I purchased a battery and was still having issues with the car and the staff were amazing. They explained the easier more affordable steps to start with and offered to scan the car again! Very wonderful crew here!

Just went in to buy 2 oxygen sensors for my truck and was told the couldn't sell me one without giving my phone number. I was told the phone number was for warranty purposes. I fully aware of this but autozone is not entitled to my phone number. That phone number I only give out to friends.This is bad business practice. I will not be back.

I want to thank Kelly for helping me SO much today with my blinker bulb! He greeted me with a smile as soon as I opened the door, came out to check my blinkers, located the correct bulb for me, and then installed it. (I had been so worried about having to install it myself) He was super friendly and personable!! Thank you for your superb customer service today, Kelly!!

My daughter went in tonight to get a battery and the worker was so rude to her! Telling her she was dumb for not knowing what kind of engine she had and when she asked if it was okay to call her dad to ask he then said why isn t ur father here it would have been a lot of easier! Tell that douche bag not every 18 year old knows everything about the car they own and should feel like it s okay to call their parents don t come here!

My car wouldn t start so I had to get it jumped. When I got to autozone, I didn t know what to do. All of the employees were incredible. They checked my battery for me and when I realized I needed to replace it, they were wonderful about walking me through the options they had in stock. Kelly even installed my new battery for me on the spot. Thank you!!

Staff is friendly and not pushy about sales. They've been helpful when I'm looking for something less common, too. Store is always clean. Prices are higher than they should be, but that's a corporate issue.

I want to give a big shout-out to the guys here at AutoZone, and especially Donald who helped me switch out my car battery when I was in a bind. Cars seem to break down at the worst time, and I was sure I was going to be in for a hassle when my car battery finally gave up the ghost late at night. I saw that this local AutoZone was still open, so I gave them a call to see if they had a battery in stock for my car model. The gentleman on the phone was very polite and assured me they had one so I got a jump and rushed right over. It was practically ready for me at the door! I just said "hey, I just called about a car battery" and the folks were like "say no more, we got you." Donald helped me put the new battery in my vehicle. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, very quick. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I was so impressed! Thanks for helping a girl out, AutoZone!

I would like to recognize this employee named Kelly we went n yesterday looking to purchase a battery before purchasing we asked if the employee could install it the female employee said the company did not let her install it so we were told we had to go to dealership to replace battery as we were leaving Kelly came out and said let me look he said we can install it this gentleman went above and beyond to fulfill our needs I don't know what his position is n the store but he should b recognized for his excellent customer service skills!!

Nice people that always want to be helpful. I have been a mechanic for decades and sometimes the younger folks need a little extra help finding the 6.8 Triton V-10 part versus the 6.7 Powerstroke. Even on the very rare occasion I do leave with the wrong filter or part, they always make it right.

Don't know if his a manager or what but his name is Silver Taylor....This man had a store full of people and was running the phone at the same time, never got short with anyone. When it was my turn he walked me through all the trouble shooting that could be causing my car to act up, would highly recommend anyone to talk with him if your having problems finding someone who knows what they are talking about

One of the best damn places I ve ever been too!! I m not from around here and I needed help getting my car jumped, I was a few blocks up the road and the Manager I spoke to on the phone was one of the most respectful and kindest people I ve ever met. He heard in my voice I was desperate and didn t hesitate to help me in an instant got his best dude out to me and got my 2017 Dodge Journey started. If y all need anything from anywhere in this city this is the store to go to. Thank you again for a good experience

Justin the assistant manager was tremendous help. I have never had an employee from any parts store go above and beyond like Justin. I usually go between Oreillys. But from now on Autozone has my business from now on.

The staff are so very kind and knowledgeable and go out of their way to make sure you are understanding their answers to your questions and are completely satisfied. Even though the store is busy, everyone went out of their way to help and didn't make me feel bad for taking up their time. I go to the store at 34th and Georgia, but I'm sure any of the stores in Amarillo are the same.

Staff here are always willing and ready to help you find a part, find your kind of oil, order your parts for your vehicle, and even check your battery to see if it s quit working or if the problem is something totally different! They have never made me feel inadequate as a woman who is buying auto parts and they go above and beyond to explain how your car should be as well as what s just not right! I ve used them for years and I ve never gotten bad service or any kind of subpar treatment bc I m a woman! Love this store!!

I never write reviews for anything. It takes a lot for me to do so. The service I received at this Autozone from Ronald, was above and beyond anything I would expect. Not only was he very professional and knowledgeable but also went out of his way to teach me how to repair the issue I had with my vehicle for future reference. I had a problem with my battery and was sure I needed to replace it. He checked out my situation, and instead of easily duping me into buying a new battery, he show me a $5 fix and went out side to my vehicle in the cold rain and fixed the car himself. I offered the guy some cash for his labor, and he refused to take it. People like this are worth their weight in gold. If you have any issues with your car take it here!!

When I pulled up several workers were outside talking or sitting having a smoke break. Cigarette butts all over front entrance area and sidewalks dingy. Several workers standing around talking no one asked if anyone needed help. I did observe that customers had to go ask them for help

This place is always stocked full and everything is in its correct place.The people working are knowledgeable and can sure direct you to what your needing.So if you are needing any type of auto part go see these guys.And if they don't carry your part they will actually call around to find you what you need even if its not at they're store.Now that is what I call service at its best.

I was on a trip from Missouri to New Mexico to take care of a family emergency. Typical dodge hub went out on me and left me stranded at a toot N totum right off of 44. Called autozone and explained the situation to the guy working nights, he pulled all the parts for me and had them sitting on the counter ready for the morning. In the morning I called the store, spoke to the manager and explained the situation, they were more than accommodating and helpful, and delivered me the parts I needed to repair my truck and get back on the road. Great job autozone thank you!

Pinches tetos, the kid at the register didn t know how to ring a military discount and his manager didn t either, they didn t even let me use my $20 points I accumulated because they didn t know how to use them so I ended up paying full price for a $200 + item
