Occasionally run to this AutoZone as it's close to the house. They have the basics and some specialty parts but for anything less common it's better to go to the 34th and Georgia store. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. It's easy to check which store has which parts in stock and to compare prices with other retailers if you can wait for shipping.

Went there to get diagnoses on car n employee was rude n had an attitude n told me n my friend not to come back well we needed parts n there was no reason for him to be rude so we went back an hr r so later n got the parts she needed

The one on Washington and 46th is always helpful, the young lady usually dressed in dark is very helpful and courteous and very knowledgeable, if she don't know, she will take a moment to find out for you.

Got out battery tested in the sub zero temps of the cold snap and the gentlemen even replaced my battery right there in the parking lot for me. Car starts right up now even when its -8

Whatever you re paying Jared, double it! He provided the best experience I ve ever had in a auto parts store. Professional, kind and helpful. I came in today looking for a replacement oil filter. They didn t have the right filter but Jared went above and beyond trying to find a replacement.

Things can always change but the past few months I've been using this store for the various parts and fluids I need they have been great. I try to think about my purchases so that I don't have to return things, but I did end up returning an inverter a little while ago. I had found a better fit for my car online and so needed to return the inverter which I'd bought here. Super easy process, no hassle, and they ask the right questions to help me more. Thank you guys, AutoZone is AutoZone but the workers at this location make it an AutoHome.

Needed a new battery installed- only 1 person in the entire store, so he couldn't help. He did call another store and they had several staff members and were able to help...not really his fault and he was nice. Mgt needs to put their employees in a position that they can succeed.

Man my windshield wipers broke on me in the middle of a storm and this incredible employee named Michael (idk if I spelled it right) fixed my wipers in the storm and was super professional I can t commend him enough

I only give this location 2 stars because gentleman whom i did my transaction with had a real condescending attitude. I know what vehicle I was needing the part for, was a mechanic and due to him assuming I didn't I was given a part for a totally different year model which wasn't interchangeable with what I needed.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff. I have an old beater car so I'm in the store often. I always feel as if I can ask a question and it be answered accurately at this location. They can be busy at times but they manage to serve everyone quicly without rushing anyone. Highly recommend this location for your auto parts needs!

Personally I thought the push button switch was kinda pricey. But the Texas hospitality of the AutoZonians equaled it out. More towards, what are me, myself and I'm broke, doing here, buying a high end switch, in the first place?

Always seem to have the part, but it seems like paying customers standing at the register take a backseat to phone customers. If it weren't 3 blocks away....Appreciate the response, but it seems to be common, recurring problem. Not just with this store, but auto parts places in general. 3 clerks on the phone, 4 people standing around waiting for a clerk to check them out. Tell that customer on the phone, sorry while we appreciate your business, in store customers take priority. If you'd like to come in, you'll receive priority service also, otherwise you're welcome to wait on hold and we'll be back to you as soon as we can. Make it part of the greeting the caller hears before the phone rings to the clerk. In particular when it's a lengthy indepth research project for some part for a 1952 plymouth slant six.

Cameron and Ray are the realest mf'ers at AutoZone. Let me be clear, AuroZone as a company can eff off with their anti-employee practices, but as a professional detailer who needs stuff right now sometimes, I am loyal to this location because everyone here is awesome. My second trip today to replace a DA polisher could have been much more frustrating than it was, and I really appreciate those guys for making it better. AutoZone doesn't deserve them.

Customer service is slow they look at you like you don't have a question or something like they don't want to help you because they're too busy on the line with somebody else talking about nothing.

Walled in, literally had to ask for someone to quit conversing to get helped, basically get zero help in the process of finding out their coolant system section is almost non existent. Went to Oreilly
