

Came into this location the sell a iPhone 5 and not only where the employees super friendly but the price they gave me on my old phone was really good. They checked me out and did all the paper work in a timely manner as well. I'd suggest this place to anyone looking to sell an old phone or if you need a new phone case. (Didn't buy a battery so I can't say anything about that)

These guys came out and dropped a battery in my stalled Land Cruiser for a $25 delivery fee in 12 degree weather before work! Awesome delivery!! I made my office appointment with 9:00 minutes to spare!

Went in a while ago to get my iPhone screen fixed, and was greeted by extremely helpful and knowledgable staff. They knew what they were doing and provided great information. I would definitely recommend going here.

Great customer service!!! Went to get my Iphone 7 screen replaced and they did it for only 50 bucks! They also cleaned my charging port for FREE no more adjusting my charging cord!!!! (*� �*)

Customer service is not dead, it is alive and well at Battery Joe. The staff has been friendly and gone over and above to help me get my phone running. I will definitely be back, and have already told my friends.
